The winner will advance to a final against Trinidad & Tobago or Jamaica, with the loser going into a third-placed playoff.
Late last season, Anang revealed how Ghana have been monitoring him for two years with a view to a call-up.
At the time, the Saints ace said: 'We have been speaking the last two years but I was at West Ham as a No 3 and not playing.
'They might look at me more in the future (being back at St Pat's), you never know. I'm just putting in the work and waiting for a call-up.'
Arsenal's Thomas Partey and Mohammed Kudus of West Ham have been told they can sit out the Unity Cup, so won't be part of the squad with Anang.
Antoine Semenyo, and Kamaldeen Sulemana and Inaki Williams are other notable absentees.

Evan Ferguson is showing no signs of a hangover from his West Ham nightmare. And the striker has instead been ripping it up in Ireland training this week ahead of Friday's clash with hoped a January loan to the Hammers would reignite his Premier League career after falling down the pecking order at Brighton. But he started just once in eight appearances and his only goal this year came for Ireland against Bulgaria in 20-year-old will have to go back to the drawing board this summer and map out his next steps in club John O'Shea revealed last night how Ferguson's attitude has been excellent this week, as Ireland go into their final two games before the World Cup about Ferguson's state of mind, the Ireland assistant manager and former Manchester United defender said: "No issues whatsoever."The coaches were just speaking about it in terms of how he trained today and the last couple of days. He showed real good strength and physicality today. "His technical ability was never in doubt but he trained fantastic today and showed the type of player we know he is. Hopefully he'll get the chance to show that in the next couple of games as well.' O'Shea knows that Ferguson will have been annoyed about his lack of minutes at West Ham - but feels he will bounce back to form."You can't sit and sulk about it,' said O'Shea. 'The Premier League is elite level and you already see teams trying to get players in, trying to get business done early."You have to be on it every day, and do everything you can. If you do that and you're not getting in the team, you hold your hands up and you say fair enough."If you're applying yourself as best you can and the manager's not picking you for some reason, then you can look yourself in the mirror and say I've done everything I can.'And the way Evan has been training this week, hopefully there will be lots of good things to come.'
