Police put dispersal order in place ahead of planned protest outside hotel
He is due to stand trial in August.
Essex Police said the dispersal order, from 3pm on Thursday to 8am on Friday, gives officers the power to direct anyone suspected of committing anti-social behaviour to leave the area.
The force said that a Section 60AA order, which prevents people from wearing face coverings, will also be in place from 3pm on Thursday until 3pm on Friday.

Chief Superintendent Simon Anslow said on Thursday: 'Tonight's protest follows two previous demonstrations which passed off peacefully and without incident.
'We're putting measures in place to ensure those who want to express their democratic right to peaceful protest can do so safely, to minimise disruption to the local community and to ensure the safety of residents and staff at the hotel.
'Our plans are also aimed to ensure residents and businesses in and around Epping can go about their businesses as they usually would and there is no reason why they cannot do so.
'We will not tolerate anyone coming here to commit crime or anti-social behaviour and if you do, you will be dealt with'.
The force previously said 14 people have been charged in connection with protests at the site and there have been 23 arrests.
Concerns about the use of the Bell Hotel to house asylum-seekers were expressed in an open letter sent to the Home Secretary, from political leaders in Essex, on Wednesday.
The signatories are: Roger Hirst, Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex; Dr Neil Hudson, MP for Epping Forest; Alex Burghart, MP for Brentwood and Ongar; Christopher Whitbread, leader of Epping Forest District Council and Kevin Bentley, leader of Essex County Council.
In the letter, the politicians argue that housing migrants at the site is 'proving to be entirely unsuitable and … placing an unsustainable strain on police resources'.

A young man who took his own life at a Sunshine Coast childcare centre was an OnlyFans creator with a long history of crime that included drug trafficking. Reubhan Mickeal Gary Ralph, 29, was Tasered by police several times before using a sharp implement to take his life at Habitat Peregian Springs at 6pm on Monday. Five staff members and six children were forced to lock themselves in a room while the terrifying incident played out. Ralph was a fly-in, fly-out worker and OnlyFans content creator who was involved in a local drug syndicate and had a string of serious convictions, court records show. He was previously charged with stalking two women, one of whom was an employee at Maroochydore Police Station. In October 2023, Ralph applied for bail in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court, where police prosecutor Senior Constable Mark Burrell told the court the case against him was 'strong'. 'They are serious offences, there are two separate victims, which is more than normal, and the second victim is an employee of Queensland Police,' he said. Magistrate Matthew McLaughlin described the allegations as 'quite chilling' and highlighted the disturbing pattern of behaviour. 'The second complainant involves another woman who is a civilian working at a police station, and it seems the defendant has now taken an interest in this female, who he could only know through seeing his required visits to the police station,' Mr McLaughlin said. He said Ralph was a 'menace' whose actions left women fearing for their safety. 'It's said he has been loitering around the police station, photographing this woman and making lewd comments towards her, to the extent that she is now worried about even attending work,' the magistrate said. 'In all my years as a magistrate I have never seen a person simultaneously charged with stalking two different women, one of whom he barely knows, it's bizarre, it speaks of a man who has real problems. 'In the very least before I could feel comfortable letting him back into the community I'd need some sort of psychiatric report.' Ralph also played a role in a cocaine syndicate between November 2021 and May 2022, conducting drug deliveries and debt collections stretching from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast. He later pleaded guilty to trafficking and drug possession. In July last year, Ralph made headlines for stealing a truck from a Gold Coast construction site and going on a destructive rampage, smashing into cars and even an ambulance while recording the chaos on his phone. Ralph had armed himself with a sharp object and began smashing a glass door at the childcare centre on Monday. A police officer, working covertly inside the building, quietly guided the children and staff out to safety after the group had locked themselves inside a room. Police attempted to negotiate with Ralph before trying to remove him, which included the deployment of Tasers several times. Police say Ralph began to self-harm and consequently sustained serious injuries. Attending police rendered first aid before other emergency services arrived; however, he was declared dead a short time later. The incident is being treated as mental health-related. No one else was injured in the incident.

Shocking moment helicopter swoops on ‘extremely dangerous' speeding biker just feet above the ground
THIS is the moment a police helicopter pursues a man on an allegedly stolen motorbike while flying just feet above the ground. Footage shows the chopper circling above the rider as he drives at speed around a field near St Helens, Merseyside. 4 The pilot then lowers the helicopter just metres above the ground, in a desperate attempt to keep up with the fleeing motorcyclist. At one point the dark blue and yellow coloured helicopter is seen to be flying almost parallel alongside the bike. Moments later, both helicopter and motorbike disappear from the view of the camera behind a small patch of trees. The chopper flies so low past the outcropping of trees it becomes obscured by the foliage. The shocking video comes to an end but not before it cuts to a shot of a police officer in the field with the chopper heard circling overhead. Another cut shows the speeding motorcyclist flying past the camera one last time. Blitzing through the field at high speeds the rider passes just meters away from the cameraman in a final bid to lose the pursuing helicopter. The helicopter appears to have stayed on the rider's tail the whole time however and is seen flying overhead in a final cut. The National Police Air Service (NPAS) said the high octane chase happened on August 13. The incident is being reviewed internally in consultation with the Civil Aviation Authority. The rider is alleged to have been speeding, mounting pavements and nearly hitting a pedestrian as they revved the off-road bike around the area. It comes amid talks that police choppers could soon be replaced by police drones. One unmanned helicopter being trialled by the NPAS is capable of flying at speeds of 115mph and is able to stay airborne for up to six hours. The NPAS said that the unmanned helicopter, a Schiebel Camcopter S-100, is larger than existing drones used by police forces and has a greater range. Uncrewed aircraft manufacturer Schiebel selected for UK police trials The National Police Air Service (NPAS) has selected global manufacturer Schiebel to support its most ambitious trial so far of 'Beyond the Visual Line of Sight' (BVLOS) uncrewed aircraft operations. The aim of the trial was to determine if advancements in aviation technology can bring future benefits to policing and, if they can, how they could be safely introduced into UK airspace. David Walters, NPAS Head of Futures and Innovation, said: 'We will be evaluating how we might integrate uncrewed aircraft into the existing NPAS operating model, under the current management of our CAA-approved Accountable Manager and Form 4 certificate-holders, who are qualified and accountable for the delivery of safe police air operations over England and Wales.'

Winston Hills shooting: Young man Osama Momani on bail for violent home invasion identified as victim
The young man killed in Sydney 's most recent fatal shooting has been identified with police confirming a burnt-out car found nearby was linked to the tragic incident. Osama Momani, 22, was shot dead while sitting in a car outside a residence on Regiment Grove in Winston Hills, in Sydney's west about 7pm on Tuesday. Momani was on bail at the time while awaiting trial on charges including aggravated break and enter over an alleged home invasion in Chester Hill in September 2023. Momani suffered chest wounds and was rushed to Westmead Hospital by ambulance, where he later died. Police and fire crews were called to Bounty Place in Old Toongabbie hours later, shortly before 11.15pm, where a Toyota SUV was found alight. The blaze was extinguished by firefighters and no one was injured. Police believe the car was linked to Momani's shooting. Crime scene were established at both locations with the Homicide Squad and local detectives launching Strike Force Karlgain to investigate. It was the second shooting to rock Sydney in two days, after gunmen opened fire outside a busy pub in Forest Lodge during the dinner rush on Sunday. Police sources told the Daily Telegraph they believed Momani's death was not linked to Forest Lodge incident, which claimed the life of Gilbert Shino. More to come.
