Stephen King's "The Life of Chuck" Trailer Is Here
Yara Sameh Neon has finally released the official trailer for the highly-anticipated film adaptation of Stephen King's short story "The Life of Chuck". The movie is led by Marvel vet Tom Hiddleston, who is playing the titular role of Charles Krantz. 'The Life of Chuck' is told in reverse, following Hiddleston's Charles Krantz as his life story will be told into three separate parts, beginning from his death up to his childhood. Alongside Hiddleston, the ensemble cast also includes Annalise Basso, Carl Lumbly, Kate Siegel, Samantha Sloyan, Rahul Kohli, Violet McGraw, Heather Langenkamp, Matthew Lillard, David Dastmalchian, Harvey Guillén, Trinity Jo-Li Bliss, Q'orianka Kilcher, Michael Trucco, Molly C. Quinn, Lauren LaVera, Antonio Raul Corbo, Taylor Gordon, Hamish Linklater, Matt Biedel, Suriyan Sapkota, Saidah Arrika Ekulona, Scott Wampler, and more. Benjamin Pajak, Jacob Tremblay and Cody Flanagan will all play different versions of Chuck, while Chiwetel Ejiofor and Karen Gillan will play Marty and Felicia, a divorced couple whose world is unraveled by the mystery of Chuck Krantz. Mia Sara and Mark Hamill play Chuck's grandparents Sarah and Albie, with Nick Offerman serving as the film's narrator. The movie hails from writer-director Mike Flanagan, who had already previously adapted King's other novels into movies such as "Gerald's Game" and "Doctor Sleep". "The Life of Chuck" is produced by Flanagan and Trevor Macy for Intrepid Pictures. The film was acquired by Neon following a people's choice award win at the Toronto International Film Festival. 'The Life of Chuck' has been compared to King adaptations like 'Shawshank Redemption' and 'Stand By Me' rather than 'It' or 'Pet Sematary.' Filming began in October 2023 under a SAG-AFTRA interim agreement. In a previous interview, Flanagan confirmed that the movie will see some changes from the source material. 'One of the big changes we made to this story was that the people you meet at the beginning, you see them again as Chuck encounters them throughout his life, and you can see how and why he pulled them into his imagination, and how they continue to exist in his mind even after the real people have moved on, in one way or another,' he explained. 'And so that's one of the very few changes we made for the film. It seemed like a real cool opportunity to do something like that." Gene Hackman and Wife Betsy's Wills Revealed
Yara Sameh Following the death of Gene and Betsy Hackman in Santa Fe, New Mexico, earlier this month, the fate of the actor's millions in estate inheritance is uncertain as his living will, it was revealed on Friday, left out his three adult children while leaving everything to his wife, who died in their mansion at least a week before him. On March 7, officials in New Mexico announced that two-time Academy Award winner Gene had died around February 17. The 95-year-old Hollywood icon died of severe cardiovascular disease, with Alzheimer's disease as a significant contributory factor, and he survived in the home he shared with his wife for a week after she died in their living room of hantavirus pulmonary syndrome, a rare but severe respiratory illness. Betsy was the second wife of the revered actor; the couple had no kids over their 30-year marriage. He had three children — Christopher Allen, 65, Leslie Anne, 58, and Elizabeth Jean, 62 — with his first wife, Faye Maltese. He spoke in interviews of a frosty relationship with his kids, as he was frequently away filming during their formative years. His relationship with Leslie Anne seemed to have been solid at the time of his death. She discussed having spoken with him semi-recently but not during his final weeks. On Friday, TMZ reported that Gene's will left nothing to his three children and everything to Betsy, who was also listed as the sole executor of the will, citing a trust agreement made September 22, 1995. The will was written in June 2005 and submitted in the Santa Fe County court on March 6, People reported. TMZ also reported that Betsy's will leaves most of her assets to Gene, yet a provision states that if they died within 90 days of each other, their deaths would be considered simultaneous; Betsy's will states that in this case, all of her assets would go to charity. On Friday, a source close to the Hackmans told The Hollywood Reporter that Gene had a trust established and that in terms of his assets, his will is going to 'ultimately leave everything to the trust.' A trust is a legal arrangement wherein an individual arranges a transfer of assets to a trustee, who manages them for the benefit of one or multiple beneficiaries. Details on Gene's trust are not a matter of public record, so it is unclear who will receive the reported $80 million in his estate following his death. That aside, the actor's adult children seem to have a glimmer of hope of receiving a piece of the sizable fortune. In a September 1995 agreement, Gene appointed the remainder of a trust, called the GeBe Revocable Trust, in favor of Betsy as the successor, People reported. Following the death of the attorney set up as an executor in the event of Betsy's death in 2019, Julia Peters was appointed as Gene's second successor for personal representation of his estate; Peters is chief counsel at Santa Fe investment firm Avalon Trust. Following the actor's death, Peters filed court documents alongside Gene's will that identify Christopher, Elizabeth and Leslie as his heirs, People reported. At the time, Peters was also deemed by the court as the informal personal representative of Gene's estate moving forward.

Justin Bieber Gets Candid About Self-Doubt in Brutally Honest Post
Yara Sameh Justin Bieber is taking some time to reflect and put his feelings into perspective. In a vulnerable post to his Instagram Stories on Thursday, the pop star shared some raw musings about his self-esteem and the times he doubted himself in the past. "People told me my whole life 'Wow Justin u deserve that' and I personally have always felt unworthy," Bieber, 31, began. "Like I was a fraud, Like when people told me I deserve something, it made me feel sneaky like, Damn if only they knew my thoughts." "How judgmental I am, how selfish I really am, they wouldn't be saying this," he continued. "I say all this to say. If you feel sneaky welcome to the club. I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days." The song "Sneaky Sneaky" by Gold-Tiger was added to the Stories. Bieber's post comes days after he shared a cryptic message about the "gift of life." "We have nothing to prove today," he began the Instagram Stories post on Saturday, March 8. "Just the gift of life today to accept and [receive]," he continued. "Nothing is owed to us and we [don't] owe anyone anything ♥️." He also got candid about his fears and insecurities in a February post on his Instagram Stories. "It's time to grow up! Changing is about letting go! Not trying harder!" the "Sorry" singer said. "Are you tired of trying to follow all of the rules in hopes to get the results you create?". Bieber's appearance and behavior sparked concern among fans over the past few weeks. A representative for the singer spoke out in late February, calling any allegations of Bieber using drugs "exhausting" in a statement shared to TMZ. The rep added that this past year had been "very transformative" for the singer "as he ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him." They also called the rumors surrounding drug use "exhausting and pitiful." "Despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive," the rep said. A source told PEOPLE in early March that Bieber is "doing well" and isn't feeling any "pressure." "Justin has a few priorities that he focuses on every day — Hailey, baby Jack and new music," the insider added, referring to his wife and their 6-month-old son. "He's working at his own pace and spending as much time with his family as he can." For his 31st birthday, Bieber and his family went on a "relaxing" vacation to Gozzer Ranch in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho with friends.
