An "enraged" Sean 'Diddy' Combs forced his then-girlfriend singer Cassie Ventura into sex marathons and once repeatedly struck her 'pretty hard' in front of her friends because she didn't answer her phone, a celebrity stylist testified Wednesday.Stylist Deonte Nash recounted that the incident occurred on Cassie's 29th birthday in 2015, New York Post reported. She had planned to celebrate with a night of drinks, drugs, and karaoke, but Sean Combs had different intentions.According to Nash, Combs insisted they go to a hotel for what he described as a 'freak-off' — a prolonged sexual encounter. Nash stated he witnessed Combs yelling at Cassie as she pleaded to spend her birthday the way she had planned. Later, Cassie confided in Nash that she hadn't wanted to participate in the 'freak-off,' but felt she had no choice, as Combs was coercing her.Deonte Nash also told jurors at Combs' bombshell federal trial in Manhattan that he witnessed the disgraced music mogul fly into a violent rage in Ventura's apartment as the stylist was helping her pack for a trip in 2013.'B–h, didn't I tell you to answer the phone?' Nash recounted Combs saying. He 'grabbed her by the hair, pulled her off the couch and started hitting her,' the stylist said. The alleged ordeal, which unfolded as Ventura was prepping to leave for Drake's OVO festival in Toronto, took place in front of the stylist and a handful of others, Nash testified.Nash — who had been Ventura's longtime stylist and close friend — testified that Combs sought to exert control over nearly every part of his then-girlfriend's life. She recounted an incident from 2013 when Combs became enraged after Ventura went to a Los Angeles gay club with Nash, singer Rita Ora, and Cheetah Girls member Adrienne Bailon-Houghton, and demanded she return home immediately. The celebrity stylist told jurors they were at the club when Ventura took a call from Combs on speakerphone during which he allegedly told her that 'she better bring her ass to his house.''She started to panic,' Nash told the jury.'Then [Combs] called back and he talked to me and told me that we were wildin' and that he thought he told us not to be going out since every time I go out that b–h wanna go.'Nash testified that Ventura 'just packed her stuff and went to his house.'The stylist, who worked with Sean 'Diddy' Combs from 2008 to 2018, testified that the disgraced Bad Boy Records founder had twice told him and singer Cassie Ventura they needed his permission before going out.According to the stylist, Rodney 'Nash' Jones, Combs became physically violent with him on several occasions. One incident involved Combs choking him for going out with Ventura without approval. 'He threw me on the car and started choking me out,' Nash recalled, describing a 2013 altercation that occurred while Ventura was filming the music video for her song I Love It.As Ventura's stylist, Nash said he was regularly required to get Combs' approval for her clothing and appearance choices. He alleged that Combs once became enraged just before the 2014 Vanity Fair Oscars party because Ventura had chosen to wear her hair down. 'She looked bomb… Her hair was long,' Nash testified, claiming Combs responded angrily, saying, 'I thought I told you to keep her hair up,' before grabbing Nash by the jacket and lifting him off the ground. After Nash pinned Ventura's hair up, Combs allegedly remarked, 'I was right, it looks better that way.'Nash, who said he was with Ventura nearly every day, also testified that he frequently overheard Combs verbally abusing and threatening her. When asked to specify the threats, Nash claimed Combs said he would beat her, withhold her music releases, have her parents fired from their jobs, and send her sex tapes to their workplaces.'He told her she was nothing but a s–t anyway,' Nash added. The stylist testified, too, that the alleged abuse drove Ventura 'crazy.''She would be super emotional, would cry, sometimes she would just stay in the house for days and go into a cocoon,' he said.It got to the point that Nash said he'd help Ventura 'hide' at hotels to get away from Combs' violent moods — 'too many [times] to count,' he testified. When the hip hop artist couldn't find his on-and-off girlfriend, he 'would blow everyone's phones up and threaten everybody' to try to get her to come home, Nash testified.'He would call incessantly,' saying 'that we needed to get back to the house,' Nash recounted.Jurors were presented with numerous photographs showing Ventura with visible injuries — including extensive bruising, a gash above her eyebrow, and swollen lips — allegedly sustained from repeated assaults by Combs.Ventura, 38, gave birth to a baby boy in New York City just days after taking the stand, with her husband, Alex Fine, watching from the courtroom gallery. The couple now has three children together: daughters Frankie and Sunny, and their newborn son. Ventura is expected to resume her testimony Thursday morning.Following Ventura's testimony, an anonymous accuser referred to as 'Mia' is scheduled to take the stand. Mia, who served as Combs' personal assistant for several years, is expected to testify that he coerced her into performing oral sex and raped her.

