MILLERSBURG, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CSB Bancorp, Inc., (OTC Pink: CSBB) announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a second quarter cash dividend of $0.41 per share on its common stock, payable June 24, 2025, to shareholders of record as of June 10, 2025. The dividend represents a $0.01 increase in the quarterly cash dividend.

Power tool company recalls chainsaws over fire hazard
(WHTM) — Ahead of Father's Day weekend, check to make sure the perfect power tool isn't on a recall list. The consumer product safety commission recalled more than 7,000 battery-powered chainsaws. Consumers can contact DR Power Equipment with proof of destruction for a pro-rated refund based on the product's age.
