The makers of Kingdom, starring Vijay Deverakonda, have postponed the movie's release date. The Telugu film, directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, was scheduled to release on May 30, 2025.

Madhoo Shah reflects upon rejecting Shah Rukh Khan's Baazigar: ‘It was meant for Shilpa Shetty; the way she did it was stunning'

Madhoo Shah, known for her roles in Phool Aur Kaante, Roja, and Allari Priyudu, was once offered a chance to work with Shah Rukh Khan in the early '90s. The film? Baazigar. She was considered for the role that eventually went to Shilpa Shetty, who made her debut with the film. Madhoo has now opened up in an interview with SHOWSHA about whether she regrets turning down such an iconic opportunity. She said, 'You know, I would like to fashionably say that I don't regret any of my decisions. I have never spared a thought like, 'Oh, what did I do? Why didn't I do Baazigar?' It was never like that. It happened at that time, and I did what I thought was right. So, there is no regret. It was meant for Shilpa. The way Shilpa did it, I think she was stunning. It was her thing. It was her debut. It was meant for her, so that's why it went to her. So, when you ask me if I regret the decision, I would say no. But it is still on my mind. It had the best music, it was with Shah Rukh, and it was a great success.'
