His wrongful conduct occurred in Louisiana and continued thereafter across several states. The abuse was sexual, physical, emotional, and financial in nature.'
The sensational lawsuit even mentions repeated sexual misconduct by the Pelicans' star Zion Williamson. During a recent interview with The Post, the legal representative of Jane Doe, Sam Taylor, spoke firmly about the lawsuit and even pointed out that justice should prevail with respect to the accuser, Doe. Taylor said,
'Our client is very adamant about this — it's not her desire or our desire to litigate this case in the press.
It's a very serious case, as reflected in the allegations. Our client looks forward to her day in court, where she can go and explain to a jury what happened to her, the things she endured for this defendant, and getting justice.'

Whereas during an interview with The Post, Williamson's legal counsel said the allegations made against the NBA star carry no weight and are baseless, he said-
'We take these allegations with the utmost seriousness, and we unequivocally deny them. The allegations contained in the complaint are categorically false and reckless. This is the plaintiff's third set of attorneys. This appears to be an attempt to exploit a professional athlete driven by a financial motive rather than any legitimate grievance.'
With the upcoming NBA season just around the corner, Williamson is dealing with drama off the court and has been drawing negative attention towards himself due to the allegations made by his ex-girlfriend Jane Doe.

But a prominent lawyer swiftly prevented her from taking part in the legal action. All the public attention on the case hides a lively legal battle and many different arguments. Moriah Mills Says She Has Faced Three Years of Humiliation and Threats Following Relationship with Zion Williamson Moriah Mills, who claimed to have dated Zion Williamson before, just talked to well-known lawyer Tony Buzbee about taking legal action against the New Orleans Pelicans player. Buzbee has been involved in well-known cases for clients such as Deshaun Watson and Diddy and he stated that his office will not handle Mills' case. He stated, "A member of our staff spoke to her. After review, we declined to take her case." Buzbee mentioned that even though his firm gets approached by many people every day, they can't take on everyone, and only a few cases make it to the public eye. Mills took to social media to share her emotional struggle after being rejected, saying, "Everybody deserves a chance to be heard, and I hope me and any of the other victims… I just hope we all get justice." by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Free P2,000 GCash eGift UnionBank Credit Card Apply Now Undo She pointed out the "bashing, humiliation, slander, and threats" she's faced for the last three years. Zion Williamson Faces Civil Lawsuit Alleging Pattern of Abuse from 2018 to 2023 At the same time, Jane Doe has filed a civil lawsuit against Zion Williamson in Los Angeles Superior Court. She states that throughout their relationship, between 2018 and 2023, Williamson was involved in sexual, physical, emotional and financial abuse of her. It is claimed that in 2020, two women were raped by the PDP founder and the lawsuit brings charges of controlling and threatening behavior by him in many states, including California and Louisiana. Williamson's lawyers have firmly rejected the claims, calling them "false and driven by financial gain." They maintain that the relationship was casual and consensual, having ended years back, and they plan to file a counterclaim for defamation. Moreover, they've reported the plaintiff to the police for alleged extortion, which has led to an arrest warrant. As Williamson's legal crew gears up to fight the ongoing lawsuit and file counterclaims, it really highlights the tricky situations public figures find themselves in when dealing with legal issues. We'll have to wait and see how these cases turn out as the legal proceedings progress.

‘Was Terrified': Diddy's Former Assistant Alleges Years Of Abuse In Court

Last Updated: Diddy's ex-assistant claimed that the music mogul tried to control Cassie Ventura during their long and unstable relationship. Sean 'Diddy" Combs is facing serious accusations in a sex trafficking case and recently, his former assistant, Mia, between 2009 and 2017, spoke in court. The woman said that Diddy hurt her in different ways and the work environment was very stressful. She also talked about how Diddy controlled singer Cassie Ventura, who had a long and complicated relationship with the music mogul. During the trial, prominent names were mentioned, showing how connected Diddy is with many stars. The court also saw text messages between Mia and Diddy, which revealed more about how they worked together and how close Diddy was to other well known people in the entertainment business. According to the New York Post, on March 8, 2019, Mia suggested Diddy to watch the Netflix series Love, which was directed by Judd Apatow. Then, on May 14, 2020, she messaged Diddy again after the passing of Andre Harrell. Andre was not only a big name in the music industry but also an important figure in Diddy's life and career. He is often remembered as the person who discovered Diddy and helped him rise in the business. In the text, Mia wrote, 'Puff, my heart is broken about Dre. I've spent all week crying for you as well." Mia also reached out to Diddy after the tragic death of actor Chadwick Boseman. In reply, Diddy sent a short message and asked, 'How are you? Yeah, life is crazy." One of the strongest claims made by Mia was about how Diddy acted around singer Cassie Ventura. She claimed that he tried to control Cassie during their long and unstable relationship. Speaking in the court, Mia said, 'He's stolen my phone many times, he's stolen Cassie's phone many times. He's put tracking devices on her car. I'm not sure what he's capable of. I was terrified." After leaving Diddy's company, Bad Boy Records, in 2017, Mia shared with the court that she later worked for Madonna for about eight months. During that time, she handled many different tasks and was mainly brought in to help manage the pop star's film projects. However, her role quickly grew and she ended up taking care of several other things too. Mia also said that after she left Diddy's company, he tried to stop her from getting jobs in the industry by damaging her reputation. But despite that, the pop star didn't let it affect her decision and still gave Mia the job. First Published:

Ronny Mauricio set for MLB comeback as team faces Dodgers in Los Angeles

Ronny Mauricio has returned to the major leagues. The former top prospect will be promoted on Tuesday and he will go to Los Angeles for the second game of the team's four-game series against the Dodgers, according to Joel Sherman of The Post. While the reason for this move is yet unknown, Mark Vientos seemed to flex his hamstring during the tenth inning of Monday's 4-3 victory. Mauricio, 24, has not played in a big league or minor league game since tearing his ACL in 2013. This year, he has been striking well in the minor leagues, earning time at all three levels and recording an OPS of.892 and an average of.323.
