Mohammed Khalid Noor, Director of Industrial Areas Management at the Ministry, said that the initiative aims to rehabilitate and operate the existing medical facility to deliver advanced healthcare services to citizens and residents.
He noted that the project aligns with the ministry's commitment to enhancing infrastructure and support services for investors and industrial entities, by national standards.
The facility will be leased to the successful bidder for a 15-year term.
