Kushal Tandon: Turkey is off the list for my family and me
Last week, Kushal Tandon took to social media to share that his mother and her friends had cancelled their upcoming trip to Turkey following the country's support for Pakistan.
He says, 'My mother had planned a week-long trip to Turkey with her friends next month to celebrate a birthday.
The trip was fully booked, but after hearing about Turkey's stance, I told her and her group to cancel it. Even though they won't be getting any refunds, they've decided to travel elsewhere.'
Kushal, who has previously visited Istanbul, says he now has no intention of visiting Turkey again. He says, 'I stand firmly against any nation that doesn't support us.
My country always comes first.'

on April 21 and hosted a reception on May 2, had planned a short honeymoon between the two celebrations. He shares, 'We first planned a week-long trip to Kashmir. After the reception, we were set to travel to Turkey. I've been there twice, and we also enjoyed watching Turkish dramas together. But everything changed after the Pahalgam terror attack.

Lovey Sasan: Cancelling the trip felt like the right thing to do
Saath Nibhaana Saathiya actress Lovey Sasan had planned a 20-day family vacation to Turkey with her two sons, Royce and Prince.
However, she has now cancelled the trip. She says, 'Although we received only a partial refund, it didn't matter. Honestly, even if we hadn't been refunded a single penny, it would have still been the right decision. We've now planned a week-long getaway to Goa.'
Lovey, who hails from Jammu, adds, 'My family still lives there, so I had a real sense of how serious the situation was. There was no way we could travel to a country that supports those responsible for harming my homeland. Cancelling the trip felt like the only right thing to do.'
