The director was a little surprised to hear this as he answered that Shraddha does have a huge stardom. Speaking to Siddharth Kannan, Mohit said, "I think Shraddha has seen some level of stardom.
I don't know what does that mean but Shraddha's stardom is insane. Even till today if she goes somewhere, people start shouting Aarohi (her character's name from Aashiqui 2), and it doesn't matter how many films she does. I don't pretend to say that I know what it takes to become a star but I know what is right for my film and I do that.

Shraddha made her debut with 'Teen Patti' and then she was seen in 'Luv Ka The End' but both these films did not do well.
