Green Bay man dies following motorized bicycle crash on Cherry Street

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities have confirmed that a 53-year-old man who suffered life-threatening injuries in a motorized bicycle crash on May 17 has died.
The crash happened just before 8 a.m. in the 1300 block of Cherry Street on Green Bay's east side and involved another motorized bicyclist. The man died from his injuries on Sunday, May 18. His identity has not been released.

The other bicyclist involved sustained non-life-threatening injuries, and authorities say no criminal charges are expected at this time.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (WHTM) — Three people were shot overnight at a Pennsylvania bar, police said. This happened at a sports bar in the 1100 block of Airport Road in Allentown around 2 a.m. Sunday. Allentown Police said they were called for a report of shots fired and found a man injured. Two other victims were taken to area hospitals, police said. All are expected to survive, police said. As officers were investigating, police said they saw a man discard a firearm under a nearby vehicle. That man — Javian Anthony Sabater, 24, of Bethlehem — was charged with persons not to possess a firearm and tampering with evidence. Police are investigating and there is no danger to the community.
