The child appeared to be sleeping with her arms wrapped around him as Ananya faced the camera.
Ananya wrote, "Happy birthday to the apple of my eye…Baby River," in the caption that headed the photo. Ananya posted a video of herself feeding River a while ago. In the video, Ananya laughs when she tries to give her nephew juice from a baby's sippy cup, but the child instead chews on the cup.
Ananya is devoted to him and keeps feeding him in spite of his mischievous behavior. She also shared a picture of River joyfully drinking his juice with the caption, "Can I bite him?" and several laughing and crying emojis.
