🏆 "Works like magic"
The original, full-size bottle has earned more than 14,000 reviews on Amazon and a 4.2-star rating. One person notes 'insane growth after a month,' and another says they saw a noticeable difference within three weeks — it works 'like magic,' they write.
If you're looking for a "natural, affordable solution to support hair growth" and "improve scalp health," then "I highly recommend trying rosemary oil," says another reviewer. With regular use, "it can make a noticeable difference."
"This actually worked!" writes a third shopper. "My bald spot is growing in nicely," they say. "I'm so thankful!"
Several users appreciate the product's quality, mentioning how it leaves hair 'silky and soft,' but they are disappointed about the lack of visible results. Some reviewers cite a 'greasy look' and its ineffectiveness against dandruff, with one person stating it 'makes hair stiff and scalp greasy.'
Caroline Ruggiero, a certified trichologist with the International Association of Trichologists (I.A.T), tells Yahoo Canada that rosemary oil could just be your new best friend, primarily because of its ability to promote 'microcirculation and vasodilation,' both of which have been linked to hair growth. 'Rosemary has anti-fungal properties and stimulating properties. In many cases, rosemary is used in combination with other oils and ingredients to aid in scalp problems,' she says.
Formulated with pure rosemary extract, this hair oil contains no synthetic additives or harmful chemicals.
In cases of natural hair thinning, rosemary oil has shown favourable results. However, Ruggiero, the CEO of Truly You Hair and Scalp Clinic, says that for certain disorders, such as androgenic alopecia (male pattern baldness), which is autoimmune, 'essential oil cannot grow hair back.' She adds, 'Treating most hair loss disorders is like treating aging — there is no cure. But just because there is no cure does not mean there is no care.'
A 2023 study on mice corroborates that rosemary helps promote hair growth. Additionally, Ruggiero recommends combining rosemary oil with other essential oils to enhance its benefits. For strengthening hair, she suggests 'Bay St. Thomas (Pimenta racemosa) and grapefruit oils,' while for revitalizing the scalp, 'rosewood and geranium oils are ideal.'
To improve scalp health and tackle dandruff, Ruggiero advises mixing rosemary oil with palmarosa, cade and laurel oils. 'For a shampoo boost, try adding eight drops of rosemary oil, six of juniper, three of chamomile and eight of lavender. 'This blend can be helpful in treating dandruff,' she says.
Thanks to its antimicrobial, antifungal and rubefacient properties, rosemary oil is safe to use on beards. 'These properties could provide potential benefits for beard care,' Ruggiero adds. While rosemary essential oil isn't typically irritating, she emphasizes that it should always be diluted and used for short periods, especially if you have sensitive or damaged skin.
'In high doses, when used internally, it can be toxic,' she warns. Ruggiero also says that folks with epilepsy best avoid rosemary oil. 'Camphor is a constituent in rosemary and can cause convulsions,' she explains.
For those dedicated to their hair care routine, the Botanic Hearth Rosemary Hair Oil could be a good addition, especially considering its sale price. Studies have shown that consistent and long-term use of rosemary oil has supported hair growth and thickening. However, it's important to set realistic expectations. 'Hair loss can be challenging, and it's important to seek professional, evidence-based support to address it effectively," Ruggiero advises.

Fitbit Versa 4 Fitness Smartwatch Restocked as a Flash Offer, Feels Like Black Friday in August
Keeping fit is a lot of effort, and while it may well be rewarding, a lot of people hit a plateau and then really struggle to push through that. A large part of that comes down to the fact that your improvements aren't always easy to see, whether in the mirror or on the scales. Better health tracking can help though, and that's where a great smartwatch can really shine. If you're looking for a really good option, then you'll want to go ahead and get this Fitbit Versa 4 Fitness Smartwatch while it's 25% off. That means it's down to $150, which is an excellent price, and a small amount to pay for peace of mind when it comes to your training. See at Amazon Smartwatches have been a real game-changer when it comes to fitness. You'd normally have to pay good money, or learn a lot, to be able to accurately track some of the things fitness smartwatches can do with ease. It means that getting one is an investment of sorts, but one that's often a lot cheaper than getting all of the things you'd need to cover all of your bases otherwise. The Fitbit Versa 4 Fitness Smartwatch, first of all, is a lot smaller than some other smartwatches. It means that it just doesn't take up as much room on your wrist, which can be nice for those who don't want clunky accessories. Outside of the fitness stuff, it has a GPS functionality to allow you to keep an eye on where you are and where you're going, which is lovely if you're someone getting into hiking or forest trails. In terms of your health, it can track not only all of your heart rate and sleep stuff, but actually has a bunch of modes dedicated to different exercises as well, so you can get more accurate results. It even offers advice on your sleep, to help you rest a bit better, and it makes it easy to see when you should be working harder or taking a break. It even works for all the usual smartwatch stuff like notifications, paying for things with Google Wallet, and it comes with a six-month Premium subscription for the best possible results. That's a lot of great stuff for $200, but that's not what you're going to be paying. Instead, while this limited-time deal is on, you can get it for $150. We recommend acting quickly on this one, because we're not expecting it to last for long. See at Amazon

Healthcare Innovator's New Book Establishes Communication Framework For Patient-Directed Care
