Robert Irwin's reaction to co-host Julia Morris' Gold Logie nomination after he is snubbed from category
Robert Irwin has rushed to congratulate his I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! co-host Julia Morris after the TV veteran scored a Gold Logie nomination this week.
Both were nominated for the coveted award in 2024, but Robert missed out this year.

The veteran comedian, who celebrates 40 years on Australian TV this year, said that he called her on Monday to tell her that the nomination was 'fantastic' and 'well deserved'.

Julia also shared details about Robert's emotional phone call.
'He was just like ''This is unreal... this is fantastic, and you deserve it" and he's an incredibly generous man on so many levels. So yeah, getting to share this experience of the jungle with him has been amazing.'
Elsewhere in the chat, Julia made reference to her roots in Gosford on the Central Coast of NSW.
'Gosford has never been prouder,' Julia said, adding that this is fourth time she has been up for prestigious TV gong.
Meanwhile, co-host Ryan 'Fitzy' Fitzgerald suggested that Julia could enlist Robert to help raise some votes for the prize.
'We love this man. Is there any chance that you can use the 58 million followers that he has on social media to help with your campaign Julia?'
'Yes! It should be called let's get Coastal Grandma all the way to the finish line,' she replied.
Robert's warm response to Julia's news comes after the fan favourite was nominated for a Gold Logie in 2024, after joining I'm a Celebrity... as co-host the same year.
Meanwhile, Home and Away favourite Lynne McGranger, 72, who played Irene Roberts on the soap opera Home and Away for over 33 years, finally scored a Gold Logie nomination.
Also nominated for TV top prize is A Current Affair's Ally Langdon, 46, who won Best News or Public Affairs Presenter last year.
Two-time winner Hamish Blake, 43, is in the draw again for the Gold Logie, having won it back in 2022 for Lego Masters and in 2012 for Hamish and Andy's Gap Year.
Former ABC News Breakfast presenter Lisa Millar, 56, is also in the running for the top prize for her work on Backroads and Muster Dogs.
Also in the running is MasterChef Australia's Poh Ling Yeow, 51, who has recently been plagued with speculation that she may be stepping back from the beloved cooking show.
And rounding the nominees is Dancing With The Stars' Sonia Kruger, 59, is up for the number one gong again after nabbing a Gold Logie back in 2023.
The 65th TV WEEK Logie Awards nominees were announced on Monday in the Yallamundi Rooms at the Sydney Opera House, highlighting the very best of TV talent in Australia.

