Rhian Sugden reveals the incredible difference after her breast reduction as she hits back at trolls who blasted her decision to go down five cup sizes
The glamour model, 38, went under the knife last month and in a new post, the mother-of-one revealed how much of a difference the surgery had made.
In a video taken pre-surgery, she went braless in a white T-shirt as she outlined the shape of her breasts.
The video then cut to her wearing the same top post-surgery as she outlined her smaller breasts following her surgery.
She captioned the post: 'Breast Reduction and uplift… Before + After. Couldn't be happier! Look at the difference.'
Rhian then showed off her assets in a racy selfie where she posed in a white lace bodysuit.
Alongside the snap, she penned: 'New Girls ❤️ I say new, they're still the same ones just lifted.
'For people genuinely interested in what surgery I had, it was an uplift and reduction. No implants. One of the best things I've done for me.'
Despite Rhian being happier than ever with her new figure, she revealed she had been inundated with messages from trolls criticising her decision.
In an Instagram Story that has since expired, she hit back at her critics as she revealed she had no concern with scarring and that she couldn't understand why anyone felt the need to comment on her decision.
She added in a cheeky quip that the comments were coming from men who were 'never going to touch or be near her breasts', so it didn't concern her.
Rhian previously revealed she feels 'sexier than ever' after losing 4lbs following her breast reduction surgery in a fresh update to fans on Saturday.
Showing off the results of her surgery for the first time, she posed in a pale blue bra and penned: 'From a 32HH to a 32E - five whole cup sizes down and about a stone of boob-weight gone.
'I can't even explain how free I feel. No more back pain and better posture already. I feel like I could levitate. I feel lighter, comfier and I'm actually excited to wear tops that aren't 98% scaffolding.
The model and former Page 3 girl went under the knife five weeks ago to have her 34HH bust reduced and lifted
'Massive love to Dr Hussain at Pall Mall the absolute GOAT of breast surgery. Not only is he a surgical genius and kind as hell but he made me feel totally safe from start to finish.
'Huge boobs were a chapter. This is the plot twist. Stay tuned for the sequel.'
Meanwhile, speaking to The Sun following her procedure, Rhian revealed she had the equivalent of 'four Coke cans worth' of tissue removed.
'I've got a mole that was on my upper chest that is now down by the nipple. My nipples have come up by 12 cms,' she said.
The mum-of-one also shared how her boobs now match for the very first time after previously using tactics to disguise their 'unevenness'.
She explained: 'My boobs were a whole cup size different. The right one was always bigger so I'd always have to have one arm up, in every photoshoot, to make them look even.'
While Rhian previously shared how her husband Oliver Mellor was ' gutted' over her breast reduction, he's now comparing her to Pamela Anderson.
Rhian received backlash from fans when she initially announced her plans for a reduction online and was trolled in March of this year
She beamed: 'Oliver was a bit nervous at first because he likes big boobs and he was worried about the scarring.
'But he can't believe how well they've turned out. He's very pleased with them. He says I look like Pammy (Anderson) again because they're so perky.
'They look good and they're still a good size. A decent handful for him.'
Rhian added that her back was 'in bits all the time' over her out of proportion posture which led to her taking painkillers daily, while buying dresses and vest tops were a no-no.
The model and OnlyFans star received backlash from fans when she initially announced her plans for a reduction online.
In March, she shared a post with several screenshots of cruel comments from trolls, as she emphasised that it was her own decision what to do to her own body.
She fumed: 'It's actually quite shameful that I'm actually writing a caption to JUSTIFY what I'm doing with MY body.
She and Oliver, 44, welcomed their 'miracle' son George in April last year after a challenging five-year journey which involved eight rounds of IVF and £150,000
'Boob experts (men) are messaging me telling me to just lose weight and they'll shrink. Look at me!?? I'm the size I was yet despite your professional advice my melons haven't shrunk. Who'd have thought?
'My back hurts. I long to wear backless dresses. Buy sexy lingerie, wear no bra when I go out, run, swim without them falling out of my swim suit. They don't make me happy this big.
'Messaging me and calling me deluded for wanting a reduction to go back to the size I was 12 months ago - is absurd.'
Rhian rose to fame in 2006 as a Page 3 model at just 19 years old, quickly amassing a huge fanbase and securing lucrative deals - including a £100,000 payday for her appearance on Celebrity Big Brother in 2012.
She and Oliver, 44, welcomed their 'miracle' son George in April last year after a challenging five-year journey which involved eight rounds of IVF and £150,000.
Last month the worried mum revealed the 15-month old had contracted hand, foot, and mouth disease as she pleaded with fans for advice on how to help him feel better.

