Lola Young leads the list of nominees for the Ivor Novello Awards.
The 24-year-old singer has been nominated for three gongs, including Best Album, Best Song Musically and Lyrically, and the Rising Star Award.
Lola released her second studio album, 'This Wasn't Meant for You Anyway', in 2024. But she will face stiff competition for the Best Album award from Charli XCX, Ghetts, Jordan Rakei, and BERWYN.
RAYE, Ghetts, and Conor Dickinson have all been nominated for two awards each, with RAYE receiving nods in the Most Performed Work and the Best Song Musically and Lyrically categories.
Tom Gray, the chair of The Ivors Academy, said: "Everyone knows The Ivors are the most joyful celebration of music making in the calendar. Many of the most talented and creative people on the planet get together to celebrate each other's exceptional originality and craft.
"Congratulations to all of the remarkable nominees this year. It's a huge privilege for The Ivors Academy to champion music creation in all its forms."
Jade Thirlwall - who is best known for starring in Little Mix, the chart-topping girl group - has been nominated for the Best Contemporary Song accolade for her first solo single, 'Angel of My Dreams'.
Elsewhere, Wham! - the pop ground founded by George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley in 1981 - have received a nomination for 'Last Christmas', their 1984 hit single.
However, Wham! will face competition for the Most Performed Work gong from the likes of Harry Styles, Dua Lipa and Myles Smith.
Meanwhile, the nominees for the Rising Star Award with Amazon Music include Bea and her Business, Liang Lawrence, LULU., Nia Smith and Lola.

Jade Thirlwall doesn't think X Factor should have let her compete

Jade Thirlwall doesn't think she should have been allowed to compete on The X Factor because of her mental health. The former Little Mix singer had battled anorexia from the age of 13 and her audition for the reality show in 2011 came just a few months after she had been discharged from hospital, and not only does she think a "proper" assessment by producers would have found her unsuitable for the demands of the programme, she believes there were other finalists who should also have been rejected. She told The Guardian newspaper: 'In retrospect, if the show had done a proper mental health assessment, then they wouldn't have let me on. [The psych test] was very surface. "Judging by some of the people in that X Factor house, it wasn't done properly. Bless them, through no fault of their own, some of those people were mentally unwell. "All of the female contestants slept in the same bedroom, and one of them would get up, put all her wigs out and start doing a Britney Spears performance at three in the morning. Or you'd be woken up by the sound of her using her vibrator in the middle of the night. "We'd have a meeting with lawyers and someone who was obviously not in the best headspace would be picking their feet and eating it in front of everyone. It was like, 'Is this the music industry?' ' The Angel of My Dreams hitmaker didn't realise until later that her eating disorder had continued during her time with Little Mix. She said: 'I didn't think it at the time, but when I look back at photos of periods when I was quite unhappy, I think, wow, girlie, you were very, very thin. The pattern was there. Historically, if I've ever felt that something is out of my control, then restricting food has been a means of controlling my life in a very toxic way. 'In summer 2017 I was living in a flat in east London and having really bad night terrors. I'd have such disturbing nightmares – things that are too horrific to say, dreams where I'd be harming myself – that I'd force myself to stay awake by drinking coffee and playing loud music. I'd be going to perform at outdoor concerts having not slept for days.' And even now, Jade has a "daily battle" with convincing herself she doesn't need weight-loss jabs amid being trolled online about her size. She said: 'I have a daily battle with myself not to go on Ozempic. 'I don't judge people that do, but because I have a history of eating disorders, I don't know where taking something like that would end for me.'

