Kim Kardashian Cuts Short North West's Visit with Kanye After Learning Andrew & Tristan Tate Would Be There

Express Tribune20-03-2025

Kim Kardashian's co-parenting relationship with Kanye West has hit another rough patch following his controversial posts on X, including an unfounded claim that Kim was 'pimping out' their children.

The claim, which Kanye made in a series of posts, centres around North West's involvement in an FKA Twigs song and a TikTok video, which West controversially linked to accusations of sex trafficking.
However, those close to Kim found the claim laughable, especially given Kanye's recent associations with the Tate brothers and defense of P.Diddy.
A TMZ exclusive revealed that Kim reportedly took drastic action after learning that Andrew and Tristan Tate, both highly controversial figures, would be present during North's visit with Kanye.
Sources told TMZ that Kim was informed by security that the Tate brothers were arriving at the location, prompting her to pull North from the visit immediately.
This issue was raised during an emergency hearing last week regarding North's involvement in Kanye's music.
Kim, Kanye, and their respective lawyers had met with a mediator to discuss North's participation in Kanye's song "LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE," which also features Diddy.
However, discussions also touched on the presence of the Tate brothers and Kanye's unsettling habit of wearing and selling swastika-adorned shirts.
Andrew and Tristan Tate, who were arrested in 2022 for allegedly running a criminal organisation in Romania, also face serious charges, including rape and sexual assault lawsuits in both the U.S. and the U.K., although they have not been convicted.

Given Kanye's own controversial public behaviour, including parading Bianca Censori in see-through outfits at the Grammys, many found it ironic that he would accuse Kim of sex trafficking.
Following the emergency hearing, Kanye agreed not to release the song featuring North, but he went back on his word over the weekend, posting it on X.
As a result, Kim is now considering her legal options, which may involve seeking a judge's decision to strip Kanye of joint legal custody of their four children.
Interestingly, Kanye has recently suggested that he may want to take the same legal action.

Tom Cruise wing walking stunt inspired by TikTok video in Mission: Impossible Final Reckoning

During a Cannes Masterclass, Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning director Christopher McQuarrie revealed how one of the film's biggest stunts was inspired by an unexpected source: a TikTok video. While discussing the movie, McQuarrie shared that he casually showed the video to Tom Cruise, expecting a laugh. Instead, Cruise confidently declared, 'I could do that!' This sparked the creation of the now-famous scene where Cruise performs wing walking on an airplane. McQuarrie explained the back-and-forth process with Cruise, highlighting their collaborative approach. He said they began the film by discussing what each wanted to include — Cruise was eager to do wing walking, while McQuarrie had planned a submarine sequence. The director humorously noted how their ambitious ideas often challenge each other, with Cruise pushing boundaries and McQuarrie sometimes questioning the feasibility. The stunt faced skepticism from professional wing walkers, many of whom doubted it could be achieved safely. However, the production team persevered, consulting with experts and designing the sequence to be both thrilling and realistic. This daring stunt fits Cruise's reputation for performing his own high-risk action scenes. Throughout the Mission: Impossible franchise, he has completed similarly dangerous feats, including hanging off the side of a commercial jet and extended underwater breath holds. Early reactions to The Final Reckoning suggest the film offers fewer action scenes than previous installments, but the ones featured are impactful and memorable. McQuarrie's insight into the wing walking stunt reassures fans that the movie delivers exciting moments worthy of the franchise's legacy.