NEW YORK (August 12, 2025) — Communication in Healthcare: Charting the Course to Better Outcomes with Trust, Respect, and Teamwork by Dr. Anne Marie Morse is now available at major booksellers and on Amazon. The book is published with Forbes Books, the exclusive business book publishing imprint of Forbes. In Communication in Healthcare, Dr. Anne Marie Morse presents a transformative framework to repair, reimagine, and optimize communication across the healthcare ecosystem. With decades of clinical experience and personal motivation (choosing to be a changemaker when failed communication compromised her mother's medical journey), Dr. Morse's compelling new model moves beyond 'patient-centered' care towards 'patient-directed' care, highlighting the necessity to establish trusted partnerships to achieve real value. Relatable clinical vignettes, insights established by data, and a deep well of empathy inform Dr. Morse's work as she addresses critical moments in the healthcare journey—everything from preparing for appointments to delivering test results and responding when communication falters. Each chapter blends narrative case studies with emotional intelligence training, self-assessments, and ready-to-use communication strategies. These tools empower patients, support systems, and healthcare professionals to tap into their own expertise and become active, aligned partners in the care journey to get to the destination of better health and wellness. 'This book is all about getting communication right. No more misaligned intentions and perceptions when you chart the course starting with the full perspective. Trust, respect, communication, best-in-class care, and teamwork—these are the core values that are foundational to excellence in healthcare,' Dr. Morse said. 'No matter who you are, we all have the same goals and expectations. We want to live well and expect that healthcare is set up to deliver this. The reality is that failed communication robs many of us of achieving this goal and leaves us with disappointment. Office visits and hospitalizations are snapshots and don't represent real life. Wellness is only achieved when we consider all 24 hours and understand where a person is starting and where they want to be. Getting there requires combining medical expertise, support systems, and the individual's lived experience while staying connected with ongoing conversations and data points of progress to nimbly navigate a personalized route to successful living.' With equal parts compassion and rigor, Communication in Healthcare offers a clear path forward, where patients are in the driver's seat, and providers serve as trusted guides, navigating the journey together. This release is posted on behalf of Forbes Books (operated by Advantage Media Group under license). As a healthcare leader, educator, advocate, innovator, and changemaker, Dr. Anne Marie Morse relies on five basic principles: trust, respect, communication, best-in-class care, and teamwork. Using communication as her compass, she provides the direction necessary to re-route healthcare relationships to reach the optimal destinations we are driving towards. Dr. Morse is a board-certified adult neurologist with special qualifications in child neurology and a fellowship-trained and board-certified sleep medicine specialist. She is an internationally recognized thought leader, distinguished educator, and Press Ganey-recognized top 10% clinician in the nation for providing exceptional patient experiences. I brought the Shark HydroGo misting fan to the gym, and now I hate working out a little bit less
According to recent research from Shark, 44% of women worry about others staring at them while sweating at the gym. And honestly? I'm shocked it's not more. I enjoy working out at my own (gentle) pace, but I turn cherry-red within minutes on the treadmill, and it can take me hours to stop looking flushed and flustered. And while I'm not proud of it, feeling self-conscious has definitely stopped me from pushing myself to the limits at the gym. So when Shark invited me to join a workout class, ominously called SweatBox, I wasn't so sure it was the event for me. Then, I heard that I'd have my own HydroGo misting fan to cool me down throughout the event, and I knew I had to try it for myself. Here's how it went. Now reduced to just $99 in the Grey shade, the FlexBreeze HydroGo Misting Fan is low in stock at Amazon and direct at Shark, so this is a deal worth picking up fast. I thought I might be quite good at boxing. It's just punching a bag, so how hard could it be? As it happens, very hard. The first thing I noticed was that the workout involves a lot more than just your arms. You need to be agile and on your toes to keep up with the sets, and to top it off, we were tasked with burpees and push-ups in-between, so this was 45 minutes of pure cardio. None of us started the workout with our fans on, but after the warmup almost all of us had discarded a glove to set the fan on full blast. The HydroGo can't oscilate, but it does have a flexible base that allows you to point it up at you, or face you directly from a table or desk. Get instant access to breaking news, the hottest reviews, great deals and helpful tips. After 30 minutes, my legs felt like jelly, so I broke out the big guns and turned on the HydroGo's misting function. As I've said, you need to be on your toes in a boxing class, so I was slightly concerned that the mist might make the floor around me a little slippy. And while I can't recommend you do this if you're in a public space where you could trip others up, I didn't experience any slips throughout the rest of my class. I was able to burpee and plank without losing my grip on the floor. In truth, without the fan pointing directly towards my face, I don't know if I'd have managed the last few sets. And that sheen on my face after the workout? Who's to say whether that's sweat, or the refreshing mist from my personal fan. As I said in my Shark FlexBreeze HydroGo review, the misting feature on this fan is incredibly fine. I've happily used it with makeup on without worrying that it'll melt the mascara off my face. But despite how gentle the misting can feel, it is incredibly effective at cooling you down. Combined with the multi-speed fan, the mist provides an instant cooling effect on impact, and its reach is pretty direct thanks to its single outlet at the front of the fan. I was also pleased that the fan lasted the full 45-minute workout without running out of charge. If you put us head to head — what will last longer in the gym, Millie or her misting fan? — I'm pretty sure the HydroGo would win by a mile. I can't say I'll be rushing back to SweatBox any time soon (in truth, I was more limping than rushing for a couple of days after the workout) but if I do, you best believe the HydroGo is coming with me.
