Celtic transfer news: English club 'approach' for Stephen Welsh
Sky Sports claims Celtic are weighing up whether to send the 25-year-old out to England's third tier.
Welsh, who impressed during his loan spell at KV Mechelen last season, has also attracted interest from Belgium.

However, Argyle, relegated from the English Championship last season, are looking to strengthen at centre-back after Nikola Katic's departure and Maksym Talovierov's move to Stoke City.
Welsh is under contract with [[Celtic]] until May 2027 but is reportedly considering a move for regular playing time, with Cameron Carter-Vickers, Liam Scales, and Auston Trusty currently preferred.
The club are also keen on Manchester City's Jahmai Simpson-Pusey.
