Kenishaa Francis receives death threats amid Ravi Mohan and Aarti Ravi divorce battle
Kenishaa also made it clear she has nothing to hide. She said she will not turn off her comments or stay silent, and welcomed questions as long as they were asked directly. She strongly spoke out against online abuse, body shaming, false accusations, and misogyny.
"Have any of you even thought about what I'm going through with your curses, body shaming, abuses, misogyny, falsifying facts, and death threats?" she asked in one of her messages. "You speak of karma to hurt me. I don't even want to see what happens to each of you – when the truth comes out legitimately and legally."
She ended her message by saying she was placing her trust in the divine, naming spiritual guides such as Lord Shiva, Jesus, and Sai Baba. She prayed for strength and asked them to help her truth be heard.
Meanwhile, Ravi Mohan and Aarti Ravi appeared at the Chennai Family Welfare Court on 21 May 2025 as part of their ongoing divorce case. As reported by One India Tamil, the next hearing is scheduled for 12 June 2025. Aarti has reportedly filed a petition asking for Rs 40 lakh per month in maintenance.
The Ponniyin Selvan actor had first filed for divorce, after which the case was taken to the Mediation and Reconciliation Centre. However, after three sessions, it returned to court and will now move forward through legal channels.

Housefull 5 vs Raid 2 Day 1 Territorial Break Down India Box Office: Here's how Akshay Kumar's comic caper compares to Ajay Devgn's crime-drama
Akshay Kumar led Housefull 5 has taken a good start of Rs 22 crore net in India, driven by higher than expected spotbookings. The film is all set to make solid gains over the holiday weekend. It is the 3rd biggest opener of the year, only behind Chhaava and Sikandar. Raid 2 which was previously the 3rd biggest, has slipped down to fourth. Here's analysing the territory wise collection of Housefull 5 and Raid 2 for the opening day. Raid 2 took a very good opening of Rs 18.50 crore net at the Indian box office. The film's opening day numbers were aided by the May Day holiday but it had to lock horns with two significant regional biggies Retro and Hit 3 from the opening day itself. Housefull 5 has released a day after Thug Life but that movie's negative word of mouth has affected it so much that has started seeing very high drops. Raid 2 put up strong collections across India but what stands out is its collections in the Mumbai circuit. Raid 2 collected Rs 8.35 crore in this circuit and even Housefull 5, which is much bigger a film than the former, has netted lesser. Housefull 5 has collected Rs 7.80 crore, marking a difference of slightly over Rs 50 lakh. In every other circuit, Housefull 5 has established a comfortable lead over Ajay Devgn's crime-drama. The Territorial Breakdown For The Opening Day Box Office Of Housefull 5 And Raid 2 Is As Under Raid 2 went on to net over Rs 162 crore in India, emerging a bonafied hit. All eyes are on Housefull 5 to see if it can go beyond what Raid 2 has collected, and if yes, by what margin. Housefull 5, being a much pricier film, must net atleast 40 crore more than Raid 2 to be in contention to be called a hit movie. The weekend should bring in around Rs 85 crore net for Akshay Kumar 's comic caper and then it is to be seen if the weekdays can remain strong. Talking about international collections, Housefull 5 has taken a very good opening of USD 1.25 million and it should cross the lifetime collections of Raid 2 internationally by the end of day 2. You can watch Housefull 5 in theatres now.

