New photos of Jennifer Lopez 's home renovations have surfaced.
The 55-year-old singer is giving a 'sexy glow up' to her new $21M nest that she snapped up in February after finalizing her divorce from husband of two years Ben Affleck.
The over 10K-square-foot mansion is located in the gated Hidden Hills, California community where friends Kim and Khloe Kardashian as well as Kylie and Kris Jenner reside.
Last month DailyMail.com was the first to break the news that Jenny From The Block was re-doing her luxury crib.
'Jennifer is renovating the home to her satisfaction,' an insider told DailyMail.com in May. 'She is spending a lot of money because it's big: there is the main house, the pool house and a guest house.'
But this is business as usual for the Unstoppable actress. 'Jennifer renovates every home she moves into because she wants a certain look, the JLo touch, which makes the place her very own,' added the friend.
'She has great style so she makes everything better. And she had very specific ideas for this place. Jennifer wants it light, bright and flirty,' said the source.
It will be a great pad to enjoy the summer months, though she will be out of town often.
Lopez's Up All Night: Live in 2025 summer tour will feature shows across Europe and beyond, beginning on July 4 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, and concluding on August 7 in Istanbul, Turkey.
She will also be performing in Las Vegas, where she used to have a residency.
Her 56th birthday falls on July 24.
The home celebrates her new life as a single woman after a painful split from Ben.
The property is an hour drive from Affleck 's home in the Brentwood area, near his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
DailyMail.com earlier reported the single mother to twins Max and Emme moved for peace of mind. 'Jennifer wanted to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and have a more relaxed home life in Hidden Hills,' said the source.
'It has nothing to do with getting away from Ben and his family and Jennifer and their kids. She is OK with them. It is about being in a more relaxed environment.'
It also helps that the security is tops.
'She bought a home in a gated community where there is security personnel and cameras everywhere, it's extremely safe. This way she doesn't have to worry if Max rides his bicycle down a street or if Emme goes for a walk with a friend.'
Jennifer has lived in the area before. In 2001 she had a house in Calabasas when she was wed to Cris Judd.
This new house is quite the beauty.
The sprawling 2.5-acre estate features a 10,046-square-foot main house, along with a barn, stables, a riding arena, a guest house, and a pool.
For added luxury, the home boasts a private theater, a chef's kitchen, and a fully equipped gym.
The property also has a touch of Hollywood history, having once been owned by John Fogerty of Creedence Clearwater Revival, who purchased it from Sylvester Stallone before selling it to Lopez.
Meanwhile, Lopez and Affleck are still struggling to sell their $61 million Beverly Hills mansion, which they purchased in May 2023.
Initially attempting an off-market sale, they later publicly listed the 38,000-square-foot mansion for $68 million in July.
Known as Crestview Manor, the lavish estate includes a 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom main house, a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a two-bedroom guardhouse, a caretaker's house, and a 12-car garage.
The property also boasts a home bar, gym, sports lounge, boxing ring, basketball and pickleball courts, and parking for up to 80 vehicles.
The former couple accepted a $64 million offer from a New Jersey buyer, but the deal fell through in September, leaving the mansion back on the market as of December 5.
TMZ reported that while the buyers remain 'interested,' the home remains unsold.
A source told PEOPLE that Lopez and Affleck weren't fully aligned when they bought the house.
'The $68 million mansion was Ben's idea and a major compromise for her,' the insider revealed, noting that its expansive layout was ideal for their blended family.
However, Lopez reportedly preferred a more romantic, European- inspired aesthetic, while Affleck soon found the home's location inconvenient for his Brentwood-based life and children.
After months of speculation about their crumbling marriage, Lopez filed for divorce in August, citing April 26, 2024, as their date of separation.

Donald Trump is pressuring a US senator to weaken a Bill that would impose sweeping sanctions on Russia. White House officials hoping to mend relations with Moscow have been quietly contacting senator Lindsey Graham's office urging him to water down his Bill, which aims to cripple Vladimir Putin with huge sanctions. The Bill, backed by nearly the entire Senate, would impose 500 per cent tariffs on countries that continue to buy Russian oil and gas, which bankrolls Putin's war effort. Officials have been demanding the Bill include waivers that would allow Mr Trump to choose who or what was sanctioned, congressional aides told the Wall Street Journal. Other attempts to weaken the legislation include softening the language, replacing 'shall' with 'may' to avoid making the reprimands mandatory. Removing the mandatory nature of the sanctions would render the Bill effectively toothless and do little to hamper Putin's war machine, aides fear. 'We're moving ahead and the White House is included in our conversations,' Richard Blumenthal, senator and lead Democratic co-sponsor of the Bill, told the paper. Russia's war effort is funded by fossil-fuel exports. Moscow has adapted to existing sanctions with relative ease, turning to North Korea and China for support. Fearing the impact on pump prices, Joe Biden, former president, was unwilling to crack down on Russian energy exports. Mr Trump, has threatened to impose sanctions on Ukraine, as well as Russia, if the two sides fail to reach a peace agreement. 'Any sanction package must provide complete flexibility for the president to continue to pursue his desired foreign policy,' a White House official said. Blake Lively took aim at Justin Baldoni Thursday amid her ongoing litigation with her It Ends with Us collaborator, saying that women's groups are abandoning him in droves. A total of '19 leading survivors and organizations devoted to women's rights, children's rights and domestic violence have now signed onto four separate amicus briefs,' a spokesperson for the 37-year-old actress told Us Weekly in a statement Thursday. The statement continued: 'All are united in opposing Justin Baldoni's attempt to dismantle a law designed to protect women who speak up — simply to protect himself.' Lively's team said that Baldoni is going against his own playbook as the complicated legal case progresses, leaving himself open to increased scrutiny in the wake of his past public statements. 