Big Brother Season 27 Spoilers: Week 5 Nominations, Veto Results, and Possible Replacement Shocker
According to conversations in the house, Ava wanted to protect Keanu, indicating he was not her intended eviction choice. She also considered Morgan Pope as a potential replacement nominee if the Veto was used.
Power of Veto competition brings new scenarios
Kat Woodman won her first Power of Veto this week. She competed alongside Ava, Will Williams, Keanu, Vince, and Zach. The competition included rewards and penalties, Vince received an egg-related punishment, Will won a London vacation, and Ava earned USD 5,000.
After her win, Kat planned to remove Zach from the block. Will even offered to take Zach's place, telling him he supported this move. 'Will showed me respect after the London trip,' Zach shared on the live feeds.
Here's what could happen next in week 5
If Zach is saved, Ava will need to name a replacement nominee. Morgan Pope's name has been mentioned again, consistent with Ava's earlier plans. Will's willingness to be nominated could also play into her decision.
Ava has repeated that she wants Keanu safe this week, leaving Vince as the primary eviction target. The final decision will be confirmed at the upcoming Veto ceremony.
Who was evicted in week 4?
In week 4, Mickey Lee was HOH. After Keanu removed himself from the block for the third week in a row with the Veto, Mickey nominated Jimmy Heagerty as the replacement. The house considered whether to evict Jimmy or Kelley Jorgensen.
Rachel Reilly supported Ashley Hollis and Will Williams' push to save Jimmy, while Zach Cornell stayed undecided. Some believed Kelley would gain power if she remained.
During the live eviction, nine houseguests voted to evict Jimmy. Rachel and Ashley cast votes to evict Kelley, but Ashley's request to change her vote afterward was denied. Jimmy left the house by a 9–2 vote and learned during his exit interview with Julie Chen Moonves that only Rachel and Ashley voted to keep him.

Coolie Vs War 2 Advance Box Office Day 1: Rajinikanth's Film Earns Rs 50 Crore, Storms Ahead Of Hrithik-Jr NTR?
Last Updated: Coolie Vs War 2 Movie Day 1 Box Office Collections: Rajinikanth's film is leading in advance bookings. Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR's project lags behind in advance sales. Coolie vs War 2 Movie Collections Day 1: South cinema and Bollywood are set for another big clash, scheduled for the Independence Day weekend on August 14. Rajinikanth's Coolie will meet Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR's War 2 in theatres, and it seems like the audience already has a preference. Kickstarting its pre-sales overseas before hitting Indian screens, Rajinikanth's Coolie is witnessing a massive rush in international ticket bookings as a part of its early sales. The stakes are bigger than that of War 2 in India too. In the country, where bookings opened in phases on Friday, the film has already pulled in Rs 14 crore in advance sales, with Rs 10 crore locked for opening day alone. The Tamil version dominates with nearly Rs 10 crore, while the Telugu and Kannada versions have made a solid start. The Hindi version lags for now but is expected to pick up momentum as release day approaches. Internationally, Coolie is smashing records. In North America, premiere advance bookings have touched USD 1.7 million (about Rs 14 crore), of which USD 1.45 million comes from the USA alone, with over 56,000 tickets sold. This feat surpasses the premiere earnings of Lokesh Kanagaraj's Leo, which had grossed USD 1.3 million in the USA on its debut day. The film's total overseas advance now stands at Rs 41 crore, already more than the lifetime foreign earnings of Kamal Haasan's Thug Life. With this momentum, Coolie is poised to break the all-time Tamil cinema advance booking benchmark of Rs 46 crore set by Thalapathy Vijay's Leo. On the domestic front, it has already outpaced Jailer's Rs 18 crore India pre-sales record and, as per trade buzz, could potentially double its current advance figures before its August 14 release. The film also stars Nagarjuna, Upendra, and Shruti Haasan, with an extended cameo by Aamir Khan. War 2 Movie Collections: Day 1 Advance Booking Reports As for Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR's War 2, the YRF-backed film is lagging far behind Rajinikanth's Coolie in terms of numbers. According to Sacnilk, its advance booking sales have so far brought in Rs 2.09 crore. The film has a lot of ground to cover – not just to catch up with Coolie, but also because it has been made on a staggering budget of Rs 400 crore. The film also stars Kiara Advani. view comments First Published: August 11, 2025, 11:02 IST Disclaimer: Comments reflect users' views, not News18's. Rajinikanth's ‘Coolie' just USD 60K away from toppling ‘Kabali' as biggest Tamil premiere in North America