How did Sean 'P Diddy' Combs become Puff Daddy? The surprising story uncovered amid his trial
Agencies Sean Combs, famously known as Puff Daddy, earned his nickname from a childhood temper habit of 'huffing and puffing.' As his high-profile sex trafficking trial continues, the origin of the name resurfaces with new significance. In the swirl of headlines surrounding the ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering trial of hip-hop tycoon Sean Combs, better known as P Diddy, a curious revelation has reemerged from the depths of pop culture memory: the eerie, almost poetic story behind his original stage name—Puff Daddy. While Combs faces intense scrutiny at a New York City courthouse, where the trial is now in its fourth week, online sleuths and fans are digging into the rapper's past, not just his legal one. And in the process, many are only now discovering the odd childhood trait that inspired the name that first catapulted him into the limelight. According to The Mirror , long before he was a chart-topping mogul, a record label founder, or the face of luxury hip-hop, young Sean Combs was just a kid with a temper. He once admitted that the nickname 'Puff' was given to him because, as a child, he would 'huff and puff' whenever he got angry. That harmless nickname eventually grew into 'Puff Daddy,' a persona that would go on to define the sound and swagger of '90s hip-hop. It was under that name that he released Can't Nobody Hold Me Down in 1997—a debut single that rocketed to number one and introduced the world to his sharp beats, unapologetic bravado, and uncanny ability to create hits. But today, as allegations of a very different kind circulate, the origin of that name—once a fun footnote in a rags-to-riches story—feels strangely unsettling. While Combs has gone by many names over the decades—P. Diddy, Diddy, even briefly just Sean—Puff Daddy remains the most iconic, a symbol of his rise in both music and pop culture. He founded Bad Boy Records in 1993, a label that would launch the careers of legends like The Notorious B.I.G. and Mase, securing Combs' place in music royalty. But in 2001, he traded Puff Daddy for P. Diddy, saying at the time he 'wanted something fresh.' That rebrand came on the heels of his own courtroom victory, having been found not guilty on charges of gun possession and bribery. Now, over two decades later, Combs finds himself back in court, facing far more serious allegations. His legal team continues to deny all claims of sex trafficking and racketeering, maintaining his innocence amid a storm of accusations and media frenzy. — nicksortor (@nicksortor) In an age where celebrity names are brands, stories, and symbols, the revelation that Puff Daddy was born from childhood rage adds an ironic twist to the saga. What once seemed like a charming anecdote about an angry boy has resurfaced in the shadow of disturbing allegations—inviting scrutiny not only of the man behind the name, but the myth that surrounded him. As the courtroom drama unfolds, so does the unraveling of a public persona built over decades. The boy who huffed and puffed his way to fame now stands in the eye of a storm that threatens to rewrite everything we thought we knew about Puff Daddy.

'I was on high alert': Women shares unsettling train journey with Gilgo beach murder suspect Rex Heuermann
A young woman has come forward with a disturbing n unsettling train journey she shared with alleged Gilgo Beach serial killer, Rex Heuermann, just days before his arrest last year. Kaylin Morales, 21, said she was travelling home on a nearly empty Long Island Rail Road train on 1 July 2023, when Heuermann sat down beside her, uncomfortably close, despite there being dozens of empty seats. 'I just thought he was this big, fat, ugly white man…I obviously didn't know who he was at the time,' Morales told the New York Post. 'It was just so weird that the rest of the seats were empty and he had to sit right next to me. I was on high alert at that point.' Heuermann, 61, allegedly made a creepy comment as he sat down, saying, 'Oh, you don't have to move your pretty legs. I won't bother you.' Feeling 'uncomfortable' and 'boxed in' by Heuermann's large body, Morales began secretly recording him with her phone, capturing photos and videos as the train left Penn Station. In one Snapchat clip, Heuermann is seen sipping a Miller Lite, his phone on his lap appearing to show a New York Post article. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like A perfect start needs the perfect ride – Shine 125! 'I just don't want to interact with this man any further — everything about him was sussing me out. So I thought the best thing to do was ignore him and put my AirPods in and look out of the window.' Morales said she later saw Heuermann exit the train at Massapequa, the same area he had lived in for years before his shocking arrest on 13 July 2023 in connection with several long-unsolved murders on Gilgo Beach. Her footage, initially kept private, was submitted to Suffolk County Crime Stoppers. Morales was later interviewed by a detective, who confirmed the man in the videos was indeed Heuermann. 'My heart immediately sank to the floor…it was literally the craziest feeling. I couldn't even believe it,' she recalled of the moment she recognised him on the news. Morales said she held off from posting the clips online until earlier this month out of fear for her safety and finally posted it on TikTok. 'I was worried if I posted right after his arrest, if he had a partner, I didn't want them coming after me, so I waited,' she said. 'After I watched the Netflix documentary and see that he did this alone, I felt more comfortable sharing my experience.' When approached, the Suffolk county police department declined to comment, and the district attorney's office said they could not confirm or deny details of any ongoing investigations.