Chilling rise of ‘psycho' cats – domestic pets crossed with wild animals bought online & now prowling UK streets
THERE'S a rise in Brits adopting "psycho" hybrid cats described as unsuitable pets - with armed cops even called in to retrieve one. Savannah cats are the result of breeding wild African servals with domestic moggies - and a special Dangerous Wild Animal Licence (DWA) is needed to own first generation crosses (F1) of the "breed". 6 6 6 It comes after The Sun exposed the dangerous exotic animal trade - with 12 lions and more than 70 venomous rattlesnakes currently being kept as pets in the UK. Celebs and influencers, including Justin Bieber, are among those to have owned savannah cats - but experts warn they can be a major risk, especially to other pets. Bieber's wife Hailey described his two savannah's as "pyscho". Armed police were called in 2020 to affluent Billionaire's Row in Hampstead, London, when one escaped causing panic among neighbours. The latest Government data shows at least 30 F1 versions of the species are being kept in the UK - but many more later generation examples are currently on these shores, with numbers rising. F1s can cost as much as £20,000 - but sites like Pets4Homes list non-first generation savannah kitten litters for sale for as little as £200 each. Chris Lewis, captivity research manager for Born Free, told The Sun people should not be fooled, and it's impossible to remove the wild genes and instincts in just one or two generations. He said: 'I would strongly advise against anyone wanting to purchase a savannah cat. 'They're considered to be a step up from your common domestic cat, because they're bigger, they're quite striking in appearance and have featured in a number of online videos with influencers or celebrities. 'So they are considered to be a fashionable pet, I guess." He continued: 'Once you get into the second generation of Savannah cats, you then don't need a license anymore, which I think helps with their appeal and also that raises questions as to whether that's even appropriate because you have this animal, which is only two generations away from its wild parents, and you suddenly don't need a license for it yet… 'It is quite bizarre, almost a bit of a loophole with the licensing.' Chris said he would encourage people to remember that the domestication of cats and dogs occurred over the thousands of years over multiple generations. 'To assume that an animal after just two generations is suitable and capable of being kept adequately in a domestic environment within the UK is perhaps not appropriate, not advisable,' he continued. 'And any hybridisation of two species which are so noticeably different because the breeding of a domestic cat and a wild cat can be filled with welfare issues for the animals involved." Savannah's are not simply high maintenance, they are different animals from domestic cats - described as energetically hardwired, they are often accused of terrorising neighbourhood pets when allowed to roam. RSPCA scientific officer Evangeline Button told Discover Wildlife: 'It can be extremely difficult to meet the needs of a savannah cat. 'Providing an environment that meets the needs of these large animals is likely to prove extremely difficult, particularly in the average family home. "Animals should only be kept in captivity if good welfare can be assured.' 6 6

Tom Holland mum on 'speculation' he is in mix to be the next James Bond
has acknowledged the 'speculation' swirling over him possibly starring as the new James Bond. But the British actor, 29, stayed mum when asked about the rumors in a video posted Thursday. The scuttlebutt that Holland could be in the running to take over from Daniel Craig as the superspy has ramped up in recent weeks. While joining celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay on his YouTube channel to make fried chicken sandwiches and promote his non-alcoholic beer brand, Holland said: 'Listen, there's speculation at the minute. We'll keep it to a minimum for now. 'We'll get there one day.' 'Every young British actor, it's the pinnacle of working in our industry. 'I already consider myself to be the luckiest kid alive. I could never have dreamed to have the career that I've had.' The next Bond film is coming into focus after the announcement on Friday that Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight would be joining Dune director Denis Villeneuve behind the camera to write the next James Bond film. While speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live Breakfast, Knight said: 'It has always been on my bucket list and it's fantastic to be invited to do it — I can't wait to get started.' The movie will be overseen by Amazon MGM Studios, after producer Barbara Broccoli gave up creative control of the Bond franchise. Amy Pascal and David Heyman have also been announced as producers, via Pascal Pictures and Heyday Films, respectively, while Tanya Lapointe is an executive producer on the project. Even though the creative team is falling into place for the next Bond film, there has been no official word on who will replace Craig — or which actors are being considered. Craig's final Bond film was 2021's dark No Time To Die, which was directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga. The producers are reportedly looking for a considerably younger actor to take over the role after Craig — who is 57 — presented a more weathered, mortality-focused version of the beloved character. Holland is filming his fourth solo Spider-Man film, subtitled Brand New Day, which will reunite him with his costar and girlfriend Zendaya. Production began on Friday in Glasgow, Scotland, with portions of the city dressed up as New York City. According to The Sun, Liverpool had originally been intended to stand in as the Big Apple, but the location had to be changed in the wake of a shocking parade crash, which left 109 people injured. Tom had been spotted in Scotland earlier in July when he filmed scenes for Christopher Nolan's upcoming adaptation of The Odyssey, and he and Zendaya are reportedly back in the country to begin shooting the Spider-Man sequel.
