Bethenny Frankel quietly puts her Connecticut home on the market for $8M as she looks for a new Florida home

Daily Mail25-04-2025

Bethenny Frankel is looking to essentially swap her Connecticut home for a new abode in the Sunshine State of Florida.
The 54-year-old entrepreneur and former reality star is quietly showing her Greenwich, CT home off-market while searching for a new home in either Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach, Florida, via Page Six.
Frankel announced her move to Florida due to, 'personal & private circumstances,' on an Instagram reel last week, along with her 14-year-old daughter Brynn.
She is reportedly asking roughly $8 million for the home, with a, 'select group of family and friends' already looking at the property.
The home was built in 1743, and she revealed on In Depth with Graham Bensinger two months ago that only 20 people have lived there in its 280-year history.
Bethenny will be keeping her beachfront Miami property, but she's looking for a home renovation project nearby as well.

'She loves a home renovation project. She's looking for a house that needs some work so she can design it and make it feel like hers,' the source said.
'She's prioritizing convenience and staying close to friends over the typical Miami scene,' the source continued.
Last week, she posted an Instagram reel announcing her move to the Sunshine State, adding, 'Something has arisen that made this the best and healthiest decision for myself and my daughter.'
'We will maintain residences in The Hamptons and New York City because we love New York, but this will be our primary and permanent residence,' she said.
She also shared a glimpse of what would be her 'back yard,' revealing she's close to the ocean, though it's unclear if she has actually purchased a home yet.
While some speculated that she was moving for political reasons, DailyMail.com reported exclusively last week that was not the case, and it was for her daughter.
'Bryn has found a strong volleyball community in Miami, and with Bethenny's longtime friends there, the move feels right for this chapter of her life,' the source said.
'The plan is for her and Bryn to settle into a new home before the next school year. She's currently in town touring houses and finalizing the details of the move,' the source added.
Frankel previously sold a Soho loft in NYC for $7 million back in 2022 and listed a Bridgehampton estate for $6 million last September, which she bought in 2013 for $6 million.
Her real estate portfolio currently includes a $5.5 million home in Southampton and an Upper West Side 1,300-square-foot loft she bought last January. ]
Many fans felt the move may have been political, speculating that she has become a Donald Trump supporter.
She did not publicly reveal who she endorsed in the 2024 Presidential election, though she did slam voters for not, 'allowing each other have an opinion,' while also calling out Kamala Harris for 'aligning with celebrities.'

David Beckham to guest edit edition of Country Life Magazine

The former England captain and businessman will join the editorial team for the October 22 edition of the magazine with the aim of celebrating what the countryside means to him and his family. He follows in the footsteps of Royal Family members who previously joined the editor-in chief Mark Hedges at the helm, including the King, the Princess Royal and the Queen. David Beckham and Mark Hedges (Editor-in-Chief of Country Life Magazine) photographed at RHS Chelsea Flower Show (Courtney Hockley/Country Life magazine/PA) Beckham said: 'I am honoured to have been invited to guest edit an edition of a magazine that I have always admired and read. 'I am really looking forward to working with the editorial team to produce an issue that will celebrate what the countryside and the great British landscape means to me and my family.' This comes as Beckham is to be awarded a knighthood in the King's Birthday Honours, according to reports by The Sun. The football star regularly documents his life in the countryside by posting pictures and videos on his Instagram including him harvesting vegetables, gardening and his flock of chickens. Mark Hedges, Country Life editor-in-chief, said: 'I know he has a deep love of the countryside, which has grown since he retired as a professional footballer, although he is, of course, still extremely busy as a businessman and an ambassador for a host of causes, such as Unicef and The King's Foundation, as well as being co-owner of Inter Miami CF in the US and Salford City Football Club in the UK. David Beckham turns 50 this year (Victoria Jones/PA) 'As someone who is passionate about the countryside, I'm excited to see what his special commemorative issue will bring.' The one-off edition aims to highlight how the countryside has played an important part in Beckham's life. It will feature his favourite view, his best-loved recipe and spotlight his rural champions, including the craftsmen and woman who helped shape his home in the Cotswolds. Beckham, who played for his country 115 times, is the only Englishman to score at three different World Cups and his career included the treble-winning campaign of 1998-99, when Manchester United won the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League. He earned the third highest number of England caps of all time for the men's team, and was captain on 59 occasions. The former winger married Spice Girl Victoria, also known as Posh Spice, in 1999.

Ex-Top of the Pops presenter walked away from fame as she shares heartbreaking fear

More info Sarah Cawood was once one of the most prominent TV hosts of the 90s, and was a key presenter on Top of The Pops. But her life has changed dramatically two decades after her rise to fame. Sarah's first major break came in the '90s when she worked on children's TV for Nickelodeon. Two years later, she secured a presenting role on Channel 4's The Girlie Show, alongside Sara Cox. The show, which ran for two series, followed a magazine-style format, featuring interviews, live music, and stunts. The programme aired at the late 'post-pub' slot of 11pm on Fridays, positioning itself as edgier than its competitors and capitalising on the 'ladette' culture that defined the decade. Sarah then joined the revamped Live and Kicking programme for its final two years on air. (Image: BBC) Her most significant role came with Top of The Pops. After her tenure ended, she went on to present various mini-series and one-off shows, including co-commentating the Eurovision semi-finals in 2007, 2009, and 2010, reports the Daily Record. However, around this time, many of the high-profile presenting opportunities began to dwindle. In 2014, Sarah joined Heart East Anglia's breakfast show team for a year before stepping back to focus on caring for her children. Earlier this year, the star opened up about her health struggles on social media, expressing concerns about her breast cancer returning. She was initially diagnosed in 2022, underwent successful treatment, and was given the all-clear. (Image: sunday mirror) She opened up to her followers about the lingering anxiety of cancer returning. In an open Instagram message, she said: "This is the reality of anyone who has had any kind of cancer. "I never struggled with health anxiety before but post-breast cancer it's all-consuming and it wears me out a bit tbh. I have been feeling tired since the new year began and although it's probably just life-ing, there's always a niggling worry that it's back. "All I can do is carry on doing healthy things, moving my body, practising mindfulness and living each day with gratitude that I got to breathe again this morning. So on we go! Batting away those intrusive thoughts and getting on with it. (Image: ITV) "To anyone either going through a cancer diagnosis or anyone who has recovered from cancer and feels like this: I've got you, and my inbox is always open. And remember, anything that doesn't feel right: get it checked out. Early detection is key." She also took a moment to reflect on her career in television, saying she'd come to terms with no longer being in the limelight. In another heartfelt post, she remarked: "Do I miss telly? I miss the money! And yes, sometimes I wonder what went wrong, but I'm here now so I'm going to make the most of it, however, that looks".
