Despite a real lack of rumours recently, the Telegraph writer is convinced that Chelsea are getting interest in the former Rennes man.

'I don't have a club for you, but I'm told there's an expectation that he will leave permanently,' Law said on the podcast.
'They expect to sell him rather than loan him, at this stage. That would mean that they must be in talks with clubs, I don't have the name of the clubs but they think a sale is going to happen on Lesley.'

While Law doesn't have the names to hand, it's pretty easy to speculate about what sort of clubs could be interested.
Chelsea paid an eye-watering €27.5m for the midfielder, and will want a similar sum back. They may be happy to take a smaller sum up front, but then ask for bonuses and sell-ons which at least potentially take the fee above what they paid.

Premier League mid-table teams are likely our best shot for moving him on at a good price. While Southampton had a dreadful season and it wasn't easy for him on loan there, he did show in some games that he's got plenty of potential, and there's always demand for athletic midfielders with quality on the ball and some experience in the top flight.

In a decade with Spurs, Son scored 173 goals in 454 matches. The winger confirmed his plans to leave Tottenham in Seoul last weekend after a final match with the Premier League club. LOS ANGELES (AP) — Son Heung-min agreed to a contract with Los Angeles FC on Tuesday, finalizing his move to Major League Soccer after a decade at Tottenham Hotspur. The 33-year-old South Korean superstar forward is joining LAFC three days after he formally announced his decision to leave Tottenham. Son attended LAFC's Leagues Cup match against Tigres at BMO Stadium on Tuesday night, watching from a luxury suite. LAFC will formally introduce Son at a news conference Wednesday. LAFC, a deep-pocketed club with significant team success in its first eight seasons of existence, reportedly paid a transfer fee of more than $20 million, which could end up being the most ever for an MLS move. Son was a beloved presence at Spurs, scoring 173 goals in 454 competitive appearances for the North London club while rising to global prominence with his combination of speed, playmaking skill and finishing acumen. The captain was given a memorable farewell last week in Seoul during Tottenham's exhibition match against Newcastle, getting a guard of honor from both teams and tearfully exiting in the second half while nearly 65,000 fans roared. But South Korea's most popular athlete — and almost certainly the greatest Asian soccer player in history — has chosen an auspicious stage for the next chapter of his groundbreaking career.
