Why don't celebs worth BILLIONS know how to go to the beach? £35K handbags & £820 shoes are utterly ridiculous

SUN, sea and champagne - the life of an A-lister at the beach is a pretty good one.
So why can't they get their outfits right?

This week billionaire Jeff Bezos touched down in Ibiza with his new wife, Lauren Sanchez.
The 55-year-old, who married the Amazon boss earlier this year, stuck to her signature style of a tight frock and, erm, heels.
Making a slow and steady way across the shingle beach, clutching Jeff, 61, for balance with three bodyguards in tow, you'd think she'd know better than to wear 6inch mules across the sand.
9
Also accompanying the couple was Leonardo DiCaprio, 50, with his Italian model girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, 27, who is no stranger to challenging surfaces in her line of work as a catwalk regular, also struggled to navigate the rough terrain.
But ladies, come on. Don't you know better?
And when it's not their ridiculous footwear, it's their bags.

Kate Moss, also in Ibiza this week, was spotted on the beach, undoubtedly looking as cool as ever, in a sheer top, an unnecessary belt and a £35,000 handbag.
The 51-year-old waded though the white sand and dunes of the party island in Spain carrying a high-status and high-cost Hermes Birkin bag.
Surely Kate, who is currently the face of YSL and has multiple designers falling at her feet, can get a proper beach bag?
And can't Vittoria and Lauren splash out on a pair of £1 Primark flip flops? Give over.
There seems to be an army of celebrities who don't know how to go to the beach.
As of the rest of the summer, it appears the heat has sent everyone in celeb land a little doolally.
Singer Dua Lipa took a stroll to the beach in Australia in March whilst on her Radical Optimism tour.
Dua, 29, headed to the sand wearing a white vest top, bag and sheer skirt.
But her questionable footwear weren't anything you'd associated with the sea-side.
Wearing ballet pumps, but not just any ballet pumps but £820 Maison Margiela ballet pumps famous for looking like cow hooves.
The split toe design would possibly be better suited to farmland than sea.

Aussie Margot Robbie, 35, swapped downunder for Ibiza in July but didn't take any inspiration from her Barbie wardrobe, but instead wore a long black maxi dress.
We're all for a cover up Margot, but, crikey aren't you hot?
9
Speaking of hot, Katie Price keeps the heat off her face whilst sunbathing in what appears to be a welders mask.
The 47-year-old mum and glamour model didn't want to take any chances when she was beachside in Dubai earlier this summer by wearing an extraordinarily large visor.

While many of us feel hot, sticky and lets face it, a little bit swollen on the beach, Kylie Jenner can handle being in a tight spot.
When holidaying in St Tropez this year along side boyfriend and actor Timothee Chalamet she wore a body-con bandage dress to the beach.
The 27-year-old reality star and make-up moguls look is gorgeous for the red carpet but isn't chic for the beach.

Bikini-clad Tasha Ghouri steps out in knitted cover-up after quitting Celeb SAS - as she enjoys sunny Spain birthday break following boyfriend drama

