Anyone who works in media (this reporter included) is likely in a toxic relationship with their phone. But Fox News personality Dana Perino sometimes puts her phone down for a luxurious 90 minutes in the middle of the day.
Why? To ballroom dance.
"It's like being at a jury," she says, marveling at all the people she meets in a world outside her typical bubble. "It's the butcher, the baker and the candlestick maker, and it's taken about a year or so for me to now have little fun friendships with people from all over the world and people all different walks of life in New York who gather at this place, and are super encouraging to each other, and it's fun."
She encourages people to go out and escape their pandemic habits in her new book "I Wish Someone Had Told Me ... " (Fox News Books, 263 pp., out April 22) to reset their career and life goals. And in her case, taking her own advice helped her fix her posture and back issues.

"I carry a lot of tension in my upper back, a lot of us do," she says, noting her back pain grew chronic. She didn't take any medicine but tried Pilates, acupuncture and saw a chiropractor. Instead, Perino ballroom danced her way into a solution.
"The only thing that has sustained this actual better posture and comfort, I have to say, it had to have been adding the dance to my routine," she says. Bad posture can lead to more than just back discomfort, but neck pain, problems with balance and overall flexibility, according to Cleveland Clinic. On the flip-side, though, dance on its own can lead to injuries, including ones involving the back, per Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Hannity Downplays Musk vs. Trump by Asking if Bill Clinton Is in the Epstein Files

Sean Hannity weighed in on Elon Musk and President Donald Trump's rather dramatic Thursday by downplaying the former's Epstein List accusations against the latter — all while questioning if former President Bill Clinton might be on said list as well. 'We begin tonight with a flurry of activity today at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. And yes, let not your heart be troubled, I will address the battle between President Trump and Elon Musk. I know it's of such great international importance,' he said, rolling his eyes, atop his Fox News show. 'It got personal, Elon Musk claiming, 'Oh, Trump is in the Epstein files. That's the real reason they have not been made public.' Well, it's been well-known that Donald Trump said that Elon was angry over Trump's decision to end the electric vehicle mandate. I can certainly understand why Elon, you know, wants that in the One Big, Beautiful Bill, pretty obvious, pretty apparent, understandable difference,' Hannity said. 'And on the Epstein issue, wasn't it Donald Trump who booted Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago nearly 20 years ago because he was one of the first people to realize just how horrible Epstein really was? And by all accounts, he was kicked out because of his treatment of young women.' 'Now, Democrats and the media — I'm just thinking out loud here, I'm just wondering, putting two and two together — I truly wonder, if our old friend Bill Clinton, 'How you doin'? Good to talk to you?' You know he had a relationship with Epstein, that's been reported on. Is Bill Clinton in those files also?' he then asked. 'I can't say for sure, I haven't seen them, but if I was a betting man, I know where I'd put my money. Now if by some chance that Bill Clinton is in there, I wonder if he kicked Epstein out of his life as publicly as Donald Trump did? I guess if Donald Trump felt that Epstein had something on him, he probably wouldn't have kicked him out of his club. Inquiring minds, I think, they'll want to know that.' In the end, like fellow Fox News talent Laura Ingraham, Hannity thinks this feud will all blow over sooner or later. 'I interviewed them together,' he recalled. 'The first thing I said to them, and talked about, and asked them, 'You do know that the media mob — the legacy media mob desperately wants to tear you guys apart and for you two to fight and to get a divorce?' And now the media mob is particularly elated.' 'Let's be very blunt here: Big deal. It's an online public spat between two very powerful men over what is, really, a policy difference. It got personal and still despite all about bad blood, I'm going to make a bold prediction — I could be wrong — I think that Donald Trump and Elon Musk, they'll work it out eventually, they'll become friends again,' Hannity concluded. 'These are two very talented individuals. Frankly, they don't need each other to be successful, but I do hope they work it out and set an example for the rest of the country.' It's worth noting that both Clinton and Trump had been photographed with Epstein prior to his death. Trump, Musk feud could be like Ross & Rachel: Ronna McDaniel

(NewsNation) — Former RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel joins NewsNation's 'CUOMO' to discuss the feud between President Donald Trump and Elon Musk. McDaniel says she hopes the rift between the two is just a temporary thing, and that the situation could be similar to the break-up between characters Ross and Rachel from the TV series 'Friends.' 'Daily Show' Feasts On Musk-Trump Breakup With A Simple 6-Word Solution

'Daily Show' correspondent Michael Kosta on Thursday shared a brutal proposal to resolve the vicious war of words between Elon Musk and President Donald Trump. 'By the way, can we just point out how crazy 2025 is? Most people can't afford to eat eggs anymore, meanwhile these two billionaires are attacking each other from different social media platforms that they each own,' Kosta said. 'Maybe we should eat the rich!' Moments later, Kosta advised Musk and Trump to let cooler heads prevail, 'Let's not say something we can never take back, right? Right?' He flipped to Musk's 'really big bomb' on Thursday: his claim that the Trump administration is withholding the Jeffrey Epstein files because the president is named in them. Kosta appeared stunned as his audience clapped and cheered at the post. 'America, tonight, we are a nation at war,' said the comic as he took off a pair of eyeglasses. Kosta added that it's 'huge' of the president's 'own best friend/sugar daddy' to make such an allegation, but it comes as no surprise since Americans have seen Trump party with Epstein. 'Although, I like that he ends it with, 'Have a nice day,'' Kosta said of the post. 'I don't know if Trump is, but I sure am!' He then spotted how 'some sober minds are calling for a ceasefire' in the feud before turning to Ye — a self-described Nazi formerly known as the rapper Kanye West — calling on two to knock it off. 'Broooos please noooooo 🫂 We love you both so much,' Ye wrote on X, formerly Twitter. Kosta weighed in, 'Look, you know you've gone too far when Kanye West is saying, 'Please, stop being messy on the internet!'' Check out more of Kosta's Thursday monologue on '.'