'Rather than defend his case on the facts, Baldoni is now contradicting years of his own public persona — abandoning the message of his #MeToo YouTube 's, podcasts, TED Talks, and interviews, where he once upon a time urged men 'to listen to the women in your life … to hold their anguish and actually believe them, even if what they're saying is against you,' Lively's rep said. has reached out to reps for Lively and Baldoni for further comment on this story. He claimed in court filings they made efforts made to usurp and undermine his input as the director of It Ends with Us. Baldoni's team previously said that the communications shared in court filings on the website makes things clear about the motives of both parties. The website, which is live online at comes amid a spate of high-profile litigation between the collaborators on the film, which was a hit at the box office last August. Lively filed an 80-page civil rights complaint with the California Civil Rights Department against Baldoni December 20, before officially filing a federal lawsuit on December 31. Lively in December sued Baldoni amid claims of sexual harassment during production of the motion picture. In her lawsuit, the Gossip Girl alum accused Baldoni of sexually harassing her in multiple ways - including body shaming her - and orchestrating a smear campaign against her to damage her reputation. Baldoni and his reps have said in response to the lawsuit that Lively twisted the meaning of text messages and mislead the public about their interactions while making the motion picture. In her lawsuit, Lively named a number of Baldoni's collaborators, including his company Wayfarer Studios, the studio's CEO and financial backer, and PR personnel Melissa Nathan and Jennifer Abel. 'I hope that my legal action helps pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics to harm people who speak up about misconduct and helps protect others who may be targeted,' Lively told The New York Times the day after she filed the complaint. Baldoni subsequently sued the newspaper for $250 million in a defamation claim over a December 21 story titled '"We Can Bury Anyone": Inside a Hollywood Smear Machine;' the newspaper has denied the allegations. Baldoni on January 16 filed a $400 million lawsuit against Lively, Reynolds and her publicist Leslie Sloane, alleging defamation and extortion. Baldoni told the court the trio had concocted 'false accusations of sexual harassment' against him. Since Lively's complaint was filed, Baldoni has faced a number of professional consequences, including a lawsuit from a former publicist; and being dropped by the agency WME, which also reps Lively and Reynolds. WME has denied claims that Lively and Reynolds leaned on them to release Baldoni from their client roster, according to Variety. Lawyers for both parties were in accordance with a plan to compound both federal cases filed into one moving forward. All parties to the litigations have denied the allegations against them. It Ends with Us, which also starred Jenny Slate, Hasan Minhaj, Brandon Sklenar and Kevin McKidd, arrived in theaters August 9 and was a hit with audiences. The film, adapted from the 2016 Colleen Hoover novel, earned $148 million in domestic box office, and $350 million globally, according to Box Office Mojo. Lively broke out with the 2005 movie The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants opposite Amber Tamblyn, Alexis Bledel and America Ferrera. Mystery will surfaces in battle over tech mogul's $500million fortune
A mysterious will said to be the final wishes of Zappos founder Tony Hsieh has emerged five years after his death. The tech giant, worth over $500 million, died after a fire engulfed his friend's Connecticut home in 2020, having only retired three-months earlier from the billion-dollar firm. His family had until recently believed he left no final will, with a new report from the Wall Street Journal saying the document mysteriously appeared this spring. According to the outlet the document has Hsieh's signature on it and is dated 2015, five years before the 46-year-old died. In the months leading up to his death he had been battling severe drug and alcohol abuse. The will was delivered to the office of Nevada based estate attorney Robert Armstrong, who had never met Hsieh before or worked with him. He was named as an executor. The discovery has thrown his probate case into turmoil. Armstrong said in court filing seen by the outlet, that he was shocked to have received the document. The will is said to transfer over $50 million and several Las Vegas properties to a series of trusts with as yet unknown beneficiaries. It is also said to include several charitable donations including $3 million to his alma mater Harvard University. The rest would go to his family. Hsieh was inside a shed near the property in New London when he was caught in the fire At a hearing on Thursday there was no further clues as to how legitimate the document is, or where it came from. The court heard that after Armstrong received the will he got a phone call from a man named Kashif Singh. Singh told the lawyer that the will had been passed to him by his late grandfather, Pir Muhammad, who was named as a co-executor. The revelation has stumped those involved in Hsieh's estate and the court, with both sides unsure how to proceed. Armstrong, alongside attorney and co-executor Mark Ferrario, have claimed that Hsieh's family's legal team have been aggressive in their approach. In a filing, they said the family's lawyers had adopted a 'scorched earth approach' and made over 70 requests for documents to 'invalidate the will'. Dara Goldsmith, a lawyer representing the family, told the Journal: 'There is nothing 'scorched earth' about thoroughly examining a document that comes out of nowhere, more than four years after Tony Hsieh's death.' She added that Richard Hsieh, his father, 'has faithfully administered his son Tony's estate and guarded Tony's legacy.' Goldsmith told the court on Thursday that the family hadn't decided on whether to challenge the will. Prior to his death, Hsieh had gone on a massive buying spree, buying up at least seven multi-millionaire dollars homes, a private club and a vacant lot. He spent at least $50 million as part of his plan to relocate to the millionaires' playground of Park City, Utah. Hsieh, who was born in Illinois and was the son of Taiwanese immigrants, studied at Harvard University before he joined Zappos - then called - in 1999. As CEO, he helped transform the fledgling internet start-up into a billion-dollar business. Zappos was sold to Amazon for $1.2 billion in 2009, but Hsieh remained with the company until his retirement in 2020. For years, Hsieh also worked to revitalize downtown Las Vegas, pledging $350 million in 2013 for redevelopment. The same year he moved Zappos' headquarters into the former Las Vegas City Hall building.