Tasha Ghouri looked glum as she stepped out in a knitted mini dress on Monday after swapping Celebrity SAS for a sunny break in Spain for her birthday celebrations. The Love Island alumni, 27, has spent the last few days partying in Barcelona as she welcomed in her next chapter after quitting the Channel 4 reality show. It was filmed last year but aired on screens in recent weeks, with stars such as presenter Chloe Burrows and dancer Louis Spence also dropping out. As well as this, Tasha has recently been at the centre of headlines after Daily Mail revealed that her new boyfriend Cam was in a long-term relationship just weeks before going public with the Strictly star. But it seems she put on a brave face and shrugged the drama aside as she was seen out and about in the Spanish city at the start of the week. Tasha appeared to have a fun trip surrounded by her nearest and dearest, confirming she flew home on Tuesday with an Instagram snap from the plane. The TV personality looked casual chic in the cream mini dress which covered her skimpy beige bikini. Tasha paired her outfit with a designer Chloé bag and quilted sandals to covered her face with sunglasses as she strolled around the streets of Barcelona. Tasha celebrated her birthday on Monday after a turbulent year - from splitting from ex Andrew Le Page - to dating new man Cam. On Instagram, alongside a series of stunning photos, Tasha reflected on the ups and downs, writing: 'Goodbye 26.. dancing my way into 27!! 'Feeling incredibly grateful for everything this past year has brought, the growth, the love, the lessons and special moments! 26 was good to me, here's to 27 and everything this next chapter holds!! Have a feeling it's going to be magical. So much love to all of you, my friends & family who have been by my side through it all, going into this year with a full heart.' Her YouTuber boyfriend Cam stars in CBBC series One Zoo Three and BBC show OZT Goes Wild alongside his brothers Ty and Aaron. His family run Hertfordshire Zoo and he is the managing director of a non-profit charity, The Big Cat Sanctuary, which rescues wild cats and protects species at risk of extinction. Cam was previously dating stunning wildlife photographer Felicity Sutton, 34, for a year and together they shared a love of animals, with pals convinced at the time that 'nothing' could break the pair up. A source told The Sun: 'It came as a surprise to everyone to see Cam with Tasha. He was so loved up with Felicity before'. 'This time last year, he was with Felicity on his birthday, and it really looked like nothing would break them, but a year on, he's in Tuscany with Tasha for his big day. Everyone is bemused. 'Felicity doesn't have any hard feelings towards him as such, and she will always cherish their time together, it's just a lot to see your ex in the limelight suddenly.' Meanwhile Tasha's ex, Andrew Le Page, launched into an explosive rant about her being on a dating app during their relationship. Andrew claimed on that Tasha was using the celebrity dating app Raya while still in a relationship with him and insisted he wanted to speak out after she had appeared on 'one too many podcasts' to speak about him. Soon after, they released a shock joint statement. In the statement shared with Daily Mail, the former couple who met on Love Island in 2022, came together to address 'hurtful comments' in a move that took place after Andrew accused Tasha of not being able to 'keep his name out of her mouth'. The exes quickly put Andrew's rant aside and came together to address the 'noise' around their relationship as Tasha admitted to 'making mistakes' during their romance. Both parties expressed their wish to 'move on' from the relationship after suffering 'judgement and cruelty' from online trolls. Sharing her side of events, Tasha said: 'I just want to address recent hurtful comments about me and & Andrew. We've always been open about who we are and what we went through, the hate and harsh words have been unfair and overwhelming for both of us. 'No one deserves to be torn down, especially when they're already trying to heal. We've both made mistakes, we've both learned, and we've both grown. But the judgement and cruelty we are facing from people online has been hard. 'Please remember that behind every nasty post, every comment, every story, there are real people with real emotions. Always be kind.' While Andrew added: 'Tasha and I want to address the noise around our breakup, as there's been hate going around that neither of us ever wanted. 'Things were said on both sides, but at the end of the day, no relationship is perfect, but ours still had some incredible moments I'll always be grateful for.

