It comes five years after Arthur stunned Yarde to defeat before losing the rematch a year later via dominant fourth-round stoppage.
The score is now even and Yarde told BoxingScene: 'I know that Lyndon Arthur is not a gatekeeper. He is a guy who will want his revenge.
"Even after I beat him in our rematch, the first thing he said to me was, 'I want my belts back. I want to fight again.' He will be seeing this as a massive opportunity.
'Knowing that, plus the fact there's a bit of bad blood there, makes this a very exciting fight for me.'

Yarde boxed cautiously in the first encounter but got on the front foot and left no doubt in the rematch - and he expects the same in the trilogy.
He said: 'I don't ever go into a boxing ring expecting anything in terms of the opponent fighting a certain way, or the fight playing out a certain way.
"But he's known as a fighter who fights on the back foot, jabs a lot, and clinches a lot. He might come with something different this time. Who knows?
"I'm just seeing it as a fresh fight. We know each other well enough, as two people going into a ring and fighting, but you still can't assume anything.

"I just genuinely feel that he can't handle the things I bring to the table.
"That's my mentality for this fight. I know I'm better now than I was when we fought three years ago.'
Yarde, 33, warns he is even more ferocious now - four years of from his savage stoppage at the Copper Box.
He said: 'I'm going to be more aggressive, better, sharper. Hopefully he's better as well. I'm probably the best [version of himself] out of the three.
"Third time's a charm, they say, and of the three fights we have had, I feel like I am in the best place mentally for this one.'

Fognini, who has not won a tour level match this year, was driven to distraction during the contest, at one point, snapping his racquet over his knee and tossing it away. Moutet, 26, went on to win the encounter 6-4 6-7 6-3, booking a round two berth against top seed Alexander Zverev. After Fognini sliced a backhand wide, Moutet fist pumped and pointed to his head in celebration. As the pair shook hands at the net, Fognini held on for a little longer than is customary. After Moutet gave him a brief glance, the former world No9 continued to glare in his direction. The fiery star then said in French "Regarde-moi, petit cochon!" - meaning "Look at me, you little pig!" Moutet ignored the barb, instead walking back onto court to soak up the applause of the crowd. There was no love lost between the duo, with Fognini sometimes proving to be a tricky opponent for the legendary Scot. Murray infamously told the flamboyant Italian to "shut up" during a heated Shanghai encounter in 2019. Fognini confirmed in Rome last month that this will be his final year on tour. Asked for his highlights at his home tournament, the world No117 said: "One is for sure the victory in the night against Andy Murray when he was No. 1 in the world. "This one is in the special place, especially here in Rome, for sure. I'd say it's top three in my career. "I live for [those] moments. My character is like that. I play with passion, and sometimes too much. "But I think when I was playing my best tennis here, I think the crowd was really happy to see me beating Andy. I beat Gael (Monfils), I beat (Joe-Wilfried) Tsonga, I beat a lot of good players." 6 Andy Murray famously clashed with Fognini in 2019 Credit: Getty

The 22-year-old midfielder failed to keep his emotions in check following the full-time whistle as England lost to an African nation for the first time. Substitute Bellingham had a goal controversially disallowed for a handball by Levi Colwill, after the ball had hit the Chelsea star high on the arm in the 83rd minute. The debatable decision late in the game left England stars and Tuchel fuming, as Colwill didn't appear to deliberately touch the ball. Regardless, England didn't do enough to win and were lucky that the match was a friendly, with Tuchel still undefeated in the World Cup qualifiers. But Bellingham was so frustrated that he kicked the ball into the air as referee Stephanie Frappart blew the whistle at the City Ground. The Real Madrid star then kicked a water cooler before chasing after the assistant referee. The former Bundesliga ace wasn't the only one irritated with the decision, with captain Harry Kane hinting that the officials "didn't know the rules". Tuchel also confronted Frappart and her team of officials in the middle of the pitch at full-time. But the talented midfielder does have history of taking his frustrations out on objects after defeats. He memorably kicked the VAR monitor in frustration after Real Madrid's last-gasp defeat.
