The delivery driver was very keen to go all the way with Kat, so a sex expert showed him different sex positions he could try - while the other contestants watched.
Zac went on a bed with the expert in the middle of the room and she directed him in different positions.
Despite wearing clothes, the tension and heat for Zac was obvious.
But viewers were left shocked when the expert asked him: "Wanna give it [bum] a little smack?"
Zac did what he was told and gently smacked her cheek with his hand - while the onlookers applauded.
Later in the episode, Channel 4 viewers were left shocked as Zac appeared to become irritated when he was rejected for sex.
Zac was told to put his clothes back on after confronting her. about wanting to move forward.
The session started with them both getting naked, but when they started doing a trust exercise things became tense quite quickly.
He told her: 'I want to move forward… I want to touch you and be touched by you.'
Kat pointed out he was primarily focused on touch element.
Island's Zac told to get dressed after disastrous attempt at sex
Clearly taken back by her reaction, Zac told her: 'I came in here confident and excited, and I don't know if you're as used to that in this line of work and I don't know if you find that intimidating.'
His remarks did not go down well and Kat quickly stopped the session, telling him to get dressed.
Those watching at home were surprised by the interaction, with one person commenting: 'Zac needs a lesson on boundaries and the fact that sex isn't guaranteed- def needs talks about rejection.'
A second said: 'Zac he's acting very creepy, he's definitely not there for the right reasons.'
While a third added: 'I think the therapist wants Zac to leave the course."
And a fourth questioned: 'Desperate to know what Zac did to make the sex therapist say it's time to get dressed.'
Speaking a year on from filming, Zac has revealed the process has given him more confidence but admits: 'The bulk of the practical and physical skills that were explored have eluded me.
"Being able to express my thoughts and feelings is a work in progress."

Brookside star joins Casualty and is already filming scenes
Michael Starke, who played the role of Thomas "Sinbad" Sweeney on the long-running show, is now a cast member for Casualty. The 67-year-old is understood to have already started filming for the medical drama, news that is sure to excite soap fans across the UK. Brookside star Michael Starke signs up for Casualty and has already started filming According to The Sun, Nicola Bolton Management, Michael's representatives, said on Instagram: "Our MICHAEL STARKE @michael_starke_ has been busy down in Cardiff filming on @bbccasualtyofficial @bbc #casualty." This isn't the first time the actor has taken part in other soaps, as he took on the role of Jerry Morton in Coronation Street all the way back in 2007. During his stint on the ITV programme, his character opened up a kebab shop, but left the show after only 18 months. He has also appeared in other shows like Hollyoaks on Channel 4. What was Brookside all about, and when was it axed? According to IMDb , Brookside was a Liverpool-based soap opera which followed the "everyday life and times of the residents, friends, and enemies who live in the fictional suburban street of Brookside Close". The show aired for a staggering 21 years from 1982 until 2003, and is widely considered a classic among fans of British drama. Channel 4 has described the drama as a "ground-breaking" show which dealt with a range of controversial issues, including child abuse, murder, suicide and adultery. Recommended Reading: Brookside came to an end after suffering from declining ratings, shifting channel policies and a perceived decline in creative quality. Many die-hard fans have also blamed this decline on constant changes to the drama's scheduling and the shift to more sensationalist stories later in its run. Casualty can be watched and streamed on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.

Christine McGuinness ‘went extremely quiet after fuss over her sexuality'
Christine McGuinness has said she went 'extremely quiet' and felt uncomfortable by the attention she received amid media stories about her sexuality. The TV personality and Paddy McGuinness announced in 2022 they had split after more than a decade of marriage, and earlier this year she quit Channel 4 programme Celebs Go Dating because 'the attention that brings is just too soon for me'. Blackpool-born McGuinness, 37, told the podcast How To Fail With Elizabeth Day that she has 'struggled more because of the attention around my sexuality' rather than dating men and women. 'It never mattered to me, which was why once me and my ex-husband were separated and I met people, I didn't properly date,' she added. 'As a teenager, I dated both men and women. My ex-husband knew. My family knew. It was never a secret for me. 'It was just a part of me and it was normal, so then when I was single again … that's what I'd done, but it was made such a big fuss of in the press, I almost went back into myself. 'I went extremely quiet, from feeling quite comfortable and happy and free. I almost was going backwards and I could feel myself shrinking and staying quieter because of the noise around it, it almost made me feel like, well, I must be doing something wrong because why would it be front-page news?' She explained that the attention has 'happened multiple times over three years' and she has not spoken about it before because of the focus on her. She added that wants to be 'able to date' and 'enjoy it', before adding: 'It shouldn't matter if they're male or female, it shouldn't matter what their gender is. I shouldn't really ever even have to explain in any way who I want to spend my time with. That's my business.' McGuinness also said she was told 'never discuss it ever', while others have urged her to 'talk about it'. She also said she was a 'free spirit', when asked if she want to give her sexuality a description. McGuinness also said: 'My experiences with women have been lovely and it's not like women are better or worse. It's simply that the connection for me is different.' The former The Real Housewives of Cheshire star also spoke about 'heartbreak' with one woman who she was with for two years. 'We actually left it very, very mutual. It was just that she was from (Czechia) so … she just couldn't move over here and I couldn't just get her move over there, so we left and it was really sad,' she also said. 'It took me a while to feel comfortable to then go with a man, but the next person was of course, my ex-husband (Paddy) and I felt safe with him.' However, she said she 'can't bring myself to feel comfortable with another man in that kind of way'. She married former Top Gear presenter Paddy in 2011 and they share daughter Felicity, and twins Leo and Penelope. All three children have autism and McGuinness confirmed Paddy continues to live with them. McGuinness has fronted Christine McGuinness: Unmasking My Autism, which was focused on her own condition, experiences raising her children, and other families seeking support. She also said she wants 'someone for me' for her next relationship, adding: 'I want that emotional connection where I can be open and I can talk, and I can be vulnerable and I can ask for help, but I can also have a laugh and just have a good time. 'It's not like I'm trying to find a new family unit or someone to come in and be a step-parent.' McGuinness has also been on reality shows The Real Full Monty, Pilgrimage, Celebrity MasterChef and Celebrity Hunted.
