A man has been charged with the murder of Sarah Montgomery.
The mother-of-two, who was also heavily pregnant, died at a house in Donaghadee, Co Down, on Saturday.
The man (28) is charged with murder and child destruction.
He is due to appear before Newtownards Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
As is normal procedure, all charges are reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

A fundraiser has been launched to support the family of Sarah, who was 34-weeks pregnant when she was killed.
Organised by Donaghadee resident Joanne Courney and councillor Mark Brooks, the GoFundMe page for Sarah Montgomery's family has raised over £10,000.
Detectives had been granted a court extension of a further 36 hours to question the suspect.
On Monday, the force said a 42-year-old woman had also been arrested in Belfast on suspicion of assisting an offender. Earlier today police said she had been released unconditionally.

A private funeral is to be held to celebrate the life of a young man who died after being deliberately run down by a car in what is believed to be part of a vicious feud. Kevin Kelly, 20, was killed instantly after he was struck by the vehicle on Balbutcher Lane in Ballymun, North Dublin in the early hours of last Saturday morning, June 28. It is understood there is an ongoing feud in the area between two gangs which are made up of mostly young men in their early twenties. Gardaí and emergency services arrived on Balbutcher Lane around 5am and Mr Kelly was pronounced dead at the scene. He was well known in the area and is believed to have been aligned with one group which was feuding with another gang. In his death notice, published on his heartbroken family said 'A private funeral will be held to celebrate Kevin's life.' 'Kevin (Kez), from Ballymun, passed away suddenly on June 28,' the death notice stated. 'Kevin (Kez) will be very sadly missed by his heartbroken family, loving mam Laura, sisters and brothers Lee, Chantel, Brian and Denise, Grandmother Denise, brother-in-law Daniel, sister-in-law Casey, nephews Troy, Daniel and godson Sonny, aunts, uncles, extended family, neighbours, friends and cuzzys.' On Sunday, Kevin's heartbroken family and friends paid tribute to him at a balloon release at Hollytree Square in Ballymun. During the balloon release, several young men were seen performing wheelies on motorbikes along the street while locals gathered with balloons and fireworks were let off. Meanwhile, a fundraiser has been set up by pals to help Kevin's grieving family with funeral costs. The GoFundMe page, entitled 'Kevin Kelly' with the wording: 'we are fundraising for our friend Kevin Kelly. Anything yous can donate is much appreciated.' So far 75 donors donated a total of €1,935. Earlier, local Fianna Fail Councillor Keith Connolly described the incident as a tragedy and added that the deceased man's home had been attacked during the week. A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of pregnant mother-of-two Sarah Montgomery in Co Down . Zak Hughes (28) from Ardglen Place in north Belfast, is also charged with child destruction. Ms Montgomery (27) who was due to give birth next month and is the mother of two young girls, was found dead in her home at Elmfield Walk, Donaghadee, on Saturday. On Wednesday, Mr Hughes stood in the dock handcuffed at Newtownards Magistrates' Court and spoke only to confirm his name and that he understood the charges, which relate to June 27th. There was no bail application and district judge Conor Heaney adjourned the case until July 30th. A MAN has died after being pulled from the water at a popular beach while on his "first holiday" with friends. Lifeguards pulled the unconscious body of Aaron Keightley, 29, from the sea south of the central beach in Skegness, Lincolnshire, at around 3.30pm on Monday. It was reported that he had gotten into difficulty in the surf. Despite the best efforts of lifeguards to resuscitate Aaron and save his life, he tragically died at the scene. A fundraiser has been setup in Aaron's honour by his sibling Shannon on GoFundMe, aiming to collect £2,200 to help the family. Alongside an explanation of the tragic events on Monday, the fundraiser also showcases an emotional tribute to "selfless and loving" Aaron. "The current took him so quickly and there is no fight against the sea." Shannon added that the family would now have to get through the "heart-wrenching pain" of losing Aaron, alongside trying to raise funds to try and get him back home to Hull. She continued: "We really want to give him everything and more and show him how loved and adored he is and always will be, there will never be another person like him so selfless and loving, everyone who ever met him loved him and we as a family would really appreciate any help you can give.
