Silver Alert: Missing man last seen on Jacksonville's Northside
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office needs your help finding a missing man.
Officers are looking for David Johnson, 61.
His family reported him missing Thursday night. He was last seen in the Lem Turner and Broward Road area.

Mr. Johnson has been diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and is showing signs of dementia, according to his family.
He may be driving a 2017 Silver Hyundai Tucson bearing FL tag 'REVE09'.
Police are concerned for his safety, not only because of his diminished mental condition, but also because Mr. Johnson is not from the area.

‘We will be cleaned out': Make sure you're ready for hurricane season
Once you hear a storm is coming, it's often too late to stock up on the materials needed to be prepared. 'Things fly off the shelves in a heartbeat, and no matter how many we stock up ahead of time, we will be cleaned out within a few days,' Doug Kreie of Hagan Ace Mandarin explained on Saturday. 'For your basic items, for flashlights, batteries, maybe a weather radio, toilet paper, water, those things can add up quickly,' Kreie highlighted. 'But about $100 to $200 should get most kits fulfilled.' Beyond those everyday household essentials, Kreie said one of the items needed for hurricane preparedness and that they typically see fly off the shelves first: gasoline cans. Kreie said those gasoline cans can go a long way in helping make sure you're not stuck waiting at the pump when it comes time to evacuate. 'Last year it was several hundred gas cans in just a few days [that we sold,] and we couldn't get 'em fast enough,' Kreie said. 'And we already had a good stock.' Maritzha Rivera-Clapp spoke to Action News Jax while shopping at the Ace on Saturday, and reminded us not to forget about those furry friends. 'You forget about the pets until the time comes,' River-Clapp explained. 'You need to make sure you have a plan for the pets, whether a shelter or a family friend that lives in a different part of town, prepare for your pets and have water and food for everybody in the house.' Sex pest Westchester judge accused of harassment by former colleague: ‘You go girl, looking all hot on the bench'
A part-time Westchester County judge claims she was passed over for a promotion in retaliation for complaining about a fellow jurist being a sex pest. Peekskill Judge Lissette Fernandez, 50, alleged her former colleague on the bench, Reginald Johnson, was touchy-feely with her from the moment they met at the January 2020 inauguration of a local lawmaker. Johnson, 59, 'appeared to be testing his luck with flirtation' by 'talking up' the younger Fernandez, helping her with her coat and offering to escort her to her car, all overtures she declined, according to the May 27 filing in Manhattan federal court. 4 Judge Lissette Fernandez. Courtesy 'Beginning from the moment he met her, Johnson sexually harassed [Fernandez] and treated her and other women in the Peekskill City Court differently because of their gender,' the lawsuit claims. Johnson maintained his innocence even as he was forced to turn in his gavel last September amid mounting sexual harassment allegations, misconduct and workplace toxicity claims. 4 Judge Reginald Johnson resigned in September. News 12 The disgraced judge inappropriately touched Fernandez, texted her dinner invitations, and made lewd comments, such as, 'You go girl, looking all hot on the bench,' and 'Show them that hot Latina attitude,' the filing against Johnson and the city of Peekskill alleges. After Fernandez confronted Johnson, she learned six other female court employees had also complained about him, the fling claims, including two instances where they 'were brought to tears' by his 'aggressive and hostile behavior towards women.' 4 Johnson was accused of fostering a toxic workplace. Two drivers killed in head-on collision on U.S. 90, road closed: FHP
The Florida Highway Patrol says two people are dead after a crash on U.S. 90 Friday evening. The collision happened near Log Road, near the Duval/Nassau County line. [DOWNLOAD: Free Action News Jax app for alerts as news breaks] According to FHP, two vehicles hit each other head-on. Both drivers were pronounced dead on the scene, and no one else was inside the involved vehicles. U.S. 90 is shut down in the area as FHP investigates. Drivers are asked to find alternate routes to avoid the area.
