'I am doing little bits and pieces': Ozzy Osbourne on final Black Sabbath show
Singer and songwriter Ozzy Osbourne, who rose to fame during the 1970s as the lead singer of the band Black Sabbath, talked about his performance at the final Black Sabbath reunion concert.
On the SiriusXM channel Ozzy's Boneyard, the legendary rocker revealed during his Ozzy Speaks segment that he won't be performing a full set with Black Sabbath during their final reunion concert in July titled Back to the Beginning.
"I'm not planning on doing a set with Black Sabbath but I am doing little bits and pieces with them," said Ozzy, adding, "I am doing what I can, where I feel comfortable."
"I am trying to get back on my feet," the Crazy Train singer continued. "When you get up in the morning, you just jump out of bed. I have to balance myself, but I'm not dead. I'm still actively doing things."
Although he is facing several health issues, Ozzy is still determined to put on a show for fans, even if expectations need to be lowered.
Earlier, his wife, Sharon, shared that he could no longer walk because of Parkinson's disease, which he was diagnosed with in 2003. "He's very happy to be coming back and very emotional about this," she said.
"Parkinson's is a progressive disease. It's not something you can stabilise. It affects different parts of the body, and it's affected his legs," Sharon said, adding, "But his voice is as good as it's ever been."
Black Sabbath announced its final concert, which will take place on July 5 in Birmingham's Villa Park.
"It's my time to go back to the beginning ... time for me to give back to the place where I was born," Ozzy said in a statement. "How blessed am I to do it with the help of people whom I love. Birmingham is the true home of metal. Birmingham for ever."
Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, Gojira, Halestorm, Alice in Chains, Lamb of God, Anthrax, and Mastodon will join Black Sabbath onstage, reported People.

Kristen Stewart ties the knot with Dylan Meyer
Hollywood actress Kristen Stewart has tied the knot with Dylan Meyer in Los Angeles. The couple exchanged vows at home in front of an intimate group of loved ones - including Ashley Benson and her husband Brandon Davis. They earlier obtained a marriage license at the courthouse. Stewart and Meyer, who went Instagram official with their relationship in October 2019, got engaged in 2021, reports 'People' magazine. During an appearance on SiriusXM's 'The Howard Stern Show' that year, Stewart joked that Meyer, 37, who is the daughter of Oscar-nominated screenwriter Nicholas Meyer, beat her to the punch and was the one who proposed. "It's not a given that I would be the one, you know what I mean? Like, with two girls, you never know, like, who's going to fulfill what weird f****** gender role thing and we don't do that or think about it in those terms', the actress explained to host Howard Stern. "So I was like, 'Wait, well, I'm not the one for sure.' And so I was kind of joking for a bit, like, 'No, I want to be the one to propose, like, I want to be proposed to' and then she just grabbed that bowl and made it happen. It was f****** so cute', she continued, adding that Meyer "knocked it out of the park" with her proposal. As per 'People', Stewart had previously opened up to Stern about the first time she told Meyer she loved her. "It was really late and we were in some s----- bar, and her friends were there or whatever and they walked out, and I was just like, 'Oh, man, I'm so f------ in love with you'. Like, done", she recalled in a November 2019 appearance on the shock jock's show. "It wasn't like 'a thing,' and it also was so obvious'. The news of the marriage was first reported by TMZ. In early 2022, Stewart shared an update on her wedding plans, telling late-night host Stephen Colbert that she'd like to have a "big party or something", but that she could also envision just deciding to get married on the spur of the moment. 'Wouldn't he have been perfect?': Sharon Osbourne on Ozzy's audition for 'Pirates of the Caribbean'
Actress Sharon Osbourne revealed that she regrets stopping her husband, singer Ozzy Osbourne, after he received a chance to join the successful Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, said The Hollywood Reporter. Sharon was a guest on a recent episode of The Magnificent Others With Billy Corgan podcast. She revealed that her husband was offered to read for the film, and she regrets stopping it. "Do you want to know the biggest mistake I ever made with Ozzy? He got offered to go and read for Pirates of the Caribbean — and I've never said this to anyone," said Sharon. Along with the audience, the host, Corgon, was also shocked by this revelation. He asked, "And you said no? " Sharon confirmed, saying, "I said no. Now, wouldn't he have been perfect?" The pair laughed at what could've been and Sharon noted, "Because when Johnny [Depp] ... wanted Keith to be a pirate, you remember?" She was referring to Keith Richards, the guitarist of the Rolling Stones. Depp, who starred in the Pirates films as Captain Jack Sparrow, brought his long-time friend Richards on board to play his dad, Captain Teague. According to The Hollywood Reporter, producer Jerry Bruckheimer said last year that the future of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise — which has earned more than $4.5 billion (Dh16 billion) worldwide — involves a reboot. In 2022, Bruckheimer said that he thought they were "getting very close to" developing a sixth instalment. "We have a very good script. We developed two of them — the one with Margot Robbie and one with a younger cast," he continued. "The Margot Robbie one needs a little more work. The younger cast one is close. Hopefully, we'll get both of them."