Alice Evans reveals her surprising reaction to Ioan Gruffudd's pregnancy announcement with wife Bianca
Alice Evans has revealed how she really feels about ex-husband Ioan Gruffudd 's pregnancy announcement with wife Bianca. On Sunday, reports emerged that the 102 Dalmatians actress was 'fuming' about the news, with sources claiming it was a 'gut punch' to the star. Yet Alice has now hit back at the claims, taking to Instagram on Tuesday to share: 'I am not fuming. Why on earth would I be? And even if I were, how the hell would anybody know?' Describing the news as 'beautiful', Alice continued: 'And as for those who sent me nasty messages or made nasty comments online please remember that a baby announcement is a beautiful thing that brings much happiness and you're sullying it with your hate. Shame on you. The baby deserves better.' Previously, The Sun had credited a source saying: 'Alice will be absolutely fuming over this. She's made no secret of the fact she's destitute looking after the two kids, so to have him rub how well he's doing in her face is a real gut-punch. 'For Ioan to not only break the news like that, but do it on Father's Day... it's yet another horribly upsetting saga for her to deal with. Describing the news as 'beautiful', Alice shared: 'Please remember that a baby announcement is a beautiful thing that brings much happiness and you're sullying it with your hate' Fantastic Four actor Ioan, 51, and Aussie actress Bianca, 32, announced they were expecting their first child together on Instagram on Sunday, just two months after tying the knot. Sharing the news, they posted a sweet black and white photo of Ioan kissing his wife's growing baby bump. 'Baby Gruffudd poppin' out to say hello!' the caption read. In April, Ioan and Bianca took to their respective Instagrams to share a video of them tying the knot in a romantic ceremony, captioning their posts: 'Mr & Mrs Gruffudd. Marriage now, wedding later.' Set to Martin Arteta's track Past Lives, the video shows the pair saying their vows in front of an idyllic backdrop with a stunning sea view. The pair, who went public with their relationship in October 2021, looked happier than ever. Ioan and Alice Evans formally divorced in July 2023. However, they are still battling fiercely over spousal support and custody and financial support for their two daughters Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11. At the September 9 court hearing, Judge Josh Freeman Stinn signed off on a stipulated agreement in which Ioan pays $3,000 a month temporary child support and $1,500 a month temporary spousal support until another February 13 hearing where a more permanent support arrangement was to be forged. Ioan planned to call his then fiancée Bianca as a witness at the February hearing to testify that his ex wife 'stalked, harassed and abused' her, repeatedly violating a three-year domestic violence restraining order (DVRO) which she and Ioan took out in August 2022, after enduring a 'smear campaign' of hateful text messages, emails and social media posts from her. Ioan claims that Alice 'engaged in a pattern of damaging and defamatory conduct against me, aimed at intimidating and harassing me and my fiancé, Bianca Wallace, while alienating our two young children from me.' Ioan – whose latest movie, Bad Boys: Ride or Die has grossed more than $403 million worldwide – has fought Evans' demands for more money, claiming he's paid some $400,000 more in spousal support that he needed to under their pre-marital agreement. In earlier court papers, he called her claims of poverty 'exaggerated' and said it's a 'false narrative' that she and the children have been left destitute. The former couple met on the set of the movie 102 Dalmatians more than 20 years ago. They fell in love in real life and were married in Mexico in 2007. Ioan filed for divorce in March 2021, shortly after Alice announced on social media that her husband of 14 years was walking out on her and their two daughters. Meanwhile, in February this year, Alice revealed she's being evicted from her LA home after being 'unable to pay her rent '. The actress wrote on Instagram that she and her daughters have 'no way of renting even the cheapest room in the city' after being beset by financial woes amid her bitter court battle with ex-husband Ioan. Sharing a sweet throwback snap with her two daughters, Alice shared that she is like many others in Los Angeles trying to find a new place to live after the city was devastated by fires in January. Alice was thought to be renting a home in California with her two children after her bitter divorce from Ioan. Earlier this month, she created her own Divorce fundraiser, setting up a GoFundMe which has so far raised $18,828, but admitted she was 'so embarrassed' to have to do so. But in a positive update recently shared on Instagram, Alice revealed that she, her daughters and her dog Emma now have a 'roof over their heads' and had retained their possessions after worrying she would lose them as she thanked fans for donating.

Robert Irwin wears a $23,750 Rolex as he makes a very stylish arrival in Sydney after very famous A-list star gifted one to his sister Bindi
Robert Irwin made a very stylish arrival at Sydney Airport on Tuesday. The celebrity conservationist, 21, looked chic in a cream sweater paired with black pants and bright white Nike sneakers. But it was the wildlife warrior's timepiece that really caught the eye, with Robert wearing $23,750 Rolex Deepsea watch on his wrist. The watch may well have been gifted to him by Russell Crowe, who gave a Rolex to his sister Bindi two years ago. Robert flashed a smile as he strolled through the terminal, talking on his smartphone and carrying a black shoulder bag. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Robert Irwin made a very stylish arrival at Sydney Airport on Tuesday and wore a $23,750 Rolex Deepsea watch on his wrist He topped off the stylish look with a black baseball cap and classic aviator sunglasses. Gladiator star Russell, 61, famously gifted his sister Bindi at Rolex back in 2019. In June 2023, the actor played one-off gig with his band Indoor Garden Party at the Irwin family's Australia Zoo. Bindi shared a video of the performance to Instagram, thanking the actor for the concert at the Queensland sanctuary. 'Incredible day @australiazoo. Thank you @russellcrowe, Indoor Garden Party. Music that moves your heart and soul. We love you!' she wrote. In the accompanying video footage, the actor belted out some tunes before addressing the crowd. Russell said that Australia Zoo is 'one of the best places in the world' for punters to get up and close with wildlife. The Oscar-winner is a long-time supporter of Australia Zoo and friend of the Irwins, with his friendship to matriarch Terri sparking decades worth of romance rumours which she has ardently denied. In 2021, Terri thanked the Hollywood star for his donation to Australia Zoo, which resulted in the rescue of an ailing kookaburra called Archie. The year before, he gifted Bindi and her husband Chandler Powell a fig tree as a wedding present. To celebrate his 56th birthday from afar in April 2020, the newlyweds hugged the tree in a sweet Instagram picture, since they couldn't see him in person. In 2021, Terri denied she was dating Russell saying she was 'very very single'. She told Access Hollywood in 2017: 'In all honesty, he (Russell) and Steve became friends many years ago, and after Steve passed, you find out who your true friends are. And Russell has been very loyal as a great friend.' The mother-of-two hasn't dated anyone publicly since her late husband Steve tragically died aged 44 in a freak stingray accident in 2006.

