The Chandler Police Department said that emergency units responded to a residence adjacent to Chandler Heights and Cooper Roads last Monday after a complaint of a suspected drowning.When police arrived, a person was already giving CPR to Trigg, who had been discovered in a backyard pool in an extremely serious condition.
