At the age of 39, Vincent Kompany will go down in history as the club's third-youngest championship-winning coach - only Julian Nagelsmann (34) and Udo Lattek (37) were younger when they managed it. The Belgian is also the fifth coach in the new millennium to lead FCB to the title in his first Bundesliga season - after Louis van Gaal, Pep Guardiola, Carlo Ancelotti and Hansi Flick.
Historic run against the Foals
FC Bayern recently won three Bundesliga games in a row against Borussia Mönchengladbach for the first time in over ten years - the last time this happened was in 2014. Bayern's only longer winning streak against the Foals came in the early days of the Bundesliga: five consecutive victories between 1965 and 1967.

Olise makes a historic start
Olise scored his 13th Bundesliga goal of the season in the 3-3 draw at Leipzig.
Michael Olise is in superb form - and well on the way to making a name for himself in the Bundesliga. With 13 assists, the French winger has been the best provider this season so far. He's also scored ten goals - making him the first player since detailed data recording began (2004/05) to reach double figures for both goals and assists in his maiden season at FC Bayern. Just like Gladbach striker Tim Kleindienst (16 goals, seven assists), Olise has 23 direct goal contributions to his name - only Harry Kane (31) has surpassed him in the league.
Set piece champions
With 22 goals from dead-ball situations, FC Bayern also lead the way in the league concerning set pieces, whereby the focus is particularly on headers. Both the record champions and Borussia Mönchengladbach have each scored 13 goals with the head - more than any other Bundesliga team. Both are also out in front in terms of headers on target: Bayern with 41, Gladbach with 36.

Fun fact: While FCB excel in attack, Gladbach have defensive problems at set pieces - most recently, in the 4-4 draw against Hoffenheim, all four goals came from dead-ball situations. The Foals have conceded a total of 20 goals from corners, throw-ins and free-kicks - only Kiel and Bochum (21 each) have a worse record.
Gladbach in crisis
Borussia Mönchengladbach, meanwhile, travel to the Arena in Fröttmaning with some issues. For the first time in this Bundesliga season, the team has gone five consecutive games without a win (two draws, three defeats). Only VfL Wolfsburg picked up fewer points in the same period. What's particularly alarming is that no other team has conceded as many goals in the last five games as the side from the Rhine valley (14).
So the situation is quite clear: FC Bayern will welcome the Foals as the newly-crowned champions and favourites - but with maximum motivation to make the home finale a success. Everyone involved will also do their best to give club legend Thomas Müller - who could make his 750th competitive appearance for FC Bayern against Gladbach - a fitting farewell from the Allianz Arena.
