Amidst the drama, there was a possible penalty not given in yesterday's Champions League draw between Inter Milan and Bayern Munich.
Today's print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews, argue a coming-together between Leon Goretzka and Marcus Thuram could've been a spot kick. Meanwhile, they also argue there were no issues with Harry Kane's goal.

In the end, Inter Milan went through to the Champions League semifinals against Bayern. A 2-2 draw was enough.
All of the goals came in an absolute barn burner of a second half.
The first half at the San Siro, by contrast, was sleepier and a lot more cagey.
There was, however, one notable incident that could've gone differently had referee Slavko Vincic had a clearer view of it.

Inter Milan did not manage to venture forward all that often in the first half yesterday.
However, in one of the best moves that the Nerazzurri had all half, captain Lautaro Martinez slithered his way past a couple challenges in midfield to start one of the team's trademark counterattacks.

Inter got numbers forward into the penalty area. Including Marcus Thuram.
Bayern midfielder Leon Goretzka followed Thuram into the penalty area. And there was contact between the two players.
So much so that Thuram went down in pain, and could not get back up despite the fact Inter still had possession of the ball in a dangerous area. The Nerazzurri put the ball out of play so he could receive treatment.
In the view of the Gazzetta, a closer look at Goretzka's challenge revealed it was very sloppy indeed.
On another night, the referee could have seen it as a foul inside the area.
But that was not Vincic's view. And the VAR did not challenge him.

Meanwhile, the Gazzetta note, there were no issues with Harry Kane's opening goal for Bayern.
The Inter players had protested for a potential foul on Henrikh Mkhitaryan in the buildup. But there was little in it, in truth.

'This new complaint (Cirkunovs) confirms that the plaintiffs in the Johnson case lack the standing to represent the proposed class. 'In addition, it confirms that the majority of fighters signed class-action waivers and agreed to arbitrate their claims instead of resorting to court procedures. We are confident that the facts and the law are on our side in opposing approval of both of these proposed classes.' Davis fought in the UFC from 2010-15 before signing with Bellator MMA, which became the Professional Fighters League this year. He argues that the UFC's presence prevents fighters who aren't even in the organization from receiving competitive wages. Cirkunovs was in the UFC from 2015-22. ___
