Buoyed by this momentum, Sumadhura has announced the addition of another 1,500 seats within the same Capitol Towers complex, scheduled for completion by August 2025. This rapid expansion reflects both market confidence and Workship's growing reputation as a premium managed workspace provider.

'Our goal of reaching one million square feet of managed office space over the next three years reflects our confidence in this growth trajectory. Looking ahead, we plan to expand Workship in Hyderabad by 2027, recognizing its growing prominence as a key
GCC hub
and a high-potential premium office space market'.
With Workship, Sumadhura Group aims to redefine the managed office space experience by combining its core strength in real estate development with a hospitality-led approach to workspace management.
The group has delivered more than 54 projects, covering over 13 million square feet, with an additional 40 million square feet currently in the pipeline. Visiting Dubai? You can now get a licence to drive speed boats, jet skis online

International tourists visiting Dubai can now get licences to drive recreational boats to enjoy the waters off the Emirates coast. The Dubai Maritime Authority (DMA) has introduced a new system under which qualified international visitors will get licences to drive recreational vessels such as jet skis and speedboats. Under this, visitors holding licences issued by member states of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), including GCC countries, Europe, the United States, and a number of other countries with internationally recognised licences can submit their existing national licence for online verification. After this, the DMA will issue a local recreational boating licence, allowing them to operate boats for leisure, tourism, and sports activities. 'This initiative enhances the maritime experience of Dubai's visitors and enthusiasts, enabling them to engage in leisure, tourism, and sports activities within a safe and well-regulated environment. It further strengthens Dubai's position as a world-class maritime destination that combines modernity, diversity and quality services, while also supporting the sustainable growth of Dubai's maritime sector and its vital contribution to the local economy,' Sheikh Dr Saeed bin Ahmed bin Khalifa Al Maktoum, CEO of the DMA, said. In a related development, the DMA has also issued an updated and comprehensive manual regulating the licensing of marine vessels' crews in Dubai. The updated manual defines clear provisions for professional qualifications, practical experience, and medical and technical requirements for crew members. It also details application, examination and review procedures through the available digital platforms and services. The manual further addresses renewal and amendment processes, in addition to mechanisms for the mutual recognition of licences issued by accredited maritime authorities. 'We believe in providing a flexible maritime environment that meets the aspirations of international visitors and offers them the opportunity to enjoy an exceptional marine experience in Dubai's waters. The release of this manual reflects the authority's commitment to strengthening maritime safety, ensuring the efficiency and qualification of marine crews, and unifying standards in line with local legislation and international best practices,' the CEO said.
