Axiscades Q4 Results: Net profit grows over 3-fold to ₹32 crore, revenue up 5% YoY; Merger approved

Engineering solutions provider Axiscades has reported over three-fold jump in consolidated net profit to ₹ 32 crore in the March quarter, aided by higher revenues.
It had recorded a net profit of ₹ 9 crore during the January-March period of 2023-24, the company said.
Axiscades revenue increased 5 per cent to ₹ 268 crore in the latest fourth quarter from ₹ 256 crore a year ago.
The company's EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) also rose 15 per cent to ₹ 37 crore in the quarter under review from ₹ 32 crore in Q4 FY24.
For the entire fiscal, its revenue surged 8 per cent to ₹ 1,031 crore from ₹ 955 crore a year ago, the company said in a filing on Monday.
Its CEO and MD Alfonso Martinez said, "As we approach FY26, our priority is to capitalise on the opportunities in emerging sectors like manufacturing, MRO, chip-to-product and advanced defence technologies, including unmanned warfare, to bring about non-linear, product-led, scalable growth".
The company also plans to invest significantly in developing new proof of concept and products with a focus on creating commercially viable assets for future revenue.
The board also approved merger of its step-down subsidiary 'add solution GmbH' with AXISCADES GmbH, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
On the rationale behind the move, it said the business of both entities add solution GmbH and AXISCADES GmbH are complimentary. Hence consolidation of the entities will result in synergy of business operations, optimise operational cost and reduce the compliance risk.

Haryana-based manufacturer and distributor of pumps, Oswal Pumps Limited's initial public offering (IPO) received a strong response on the final day of the public subscription. The issue was subscribed 34.42 times on the third day as the bidding closed on Tuesday, 17 June 2025. The company offered a book-built issue consisting of a fresh issue of 1.45 crore shares, amounting to ₹ 890 crore, and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 0.81 crore shares, amounting to ₹ 497.34 crore. The company plans to raise ₹ 1,387.34 crore from the Indian stock market. Out of the three bidding segments, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) subscribed to the IPO the most, coming in at 88.08 times, as investors bid for 40,01,38,176 or over 40.01 crore equity shares compared to the 45,43,116 shares on offer. The Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) followed the QIB lead, coming in at 36.70 times subscription as investors bid for 12,84,70,944 or 12.84 crore equity shares compared to the 35,00,959 shares on offer. The retail segment witnessed 3.6 times bidding as investors subscribed for 2,94,33,576 or 2.94 crore shares, compared to the 81,68,905 shares on offer. As of Tuesday, 17 June 2025, the grey market premium (GMP) of the Oswal Pumps IPO stood at ₹ 72 per share. With the upper price band at ₹ 614, the shares are expected to be listed at ₹ 686 per share with a premium of 11.73 per cent, according to data collected from The Grey Market Premium (GMP) is an indicator of investors' willingness to subscribe to a primary issue. After the final day of bidding, the GMP jumped by ₹ 16 to its current level of ₹ 72 per share, compared to ₹ 56 apiece on Monday. Oswal Pumps IPO is a combination of a fresh issue of 1.45 crore equity shares worth ₹ 890 crore, and an offer-for-sale (OFS) component of 81 lakh shares amounting to ₹ 497.34 crore. The company fixed the price band of the public offer in the range of ₹ 584 to ₹ 614 per share, with a lot size of 24 shares per lot. IIFL Capital Services, Axis Capital, CLSA India, JM Financial, Nuvama Wealth Management are the book-runners for the public issue, while MUFG Intime India (Link Intime) is the registrar of the public offer. MakeMyTrip to raise up to $3 billion to buy back Trip.com's stake in company

Online travel agency MakeMyTrip has said that it plans to raise up to $3 billion to repurchase shares from one of its key stakeholders, China-based according to a filing with the New York's Nasdaq stock exchange. The funds will be raised through a combination of equity and convertible senior notes, the company said. 'We are offering 14,000,000 ordinary shares, par value $0.0005 per share in this offering. Our ordinary shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol 'MMYT.' We will receive all of the net proceeds from this offering,' the 16 June filing stated. The issue of 14 million shares could also be increased to 16.1 million shares, the company added. The shares were trading at $92-100 apiece over the past two trading days before publishing, which could bring in over $1.2-1.6 billion in proceeds. 'Concurrently with this offering, we are offering, US $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes, plus up to US $187.5 million aggregate principal amount of our convertible senior notes…' MakeMyTrip did not respond to a request for comment. The company will use all proceeds from the equity and notes offering to repurchase Class B shares from with the goal of reducing the Chinese company's voting power from 45.34% to 19.99%. 'On June 16, 2025, we entered into a share repurchase agreement with pursuant to which has agreed to sell, and we have agreed to purchase, a portion of the Class B Shares at a price per share equal to the Repurchase Price. Although we and intend to reduce total voting power in our company to 19.99% following our purchase of Class B Shares from pursuant to the terms of the share repurchase agreement, there is no assurance that voting power will be reduced in such manner,' the company said. MakeMyTrip (MMT) is an online travel company that was founded in 2000 by Deep Kalra. It provides various travel-related services such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and more, with the goal of simplifying travel planning for consumers.
