The rocker is question is Scottish star Derek Dick.
The former lead singer of rock band Marillion has relocated to a remote area in the Outer Hebrides, so he is selling his East Lothian cottage, which is called "The Studio".
Best known for his stage name Fish, the singer has filled stadiums and sold thousands of records around the world, but now opts for a more quiet life.
Derek has been living at the property, located in Spittalrig, near Haddington, since 1988.

He is selling the home, after buying a croft in the Outer Hebrides last year with wife Simone, where he has turned his attention to farming.
The impressive property - which is a converted four-bedroom farm cottage - is open plan, and is set across a single floor, and nestled in an acre of land.
With high vaulted ceilings, exposed stone walls and even a wood-burning stove, the home is perfect for entertaining.
The house holds a huge amount of memories for Derek, who has made a lot of music in the property's fully sound-proofed recording studio.

Many of Marillion's tracks were produced there, and huge acts like Radiohead and PJ Harvey have also recorded in the studio.
Derek previously revealed how he was "sad" to leave the property, where he recorded his last album.

However, he added looking forward to his new life as a crofter in the north.
Derek told
Scotland
on Sunday in 2024: " 'I recorded all 11 of my solo albums since Vigil here, the last being my designated final album Weltschmerz in 2020.
'There are a lot of incredible memories from my time here.
"The dramas, the craziness,the laughter and the tears that filled this building over the years – it's saturated with great energies."

Scottish rock band Biffy Clyro have announced a UK and Ireland arena tour for January 2026, including dates in Dublin and Belfast. The tour coincides with the release of their upcoming album Futique, due out on September 26. Beginning at the SSE Arena, Belfast on January 9, the band will then hit the 3 Arena, Dublin on January 10, before heading to Birmingham, Manchester and London's O2 Arena, concluding with a hometown performance at Glasgow's OVO Hydro. The tour announcement follows the release of 'A Little Love', the lead single from Futique, which premiered as BBC Radio 1's Hottest Record in the World earlier this month. The trio will be joined on tour by special guests Soft Play and The Armed. Formed in 1995 in Kilmarnock, Biffy Clyro is composed of Simon Neil and twin brothers James and Ben Johnston. Having last toured arenas in 2022, they are known for their hit tracks 'Many of Horror', 'Bubbles' and 'Mountains' from their 2009 album Only Revolutions. Tickets for the tour go on general sale at 10 am on Thursday, 31 July, via and Fans who pre-order Futique through the band's official store will gain access to a pre-sale starting Tuesday, July 29, at 10 am. Biffy Clyro announce Irish dates for the new year

Biffy Clyro have announced they will begin their 2026 tour with shows in Belfast and Dublin. The Scottish rockers will play Belfast's SSE Arena on Friday 9 January 2026 and Dublin's 3Arena on Saturday 10 January. Special guests for the shows will be Soft Play and The Armed. Ticket pre-sales open next Tuesday, 29 July, at 10am. Tickets will go on general sale on Thursday 31 July at 10am. Biffy Clyro will release their new album, Futique, on Friday 26 September. It is preceded by the single A Little Love.