Housefull 5 Box Office Collection Day 1: Akshay Kumar Starrer Gets HIGHEST Non-Holiday Opening For Comedy Film In Indian History
New Delhi: Housefull is now back with one of the biggest comedy franchises marking its debut on the big screens, this Friday, June 6. After the positive performance of Akshay Kumar starrer, Sky Force earlier this year, his latest release Housefull 5 is off to a flying start, positioning itself as a potential blockbuster. Film reviews for "Housefull 5" were mixed. Some viewers noted the the inconsistent pacing, while others found the suspense engaging and appreciated the refreshing format. The film also made headlines by releasing two alternate endings—'Housefull 5A' and 'Housefull 5B'—in different theaters, which contributed to a significant box office impact. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Housefull 5 boasts an ensemble cast of 19 A-list actors — a first for any Hindi film. Early estimates indicate that the film is projected to earn over Rs 25 crore on its opening day. As of 4:15 PM on Friday, "Housefull 5" had collected Rs 8.40 crore across national chains, with projections estimating a total of Rs 14 crore by the end of the day (Net Box Office Collection: Rs 11.75 crore). National chains accounted for approximately 53% to 55% of the total, bringing the overall day one figure to an estimated Rs 25 crore. This marks Akshay Kumar's largest non-holiday opening to date, which is an impressive achievement, particularly for a comedy film. It also represents the strongest opening in the "Housefull" franchise, surpassing the Rs 17.50 crore debut of "Housefull 4." This franchise also achieves the highest non-holiday opening for any comedy film in Indian history. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Viral Bhayani (@viralbhayani) Saturday looks even more promising, as advance booking trends are on the rise. By 4 PM, over 60,000 tickets had already been sold across national chains. Critics remain optimistic, with positive word-of-mouth helping to drive foot traffic. Siddaramaiah Govt Gave Conditional Nod To RCB's Vidhana Soudha Event, Anticipated Huge Crowd
Last Updated: The victory celebrations for RCB, which lifted the IPL trophy after 18 years, turned tragic on Wednesday as 11 people were killed in a stampede outside Chinnaswamy Stadium The Karnataka government had granted written permission to the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) for an event at Vidhana Soudha to celebrate the victory of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in IPL, a communication accessed by CNN-News18 has revealed. The letter, dated June 4, was a swift response to KSCA's request on June 3, but came with a comprehensive list of stringent conditions, anticipating a large gathering. The victory celebrations for RCB, which lifted the IPL trophy after 18 years, turned tragic on Wednesday as 11 people were killed in a stampede outside Chinnaswamy Stadium near the Vidhan Soudha. Foremost among the government's concerns was the potential for damage to the iconic Vidhana Soudha premises. 'As a large crowd is expected, precautions must be taken to ensure no damage is caused to the grand steps, statues, roads, or gardens," the letter stated, making it clear that KSCA would be liable for full repair costs in case of any mishap. Other key conditions included obtaining prior permissions from the Bengaluru City Police Commissioner, BBMP, and other authorities, ensuring no obstruction to traffic or office work, and maintaining strict cleanliness. Plastic items were strictly prohibited. Financial stipulations were also laid out, requiring a Rs 10,000 advance security deposit for refreshments and a non-refundable Rs 10,000 cleaning fee. Crucially, a substantial security deposit of Rs 15 lakh was mandated for tents and other arrangements. The government also insisted on mandatory certifications for any structural or electrical installations on the grand steps, emphasising the KSCA's sole responsibility for any untoward incidents. Further safety measures included the deployment of firefighters, fire tenders, and health department medical staff. Drone usage was strictly banned as the area is a no-drone zone. The letter also stipulated that furniture must be removed within three hours of the event's conclusion to avoid forfeiture of the security deposit, and that KSCA was responsible for identifying and managing invitees. The letter comes amid a blame-game between the government and the organisers over the event that killed 11 and led to over 45 being injured. CNN-News18 had earlier reported that Bengaluru Police were not in favour of the felicitation ceremony at the Vidhana Soudha. The chaos erupted with RCB announcing the victory parade in a social media post on Wednesday morning. What ensued was utter chaos—uncertainty over the parade's status, conflicting information about ticket requirements, poor communication, multiple rescheduling, and finally the tragedy. The chief minister had then blamed the Karnataka Cricket Association, which had organised the event, saying: 'We did not organise the event, the cricket association did. Our duty was to provide security. The crowd turnout should have been equal to the number of passes given. What can we do if more people come? Let's see what the investigation finds, whether (lapses by) association or police," he said. First Published: June 07, 2025, 13:32 IST