Brooklyn Beckham renews vows without parents David and Victoria present

Don't miss out on the headlines from Celebrity Life. Followed categories will be added to My News. Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz's vow renewal was a family affair — for the actress, at least. Peltz shared ceremony snaps via Instagram today, proving her loved ones showed up in full force for last week's ceremony. Her in-laws, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham, however, were absent from the couple's milestone moment as they were enjoying a European getaway. Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz renewed their wedding vows after three years of marriage. Picture: nicolapeltzbeckham/Instagram The couple secretly renewed their vows earlier this month, but only shared photos on Monday. Picture: nicolapeltzbeckham/Instagram 'this day meant so much to us,' the Lola star, 30, captioned her Instagram slideshow, which kicked off with a photo of her dad, Nelson Peltz, officiating the ceremony. The carousel concluded with a group photo, featuring Nicola's mum, Claudia Peltz, sister Brittany Peltz, as well as brothers Will Peltz, Bradley Peltz and more family members. The wedding was officiated by Nicola's billionaire father Nelson Peltz. Picture: nicolapeltzbeckham/Instagram The second-time bride said 'this day meant so much to us'. Picture: nicolapeltzbeckham/Instagram In another social media upload, which included only shots of herself and Brooklyn, Nicola gushed, 'In every lifetime.' Reps for Brooklyn, Nicola, Victoria and David did not immediately respond to Page Six's requests for comment. Nicola and Brooklyn, 26, initially tied the knot in April 2022 in Florida. With her father Nelson and mother Claudia. Picture: nicolapeltzbeckham/Instagram Nicola's brothers and sister were also in attendance. Picture: nicolapeltzbeckham/Instagram News broke earlier this month that the couple had renewed their vows, with People labelling it an 'event about honouring the love and commitment they've built together over the years, and creating a memory that will stay with them forever.' Brooklyn opened up to the outlet about the 'beautiful' experience last week. He called the ceremony a 'really cute memory,' adding, 'To be honest, I could renew my vows every single day with her.' Although Brooklyn's parents, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham, did not attend the ceremony, the Peltz gang was in full force. Picture: nicolapeltzbeckham/Instagram Nicola gushed that she'd pick Brooklyn 'in every lifetime'. Picture: nicolapeltzbeckham/Instagram 'I think the most important thing that someone can do is find that person that they're going to spend the rest of their life with,' Brooklyn continued. 'It definitely shapes you as a person. Yeah, it was really, really cute. It was really fun.' Brooklyn says he would renew his vows to Nicole every day if he could. Picture: nicolapeltzbeckham/Instagram The couple called their second wedding a 'really cute memory'. Picture: nicolapeltzbeckham/Instagram The photographer-turned-chef did not speak to his parents' absence, however. Although Brooklyn first sparked feud rumours with one of his siblings in April, reports surfaced the following month that he and Nicola were also at odds with his allegedly 'narcissistic' parents. Page Six hears he has since gone 'no contact' with them. Brooklyn said the event was a 'beautiful' experience. Picture: nicolapeltzbeckham/Instagram Nicola poses topless with her mum as she preps for the big day. Picture: nicolapeltzbeckham/Instagram As Brooklyn and Nicola distance themselves from the Beckhams, David and Victoria have put on a united front with their other sons — Romeo, 22, and Cruz, 20 — while on vacation. While the Beckhams have yet to directly address the drama, Cruz recently sent tongues wagging with scathing social media messages. Victoria and David have done the same by noticeably only 'liking' Brooklyn's Instagram pictures without his wife. The former Spice Girls member is rumoured to have upstaged Nicola at the latter's wedding. A source told Page Six at the time that Victoria and her daughter-in-law 'can't stand each other and don't talk.' Bonnie Tyler wants to record next James Bond theme

Bonnie Tyler has offered to record the next James Bond theme. The veteran performer previously turned down the chance to record the title music for 1983's Never Say Never Again - which starred Sir Sean Connery but was not made by Eon Productions - and Bonnie admits she'd love to be given another shot at singing a theme for 007. She told The Telegraph newspaper: "I'd love to do a Bond theme because I turned one down for Never Say Never Again. My God, I was so excited when they asked me, but then I heard the song and I didn't believe in it. "So, please, if anybody's reading this, I wish they'd ask me again because I want a Bond song." The theme for for Never Say Never Again was recorded by Lani Hall after Bonnie turned it down. The next Bond movie will be the first produced by Amazon MGM Studios following the surprise departures of long-term producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson. The hunt is on for a new actor to play the lead role, but studio bosses have already hired Dune moviemaker Denis Villneuve to direct and Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight has been brought onboard to write the script. There has been no word on who will get the honour of performing the film's theme, but bookmakers William Hill recently tipped Raye and Dua Lipa to be among the frontrunners alongside other stars including Chappell Roan, Lana Del Rey and Ed Sheeran. Last month Lee Phelps, spokesperson for William Hill, said: 'After Denis Villeneuve was revealed as the director of James Bond 26, talk of who will sing the theme song has really begun to hot up. "Following her blistering performance at Glastonbury, Raye is our new 6/4 favourite to do the honours, jumping ahead of Dua Lipa in the betting, who is now 5/2. "The top five in the betting are all female artists, with Chappell Roan, Lana Del Rey and Lady Gaga all towards the top of the market. The most likely male options look to be one of Ed Sheeran, Harry Styles or Michael Buble, all of whom are 20/1 shots."
