The man has been known to appear at the Kenfig Nature Reserve without a stitch of clothing on - in what police have dubbed a case of indecent exposure.
A woman was allegedly chased by the flasher on April 1, at 10am, in the Welsh nature reserve.
A spokesperson for the police announced that an investigation had been launched, after another terrified woman was chased by a naked man just a month earlier.
However, there were no witnesses to the crime making it difficult for the authorities to catch the nude culprit.
James Harris-Rowley has allegedly spotted the man whilst on a walk in the park - a month after he jumped out on the woman in April.
He said: "I saw reports the week prior of a lady being chased by a naked man down Kenfig dunes, and then I saw a naked man whilst out walking my dog.
"I reported it to 101 who told me next time to call 999 so that he can be arrested for indecent exposure.
"I'm so lucky my 3 year old daughter was over at her nans and wasn't with me as she often is, because I'd have been absolutely raging!
"Women and children should be able to walk freely and safely in the nature reserve without the risk of being exposed."
A spokesperson for South Wales Police has confirmed that they are 'continuing their appeal for information' after the new sighting of the naked man.

They added: "Officers have increased patrols and resources in and around the area following reports of indecent exposure over the past couple of months.
"Police in Bridgend are working closely with nature reserve wardens to ensure high visibility and good coverage of the area.'
Anyone with evidence can phone South Wales Police via 101 or via their website - with the reference number 2500101893.
A neighbourhood inspector named Mel Knight added that they are also investigating, as Bridgend is a busy area during the summer months.
Kenfig Nature Reserve is located in the tourist hotspot of South Wales.
The region is set to receive a huge network of trains which experts have dubbed the 'Welsh Tube'.
The £1 billion project will connect remote villages and towns to Cardiff with over 170km of railway tracks.

Barnes Park fire probe as Sunderland council action continues
Council action to tackle anti-social behaviour at a park where animals were reportedly killed is ongoing, after youths were seen starting a City Council shared an image of the suspected group and said some of them had been identified, following reports of the blaze at Barnes Park on Sunday. Residents previously told the BBC they did not feel safe, with one councillor claiming the park was being "terrorised" by youths on bikes wearing Labour-run local authority said neighbourhood wardens were conducting regular patrols and suspected perpetrators had been contacted. Northumbria Police, which currently has a live investigation into reports of animal cruelty, has been approached for a comment about the fire. A group of people were seen harming rabbits on 14 June and people have described seeing animal remains at the park over recent weeks. Deputy council leader Kelly Chequer said: "We fully acknowledge the concerns raised regarding Barnes Park and share the commitment to ensuring residents feel safe and supported in our open spaces."She said a Motorcycle Disorder Team and three Anti-Social Behaviour Officers patrolled the park on Sunday."Fly-tipping is being removed as a priority, and several home visits to suspected perpetrators are being completed in response to specific issues," she added. Chequer confirmed no incidents had been spotted during the patrols, but youths were reported on social media to have set a fire on Sunday evening. She said several members of the group had been identified."Enquiries will continue, and where appropriate, parents will be contacted and action such as Acceptable Behaviour Agreements will be considered," she said. "Following previous incidents, three Acceptable Behaviour Agreements have already been issued with investigations to identify others ongoing."Chequer added options to enhance CCTV were being looked into, including "suitable columns, tree foliage and lighting assessments".There are currently five cameras at the park.