Rajinikanth's 'Coolie,' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is poised to break records in North America, nearing $1.86 million in premiere sales, challenging 'Kabali's' record. The film, featuring a pan-Indian cast including Nagarjuna and Aamir Khan, faces 'War 2' at the box office but boasts strong advance sales. 'Coolie' is anticipated to be a major cultural event for Tamil cinema. The Rajinikanth0Lokesh Kanagaraj juggernaut Coolie is on the verge of creating history in North America. With three days still to go before its August 14 premiere, the film has already raked in a staggering USD 1.60 million for it's premiere shows in USA alone and after adding Canada numbers the collection jumps to USD 1.86 million. This put Coolie well within touching distance of the all-time Tamil record set by Kabali in 2016 with $1.92 million. Trade analysts say the pace of ticket sales points to Coolie not just breaking Kabali's record but doing so with room to spare, potentially setting a new benchmark for Tamil cinema in the region. The massive surge in bookings over the past week signals the power of the Rajinikanth and Lokesh Kanagaraj pairing, which has sent fan anticipation through the roof. The director, known for his high-octane, stylized action narratives, appears to have delivered yet another mass entertainer that has struck a chord well before release. The star-studded ensemble has only amplified the hype. Joining Rajinikanth are Telugu superstar Nagarjuna, Malayalam favorite Shoubin Shahir, Kannada legend Upendra, veteran actor Sathyaraj, and Shruti Haasan , with Bollywood icon Aamir Khan making a special cameo appearance. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like No annual fees for life UnionBank Credit Card Apply Now Undo The sheer range of pan-Indian talent has helped Coolie transcend regional boundaries, fueling advance sales across diverse South Asian diaspora pockets in North America. Adding to the excitement is the fact that Coolie is headed for one of the year's biggest box office clashes. The film will release alongside War 2, led by Hrithik Roshan , Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani , and directed by Ayan Mukerji. While War 2 has made a solid start in the USA with USD 435K in North America , Coolie currently holds a commanding lead. The stark gap between the two films' advance sales reflects not just Coolie's overwhelming star power but also the fierce loyalty of Rajinikanth's overseas fanbase. His last outings in Jailer had l performed exceptionally in the circuit , but the current momentum suggests Coolie could be his biggest opener in the market yet. With just days to go, Coolie is more than a film release—it's shaping up to be a cultural event for Tamil cinema overseas. Whether it's the record-breaking premiere, the mega cast, or the Lokesh Kanagaraj brand of spectacle, all signs point to August 14 delivering fireworks at the North American box office.

Mahavatar Narasimha Box Office: Scores Biggest Day of the run on Third Sunday
Mahavatar Narasimha recorded the biggest day of its run yesterday on the seventeenth day of release, collecting around Rs. 24 crore. The film grossed Rs. 54 crore approx in its third weekend, which is also its highest weekend to date, up 15 per cent from last weekend and more than three times its opening weekend. The cumulative gross in India now stands at Rs. 176.50 crore approx. On the overseas front, the film has earned USD 1.65 million (Rs. 14.50 crore) approx, taking its worldwide total to Rs. 191 crore. In reality, the figure is even higher, as Indian box office reporting excludes 3D surcharges. Including those charges, the domestic gross rises to Rs. 195 crore, ergo Rs. 210 crore worldwide. The Day Wise Box Office Collections of Mahavatar Narasimha in India are as follows: At the end of its second week, it appeared the film would touch and go the Rs. 200 crore mark in India, provided it held well in the fourth week against the Independence Day biggies, Coolie and War 2. However, with an exceptionally strong third weekend, the double-century will be a cakewalk. It's now a headache for programmers next weekend as they have to decide how to cut shows for a film that grossed Rs. 50 crore in the past weekend and is showing particularly strong traction during weekends and holidays. At this point, Mahavatar Narasimha might even be a better bet than Coolie (Hindi), but cinemas have probably rushed in giving shows to that film.
