Thailand and Cambodia agree to unconditional ceasefire
Thailand and Cambodia will enter into an unconditional ceasefire starting at midnight on Monday, Malaysia's Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim announced.
"Both Cambodia, and Thailand, reached a common understanding as follows: One, an immediate and unconditional ceasefire with effect from 24 hours local time, midnight on 28th July 2025, tonight," Anwar said after mediation talks in Malaysia.

Russia's military advance in Ukraine accelerated for a fourth straight month in July, its greatest since November, according to AFP's analysis of data from the U.S.-based Institute for the Study of War (ISW). Putin says Russia wants lasting peace in Ukraine
Russia seeks a "lasting and stable peace" in Ukraine, President Vladimir Putin said on Friday, adding that Moscow's conditions for peace remain unchanged. US envoy Witkoff says Gaza visit to help craft aid plan
U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff said Friday that his visit to U.S.-backed aid stations in Gaza would help Washington draw up a plan to deliver more aid to the Palestinian territory.
