Mahmoud Basal, a spokesperson for the agency, told AFP that civil defense teams and paramedics transported "at least 29 martyrs and dozens of injured following intense Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip."
Basal detailed that 'eight martyrs and several wounded, including a number of children, were transported as a result of an Israeli airstrike this morning that targeted a drinking water distribution point in an area for displaced people in western Nuseirat camp.'
Earlier, 10 other Palestinians, including several children, were killed and more than 20 injured in an airstrike by a warplane that hit the Al-Sawarha area in western Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip during the early hours of Sunday.
Basal also confirmed that "five martyrs and several injuries, including children and women, resulted from an Israeli airstrike targeting a house in the center of Al-Shati camp" west of Gaza City.
In the southwest of Gaza City, Palestinian Red Crescent paramedics moved two bodies and several injured people from an 'Israeli' airstrike that targeted an apartment in a residential building in Tel Al-Hawa to Al-Quds Hospital.
Basal also noted the death of "a child martyr and several injuries due to an occupation bombardment targeting a house near the Islamic Complex Mosque in Al-Sabra neighborhood" southwest of the city.
In the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, three people were killed in an airstrike that hit a tent for displaced individuals.

Iran confirms President was wounded in 'Israeli' strike on security council
A senior Iranian official said Sunday that 'Israel' attempted to assassinate President Masoud Pezeshkian during a key meeting of Iran's Supreme National Security Council amid the recent twelve-day war. The official, speaking to Al Jazeera, claimed that the assassination attempt was part of an 'Israeli' plan aimed at toppling the Iranian regime. He added that 'Israel' deliberately targeted Pezeshkian during a high-level strategic meeting intended to coordinate Iran's response to 'Israeli' attacks. The attempt reportedly aimed to strike Iran's executive, legislative, and judicial leaders simultaneously in order to paralyze the state. The official revealed that Tehran has launched a wide-scale investigation into the incident, suspecting the involvement of an internal agent. He warned that the attack 'will not go unanswered' and that Israel 'will pay the price.' On Saturday, Iran's Fars News Agency reported that President Pezeshkian was injured in the June 16 'Israeli' strike on the Supreme National Security Council. He reportedly sustained leg injuries during the attack.

New Hamas tactics against 'Israeli' soldiers in Gaza revealed
Hamas fighters in Gaza have 'shifted to a strategy of sacrifice, showing significantly more audacity and engaging in close combat' in an attempt to capture 'Israeli' soldiers, one senior official said, cited by Hebrew news outlet 'Israel Hayom'. As the military pushes deeper into urban areas of Gaza, the 'Israeli' military is concerned that Hamas' efforts could come to a fruition. After 21 months of war, the change in combat strategy came after the 'Israeli' military changed its approach after the latest ceasefire ended in March. Previously, it relied on short, targeted raids, but the military's goal now is to maintain a continuous presence in Gaza and its cities, the report adds. One recent incident happened last week, where Hamas fighters charged head-on an 'Israeli' soldier operating a bulldozer in the southern city of Khan Younis, killing him at close quarters after he abandoned the machinery. Hamas' military wing released a video of the incident, showing the fighters standing on top of the soldiers' lifeless body, after they took his firearms. Another recent incident happened in north Gaza's Beit Hanoun, where a planted IED killed at least five soldiers during night hours. Following the detonation, reports in Hebrew media said helicopters were deployed amid heavy gunfire as Hamas fighters charged the 'Israeli' soldiers to possibly carry out a kidnapping. The 'Israeli' military now instructs its troops to stay vigilant, but the issue poses a risk for military commanders. The army is now awaiting a decision from the government regarding the next phase of operations in Gaza, as the current operation, named 'Gideon's Chariots' is nearing its end.