Sandra Bullock claims she was advised not to 'like' Jennifer Aniston

Sandra Bullock and Jennifer Aniston probably should've been friends during the height of their nineties hey-day, but they were urged to remain competitive for A-list roles. 'We were from that time in the business where no one wanted the ladies to be friends — it was about pitting everyone against each other,' the 61-year-old Miss Congeniality alum explained to Vanity Fair on Monday. 'We were told we weren't supposed to do that — meaning like and respect and honor each other.' Another reason Sandra and the 56-year-old Friends alum might have kept their distance was they both dated the same man, Tate Donovan. Bullock dated the 61-year-old Damages alum from 1990-1995 and memorably played awkward scientists who fell for each other in Dale Launer's 1992 rom-com Love Potion No. 9. Tate quickly moved on with Jennifer and they dated between 1995-1998 until his five-episode guest gig aired on Friends, in which he played her character Rachel Green's newly-divorced leading man. It wasn't until 2010 when the Oscar winner and Aniston became friends while attending a wedding where they both knew the groom, which led to 'trading shots and notes.' 'We were just like, "Oh my God, we need to meet and cut loose!" And we did,' Sandra recalled. The Emmy winner - who affectionately calls her 'Sand-a-La' - replied: 'I don't know what I was sending her, but it was definitely stronger than what she was sending me.' Jennifer and Bullock bonded over their shared love of interior design, practical jokes, lavish trips, and numerology readings. 'I think her superpower is that she could very easily be hard, but she's incredibly open,' the Virginia-born beauty said. 'Nothing is for her alone ever. Everything she does is for everyone else included.' Aniston added of their friendship: 'There's a motivation of going, "Okay, we need to go somewhere. Where are we going?" I'm desperately trying not to Howard Hughes myself.' The LA-born, NY-raised blonde and Sandra commiserate over their shared fear of flying. 'The two of us on a plane — it's the most pathetic thing to look at,' Bullock laughed. 'Usually it's us grabbing each other's arms from across the table with our heads down.' Two spring breaks ago during a flight, Jennifer summoned the strength to comfort the single mother-of-two when she was 'not in a great place.' Another reason Sandra and the 56-year-old Friends alum might have kept their distance was they both dated the same man, Tate Donovan Tate quickly moved on with Jennifer and they dated between 1995-1998 until his five-episode guest gig aired on Friends, in which he played her character Rachel Green's newly-divorced leading man It wasn't until 2010 when the Oscar winner and Aniston became friends while attending a wedding where they both knew the groom, which led to 'trading shots and notes' (pictured in 2023) 'She just held onto my hand and goes, "This is just a bump,"' Sandra recalled. 'I was like, "Who the f*** are you right now?!" Bullock and Aniston have both dealt with scary, home-invading stalkers too. On May 7, Jimmy Wayne Carwyle pled not guilty to one count of felony stalking and felony vandalism after crashing his car through the gate of the Out of My Mind actress' $22M Bel-Air estate while she was home. In 2018, Joshua Corbett died during a standoff with the LAPD four years after being sentenced to five years probation for stalking The Lost City producer-star and breaking into her house while she was home. 'It makes me think, "Do I really have to go outside and navigate the world?"' Sandra said. 'There's the cases where they got into the house, the cases where they're outside the house, the cases where you're on a film set and they figured out where you are, and the cases that no one hears about. 'It's ongoing. It's not a one-off. And it does create a mindset where your home also unfortunately becomes your fortress.' The Virginia-born beauty has been hard at work producing and reprising her role as witch Sally Owens in Susanne Bier's sequel Practical Magic 2 - hitting US theaters September 18, 2026 - alongside Nicole Kidman (L, pictured July 18) Jennifer reportedly earned $2M per episode executive producing and reprising her role as UBA co-host Alex Levy in Charlotte Stoudt's 10-episode fourth season of The Morning Show, which premieres September 17 on Apple TV+. Aniston based her character off the trailblazing broadcast journalist, Diane Sawyer. The hit newsroom drama is a loose adaptation of Brian Stelter's 2013 book Top of the Morning, and season four is set two years after the UBA-NBN merger. The two-time SAG Award winner will next produce and star in the Apple TV+ adaptation of former child star Jennette McCurdy's 2022 memoir I'm Glad My Mom Died, and she'll produce the Gen Z reboot of 9 to 5 penned by Diablo Cody. Jennifer also keeps busy running her haircare company LolaVie, which she founded in 2021. Bullock has been hard at work producing and reprising her role as witch Sally Owens in Susanne Bier's sequel Practical Magic 2 - hitting US theaters September 18, 2026 - alongside Nicole Kidman, Dianne Wiest, and Stockard Channing. The Bullet Train actress will also reunite with her Speed and Lake House leading man Keanu Reeves for an untitled romantic thriller penned by Noah Oppenheim for Amazon MGM Studios.
