Bethenny Frankel quietly puts her Connecticut home on the market for $8M as she looks for a new Florida home
Bethenny Frankel is looking to essentially swap her Connecticut home for a new abode in the Sunshine State of Florida.
The 54-year-old entrepreneur and former reality star is quietly showing her Greenwich, CT home off-market while searching for a new home in either Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach, Florida, via Page Six.
Frankel announced her move to Florida due to, 'personal & private circumstances,' on an Instagram reel last week, along with her 14-year-old daughter Brynn.
She is reportedly asking roughly $8 million for the home, with a, 'select group of family and friends' already looking at the property.
The home was built in 1743, and she revealed on In Depth with Graham Bensinger two months ago that only 20 people have lived there in its 280-year history.
Bethenny will be keeping her beachfront Miami property, but she's looking for a home renovation project nearby as well.
The 54-year-old entrepreneur and former reality star is quietly showing her Greenwich, CT home off-market while searching for a new home in either Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach, Florida, via Page Six .
'She loves a home renovation project. She's looking for a house that needs some work so she can design it and make it feel like hers,' the source said.
'She's prioritizing convenience and staying close to friends over the typical Miami scene,' the source continued.
Last week, she posted an Instagram reel announcing her move to the Sunshine State, adding, 'Something has arisen that made this the best and healthiest decision for myself and my daughter.'
'We will maintain residences in The Hamptons and New York City because we love New York, but this will be our primary and permanent residence,' she said.
She also shared a glimpse of what would be her 'back yard,' revealing she's close to the ocean, though it's unclear if she has actually purchased a home yet.
While some speculated that she was moving for political reasons, DailyMail.com reported exclusively last week that was not the case, and it was for her daughter.
'Bryn has found a strong volleyball community in Miami, and with Bethenny's longtime friends there, the move feels right for this chapter of her life,' the source said.
'The plan is for her and Bryn to settle into a new home before the next school year. She's currently in town touring houses and finalizing the details of the move,' the source added.
Frankel previously sold a Soho loft in NYC for $7 million back in 2022 and listed a Bridgehampton estate for $6 million last September, which she bought in 2013 for $6 million.
Her real estate portfolio currently includes a $5.5 million home in Southampton and an Upper West Side 1,300-square-foot loft she bought last January. ]
Many fans felt the move may have been political, speculating that she has become a Donald Trump supporter.
She did not publicly reveal who she endorsed in the 2024 Presidential election, though she did slam voters for not, 'allowing each other have an opinion,' while also calling out Kamala Harris for 'aligning with celebrities.'

'M&S is back online - here's four items I'm ordering immediately'
Marks and Spencer has finally re-opened online for selected orders - and it's good news for fashion fans, but they'll need to do one important thing before they can checkout After weeks of refreshing the Marks and Spencer homepage, it's a relief to have the site back online. Seven weeks after the retailer was hit by a major cyberattack, M&S has finally reopened its site for selected online orders - and it's good news for fashion fans. As of this morning, the high street favourite is offering home delivery on certain bestselling clothing styles, meaning I could finally check out my long-awaited basket. But not without doing one very important thing first. Before placing an order, all shoppers must reset their M&S account password - it takes a couple of seconds to do and is a necessary precaution after the breach. With that done, I finally hit 'buy' on all the warm-weather pieces I've had my eye on. From fresh sandals to viral cotton dresses, and swimsuits that hold their shape, here's everything I'm ordering as a fashion writer as M&S makes its much anticipated comeback: Woven Shoulder Tote Bag – £39.50 I saw this bag on a friend's Instagram story weeks ago and immediately knew I needed it. It's an easy, neutral-toned staple I know I'll use nonstop, especially now that I can actually order it. I don't live particularly close to an M&S store with my nearest being around nine miles away, so not being able to order it online was quite a pain as I didn't want to do an 18-mile round trip if it wasn't in stock at my local store, but I've finally been able to get my mitts on it this morning. Coming in at £39.50, the Woven Shoulder Tote Bag comes in a dreamy light, dusky blue hue and is a surefire way to elevate your summer basics. Made from a woven leather-look fabric that is light and breezy, it boasts two top handles and an adjustable shoulder strap that can be removed for styling versatility. This small tote is exactly the kind of laid-back, practical summer bag that works for both errands and evenings out. A zipped inner pocket keeps valuables secure, and the whole thing feels more expensive than its price tag suggests. Wide Fit Suede Fisherman Sandals – £49.50 Fisherman sandals are set to be the must-have footwear for the summer and this suede pair perfectly blends the stylish shoe silhouette with the fabric that dominated spring. And at under £50, they're a great alternative to Dr Martens' £150 Wrenlie Bronx Suede Fisherman Sandals, which have a similar design. M&S's take on the trend is made in a wide fit - a rare and glorious thing for anyone whose feet don't fit into standard sizing. They're low-heeled, secure at the ankle, and have that timeless look that works with everything. Shoppers are already obsessed with the sandals having racked up a number of five star ratings, one of which read: 'I can't believe I have a pair of sandals that are both comfy and wide enough to not feel like I'm squashed in! I will be buying the black version too.' 