Fugitive Brit who Spanish police believe is a 'hitman wanted for murder' arrested in the Costa del Sol after a car crash that saw a pistol and silencer spill out over the road

Daily Mail2 days ago
A fugitive Brit believed to be a hitman who police say was wanted for murder has been arrested after a run-in with two women at a Costa del Sol petrol station and a subsequent car crash.
Police released photos of pistols, ammunition and a silencer seized in his vehicle after the suspect, described locally as having links with 'one of London 's most dangerous crime gangs', tried to flee and they held him and discovered he should be in prison.
The pics showed the unnamed Brit was also carrying a book called 'Practical Buddhism and the Search for Self.'
The arrest was made in an area called Riviera between La Cala de Mijas and Marbella. Respected local paper Sur said he was wanted for 'several assassinations' and reported the argument he had at the petrol station was with two Dutch women he started berating after trying repeatedly to get them to buy him cocaine.
A spokesman for local police in the municipality of Mijas, who are employed by Mijas Town Hall, said: 'A British man has been arrested in Riviera who had a warrant out for him ordering his remand in prison for murder.'
He added: 'While conducting surveillance work in La Cala de Mijas, officers were called yesterday to deal with an altercation at a petrol station in the area.
'Upon arrival, they interviewed a customer at the station who stated that a foreign man who had been harassing her had already driven away from the scene.
'Shortly afterwards, a call was received alerting us to an accident on Orfebres Street in Riviera.
'Upon arrival the officers found a damaged vehicle that matched the one involved in the incident at the petrol station.
The driver attempted to flee when he saw police but was quickly intercepted by the officers. Once identified, they verified that he was a British man with a warrant for his arrest and remand in prison for murder.
'He was also carrying several firearms and a large amount of ammunition which were seized.
'After being arrested, he was handed over to the Civil Guard police force so he could be taken before a judge and subsequently imprisoned.'
Police offered no detail about the exact nature of the crimes he was wanted for or any information about his age. As well as two pistols and the silencer they are also said to have found a contacts book with names and addresses in his crashed car which they have handed over to Civil Guard investigators to go through.
The photos they released of the smashed-up Nissan Qashqai showed the British man had hit a lamp-post in a residential street.
He has already been remanded to jail on the orders of a judge in Fuengirola.
Sur reported today: 'An investigation remains open to clarify his links with organised crime.'

Parents force teen son to live in shed for MONTHS and use leaves for toilet paper

A 16-year-old boy was allegedly forced to live in an outside shed for months by his parents - and had to use leaves as toilet paper. Grace Sensenig, 42, and Daryl Sensenig, 41, were arrested by police after they allegedly forced their son to live in a wooden shed due to "inappropriate behaviours." Officers were called to their home in Pennsylvania after reports of a domestic incident. Police said the dad had tackled the boy and "had a pressure point applied to the victim's neck" following an argument. A further investigation found the boy was forced to live in a shed 100 yards away from their home since mid-March, after returning from a boy's camp. It comes as a seven-year-old Troy Koehler was tragically discovered crammed dead inside a washing machine. It was also alleged he was forced to defecate in the woods and had to use leaves as toilet roll, according to police. Furthermore, he was also told to pay for any food he ate using money from his part-time job. The boy was taken into the protection of extended family. His parents were taken into custody and face charges of endangering the welfare of children. The couple was released on a £20,000 bond. It comes as an adoptive dad has been sentenced to 50 years in prison after his seven-year-old son was found dead inside a washing machine. Troy Koehler was tragically discovered crammed inside a washing machine on July 28, 2022, at their family home in Spring, Texas. Jermaine Thomas had reported Troy missing, and hours later, officers discovered the child's body in the washing machine, fully clothed. 'Now, we will never know what he could have become,' his former teacher, Sheryl Reed, said during the sentencing. 'His future, his dreams, his life–were stolen by someone who was supposed to love, protect, and nurture him. According to the post-mortem examination, Troy had sustained fresh and historic injuries, but there was no reference to drowning. His death was classified as a homicide and, according to courtroom documents, he died from asphyxiation and blunt force trauma. He had numerous bruises and scars across his body, along with facial injuries. Troy's body was covered with fresh and old bruises. Investigators also discovered blood on the drum of the washing machine and other parts of the house, according to court documents. Thomas has been charged with capital murder and faces 50 years in prison, which is often regarded as a "virtual life sentence," ruling out the possibility of parole. Thomas' wife, Tiffany Thomas, has also been charged in the case with injury to a child by omission. She is seeking community supervision.

Farage slams ‘we've had ENOUGH' as cops accused of ‘cover up' after asylum seekers charged with raping 12-year-old girl

NIGEL Farage has spoken out after cops were accused of "covering up" that two men charged with raping a 12-year-old girl were asylum seekers. Two men were charged after a girl was allegedly kidnapped, raped and strangled in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. 3 3 3 Ahmad Mulakhil, 23, is accused of raping of the underage girl in Nuneaton on July 22. A second man, Mohammad Kabir, also 23, has been charged with aiding and abetting rape, as well as strangulation and kidnap of the girl. George Finch, the leader of Warwickshire county council and Reform party politician, claimed there has been a "cover up". He alleged the two men were asylum seekers, and accused the police of hiding this from the public. Now, Nigel Farage has weighed into the debate and blasted that the British people "have had enough" of "unidentified males" roaming the streets. Speaking at a press conference today, the Reform leader said: 'None of these young and unidentified males that are coming into this country should be free to roam the streets. "They should be detained ahead of them being deported. 'We will do that to protect the British people. We have had enough.' Cllr Finch claimed that the chief executive of the council, Monica Fogarty, told him Kabir was an asylum seeker living in a house of multiple occupancy. He said locals were able to "join the dots together" and came to the same assumption. Cllr Finch, leader of Warwickshire County Council, claimed he wasn't immediately told about two migrants involved in the alleged rape of a girl in Nuneaton. The Reform councillor claims he was only made aware of Mulakhil being charged two days later on July 29. I'll send depraved monsters like Ian Huntley to hellhole jails in El Salvador if Reform is elected, reveals Nigel Farage He claims he tried to contact the local police and crime commissioner, only to be told he was on holiday and didn't know much about the case. The Council Leader claimed he was 'begging' and 'screaming' for all details relating to the accused's asylum status to be released. He said: 'Our communities are at breaking point and that's why we need Reform to change things. We're the last line of defence against this block. 'The people of Nuneaton are hurt. They've had enough.' The Warwickshire assault allegedly unfolded between 8.30pm and 9.45pm on Tuesday, July 22. CCTV footage from a nearby doorbell camera appeared to show a man walking with the girl at around 8pm. Cops detained the suspect on Saturday 26, and he was charged the following day. He appeared at Coventry Magistrates' Court on Monday and was remanded in custody. Both defendants will next appear at Warwick Crown Court on August 26. While police are under no obligation to reveal a suspect's nationality, cops allegedly told local politicians and officials not to reveal it in this case over fears of 'inflaming community tensions', The Times reported. The roads where suspects live are usually named, but in this case were kept secret. However, Warwickshire Police has not denied reports that Mr Mulakhil and Mr Kabir are asylum seekers. An official claimed police feared the area would become a hotbed for protests like those outside a migrant hotel in Epping, Essex, last month. Last month, Epping made the headlines after becoming a hotspot for protests outside of asylum seeker hotels. The protest, outside the Bell Hotel in Epping, began peacefully but escalated into what officers described as "scattered incidents of violence" targeting police and property. Eight officers were injured and a number of police vehicles were damaged as missiles were thrown.
