Rhea Chakraborty is turning a new page in her life, nearly five years after becoming the focal point of public and media attention in the aftermath of Sushant Singh Rajput's untimely demise. With recent judicial clearance and a clean report from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), she is stepping forward with renewed energy. Embracing both professional ventures and personal healing, she recently marked this new chapter by performing a religious ceremony at her newly launched fashion store in Mumbai. The puja, held in the presence of her family, was a moment of positivity and reflection, celebrating the new journey she is embarking upon. The store, which opened officially in May, marks her first step into entrepreneurship. Specializing in streetwear, the brand is a reflection of Rhea's contemporary fashion sense, rooted in mindful and urban aesthetics. This project symbolizes her transformation and determination to move past the turbulence of her past.Professionally, she is now preparing to represent Indian talent at an international level. A special court under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has recently allowed her to travel abroad between June 1 and September 15 for professional commitments. She is slated to shoot for the first season of Stepsons, a major global production that will take her to countries including Sri Lanka, Serbia, and other parts of Europe. The court, taking into account her past compliance with bail conditions during previous international trips, allowed the request and rejected opposition claims by the prosecution. The judge emphasized her strong Mumbai roots and consistent cooperation with legal directives. As a part of the conditions, she will need to submit detailed schedules of her travel, including addresses and contact details. The CBI earlier this year submitted its final report, clearing Rhea of all charges related to abetment in Rajput's case. This official conclusion has given her both relief and clarity. Her legal representative, Satish Maneshinde, welcomed the CBI's decision on March 22, 2025, describing it as a long-overdue step toward justice. In its final forensic assessment, doctors at AIIMS dismissed all allegations of poisoning or strangulation, effectively ending speculation around the nature of Rajput's death. Rhea, her brother Shouvik, and others had earlier been arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau in connection with a drug investigation related to the case.Sushant Singh Rajput, aged 34, was found dead in his Bandra residence on June 14, 2020. His father had filed a complaint accusing Rhea and her family of financial exploitation—an allegation she consistently refuted publicly.

Vijay Mallya's two marriages and another strong rumour. An air hostess, childhood friend and another air hostess
Vijay Mallya, once celebrated as the flamboyant "King of Good Times" and a towering figure in Indian business, is as well-known for his personal relationships as for his business empire and controversies. His love life has seen significant turns—from a mid-air romance with an air hostess to rekindling childhood affection and whispers of another relationship with a much younger cabin crew member. The First Marriage: Love at 30,000 Feet In 1986, during a business trip to the United States, Vijay Mallya boarded an Air India flight, where he encountered Sameera Tyabjee , a young and striking air hostess. The attraction was instant, and after several conversations on the flight, Mallya proposed mid-air—a story that has often been highlighted in media reports. The couple married within the same year and soon welcomed a son, Siddhartha Mallya. Their life took a new direction when they moved to England. However, what began with a romantic proposal eventually faced challenges. Over time, differences emerged, and their marriage ended in divorce. The reasons cited in various reports point towards growing personal disagreements, although specific details remain private. Rekindling Childhood Affection: Second Marriage to Rekha Following his separation from Sameera, Vijay Mallya reconnected with Rekha, a woman he had admired since childhood. Rekha, who had been married twice before, was also going through a separation at the time. She had two children from her previous marriage—Kabir and Laila. The couple's bond deepened quickly, leading to marriage in 1993. Vijay Mallya officially adopted Rekha's daughter Laila, treating her as his own. Together, they also had two daughters, Leanna and Tanya. Although media reports have occasionally hinted at a separation, no official confirmation has come forth, and Rekha has maintained a low public profile. Rumoured Romance With Younger Cabin Crew: Pinky Lalwani In the years following his legal troubles and eventual exit from India, Vijay Mallya became linked with Pinky Lalwani, a former air hostess for Kingfisher Airlines who is reportedly 23 years younger. The two are said to have developed a close relationship while working together. Pinky Lalwani has been seen accompanying Mallya to various public appearances, including his court hearings in London, which intensified speculation about their partnership. Several insiders suggest that they have been living together for years, though neither has publicly confirmed marriage. Reports also mention that she resides in his Hertfordshire mansion. Vijay Mallya's life is a blend of grand successes, dramatic falls, and personal stories. His two confirmed marriages—to Sameera Tyabjee and Rekha Mallya—and the persistent rumours surrounding his relationship with Pinky Lalwani, reflect the complex and often private side of a man known more for his business ventures and controversies.

Netflix Co-CEO Ted Sarandos recalls launch of 'Scared Games', calls Indian entertainment market
Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], June 8 (ANI): Nawazuddin Siddiqui's 'Sacred Games' was India's first original web series, directed by Anurag Kashyap and released on Netflix in 2018. The series is considered to have marked a significant shift in India's digital entertainment landscape, underscoring the potential of web series and streaming platforms in India. Netflix's Co-CEO, Ted Sarandos, recently opened up about the platform's expectations from the Sacred Games, as it was their first big web series venture in India. In a wide-ranging conversation with Nikhil Kamath on his podcast, CEO Ted Sarandos recalled the platform's early creative choices in India, particularly 'Sacred Games', India's first original web series. Sarandos noted, 'It was very, very novel (Sacred Games), but I didn't realise that we were going to be introducing a brand new kind of entertainment to a country the size of India.' The Netflix co-CEO also acknowledged the broader learning curve of the OTT platforms in India. Despite the early struggles, Sarandos said that he believed in India's huge entertainment market capacity before launching India's first original web series. 'Early on, it took us a couple of years to get the product-market fit right, including payment systems and all those things. We knew that India was going to be a slower journey, but it's a great prize at the end of the day. Right now, you can see how fast Indian households are adopting fixed broadband, big-screen TV is growing - the addressable market in India is exploding in the next couple of years. So it's exciting,' said Ted Sarandos at Nikhil Kamath's podcast. Sarandos also discussed the timing of the show's launch, saying, 'If I did it all over again, would I have done Sacred Games a couple of years later? Maybe.' However, this statement didn't sit well with Anurag Kashyap as he believed his directorial 'Sacred Games' was launched at the right time. Taking to his Instagram handle, Anurag expressed his displeasure, sharing a screenshot of a report on Sarandos' comments on Nikhil Kamath's podcast. In a post, he wrote, 'He should have started with Saas Bahu... he would have done well. Which he is doing now. I always knew the tech guys are dumb when it comes to storytelling, but @tedsarandos is the definition of dumb - that I didn't know. Good to discover that. This explains everything now.' 'Sacred Games', starring Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, was widely praised upon its debut and marked a pivotal moment in India's streaming content landscape. Directed by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane, the gritty thriller was lauded for its storytelling and production value, although its second season drew mixed reactions, and the series was not continued beyond that.