Triple M radio suffers brutal fail in latest ratings survey - as one show continues to bleed listeners
Triple M suffered a brutal blow in the third radio ratings survey of 2025. Beau Ryan, Aaron 'Woodsy' Woods and Cat Lynch can't seem to keep their listeners engaged this year, as their Sydney breakfast show continues to lose listeners. The trio, who lost 1.5 per cent of the market share in survey two, dropped another 1.5 in the latest survey, bringing them down to a 4.4 market share from a previous 5.9. It was one of many hits Triple M took this week, as the station suffered a decline across all Sydney timeslots. Meanwhile, sister station 2DAY gained 0.5 per cent of the breakfast market share, leaving new hosts Jimmy Smith, Emma Chow and Nath Roye chuffed. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. The station finished at 4.5 overall - up by 0.2 - as it gains ground on Triple M's overall 4.9 market share. Elsewhere, KIIS FM took a short slide in the Sydney ratings as the station has spent several months trying to improve The Kyle & Jackie O Show's standing in Melbourne. The home of shock jocks Kyle Sandilands and Jackie 'O' Henderson dropped 0.2 per cent of the market share after shedding another 0.4 in the last survey. However, KIIS FM still finished third in Sydney with a 9.3 overall, not a feat to balk at, with 2GB sitting at 13.6 (up by 0.8) and Smooth sitting at 12.4 (up by 0.6). And the wildly popular Kyle & Jackie O Show was again number one in FM breakfast in Sydney with a market share of 12.5 (up by 0.2). Though their performance in Melbourne has swindled yet again as they dropped by 0.7 to a 5.1 market share, following the artificial gains they made last survey. Meanwhile, ABC Sydney as continued to slide with all four of its programs throughout the day losing listeners, dropping the station to a 6.2 share. Craig Reucassel also slipped at breakfast to 8.2, Hamish Macdonald in mornings dropped to 5.5, James Valentine in afternoons down to 4.7, and Chris Bath now at 5.3. Elsewhere, KIIS FM took a short slide in the Sydney ratings as the station has spent several months trying to improve The Kyle & Jackie O Show's standing in Melbourne Evenings host Renee Krosch was the only star who saw an increase in market share, lifting by 2.4 to 8.4. 2GB took full advantage of ABC's Sydney losses, with breakfast host Ben Fordham shooting up 1.1 to 16.7. Mornings host Mark Levy held onto his 15.5 share, afternoon host Malcolm McLaren lifted to 10.6, and Clinton Maynard finished on 8.6 (up by 0.4). Nevertheless, ABC shot up in Melbourne after the station had a fire lit under them following a record-low result last survey. With an overall 6.2 share (up by 1.9), breakfast duo Bob Murphy and Sharnelle Vella gained an impressive 2.0 per cent. It lifted the pair to a 7.6 per cent share, toppling The Kyle & Jackie O Show in the breakfast slot by 2.5.