'So comfortable, so classic, love them. I'm wearing them with everything from now on. I will probably buy a second pair. One pair for casual/beach etc. one pair for smart summer outfits,' wrote another. However, some reviewers found them too generously sized, so if your feet are only slightly wide, consider sizing down. One said: 'These are a lovely sandal but I found the sizing too large, both too long and too wide, so not for me. Great for someone with wider feet than mine.' Pure Cotton Bubble Hem Midaxi Dress – £49.50 There's a reason this bubble-hem dress has become a cult favourite among Instagram girlies. The bubble hem is dramatic but wearable, with a gathered skirt and cut-out back offering structure without feeling fussy. The cotton fabric feels breathable, and it's fully lined, making it feel super polished. In the reviews, one customer said: 'The dress is beautiful. I felt really nice in it and lots and lots of women asked me where it was from.' 'Stunning dress with a beautiful skirt shape and flattering bodice. Fresh summer weight cotton,' said another. But a third mentioned that it runs slightly small, commenting: 'This is a gorgeous dress but comes up small. Take a size bigger than usual.' This LBD (long black dress) is a real investment piece for your wardrobe. Pair with gold or silver jewellery and a cute bag and you've got a showstopper of an outfit for any occasion. We have also spotted a very similar style at Next, as the retailer is stocking its Sleeveless Racer Puffball 100% Cotton Midi Dress, available in white and black, for £42. Neoprene Scallop Plunge Swimsuit – £35 The perfect swimsuit has eluded me for several years, and each time I buy a new one, after 12 months, it never seems to fit as well or hold its shape. As such, I've been eyeing up the Neoprene Scallop Plunge Swimsuit at M&S, a style that has returned year after year in fresh colourways thanks to its enduring popularity. This tomato red shade is a dream, made from neoprene fabric for a smooth feel and a flattering fit. The scallop-edged plunge neckline adds a feminine feel without being over the top. It comes with removable padding and is made from chlorine-resistant StayNew fabric, which means it should actually survive a summer of wear. Perfect for pool days, spa trips or layering under linen trousers on holiday. Another option for those looking for the perfect beachwear is Cat Deeley's Evia Ruffle Swimsuit in black, which comes in at £80 from Boden. With lightly padded fixed cups and built-in Powermesh fabric to streamline the figure, it's the kind of swimsuit that suits a range of body types.

Here we get to know the pro rugby-playing Irishman, who's ready for romance in the famous villa. This came after it emerged he'd been quizzed by cops over a machete attack at a wake in February 2025. Kyle broke his silence on his exit, saying: 'I fully co-operated with this police investigation and made it very clear that I had no involvement in this incident. 'I am not a violent person and any suggestion otherwise is a mischaracterisation.' Another Islander, Dejon Williams, was also questioned by police after being accused of stealing a woman's phone on a night out. He told The Sun: 'I was never arrested. I voluntarily spoke to the police to clarify the truth about what happened in this incident, with no further action taken. "To stress, my intentions here were entirely honourable and it is very upsetting to read claims that suggest otherwise.' ITV was aware of the incident with Dejon when he secured his place on the show, a spokesman confirmed. On June 4, 2025, Love Island revealed professional rugby player Conor Phillips would be taking his place — here's everything you need to know about him. Who is Conor Phillips? Conor is a contestant in the starting lineup for Love Island 2025. Brutal twist rocks villa as bombshell enters during first episode The 25-year-old rugby pro plays for Munster's academy and has represented Ireland at U20 level and in the international 7s. Conor's looking for "someone who is really sure of themselves, ambitious, a bit of a go-getter and good craic. I like dark eyes and I don't mind a dominant woman". When it comes to turn offs, he added: "Being too needy, or needing to do everything together. "I like someone to be independent and do their own thing and then we come together and do our thing." Speaking to press, Conor revealed the most unusual place he's had sex. He shared: "Probably behind a nightclub, I think, is the craziest, to be honest. Hopefully this is the right place, and it should be, you know, because you're in a lovely villa surrounded by beautiful people, so I'm hoping that this is the one Conor Phillips "I know it's nothing too crazy. I was young as well." He also opened up about how his mother feels about him joining Love Island. He said: "It's a weird one for parents. My mam will be quite reserved and low key. So, it's a bit out of her comfort zone. "But again, she knew that I'm an adult, so I'm going to make my own decision, and she's going to support me. Admitting he'd broken show rules before entering the famous villa, Conor revealed he'd sought advice from past winner Greg O'Shea. Islanders are forbidden from revealing their involvement in the series before it starts. 4 Conor has never really been in a long relationship and believes Love Island is the right place to find a partner Credit: Instagram Fellow Irish rugby player Greg, 30, won series five alongside Amber Gill. Conor shared: "I know Greg through rugby circles so I spoke to him about going on Love Island. "He just said 'be yourself, it's a really really really cool experience that not many people get. "So enjoy it and yeah take it day by day and if you can be yourself you can't really go too far wrong'. "So that's my plan. He was like 'my advice might be a bit different from others because I won'." He added: "I'm 25 and I've only had one relationship and it wasn't very long. "So I feel like I'm maybe doing something wrong or maybe I'm not in the right places. "So, hopefully this is the right place, and it should be, you know, because you're in a lovely villa surrounded by beautiful people, so I'm hoping that this is the one."
