I review running shoes and my favorite Saucony sneaker just hit its lowest ever price for Prime Day
I've reviewed every version since, and it's consistently been one of the most versatile shoes on the market, and that's as true of the Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 as it was of the OG Endorphin Speed.
The Endorphin Speed 4 was one of my favorite shoes of 2024, and right now it's down to $124 in the Amazon Prime Day sale, which is the cheapest I've ever seen it.
The Endorphin Speed 4 is a versatile running shoe with a nylon plate in its midsole, which adds some propulsive punch to the ride for fast runs without making it as stiff and uncomfortable as a full carbon plate racing shoe. You can use it for any kind of run, and it's more affordable than ever thanks to this Prime Day deal which knocks $45 off the price of both the men's and women's Endorphin Speed 4.
Most running shoes excel at one type of run. Max-cushioned shoes are mainly designed to offer comfort for easy daily training runs, for example, but are a bit heavy and lack the responsive ride for fast runs.
In contrast, carbon plate running shoes have very aggressive and fast designs for racing, but are unstable and lack the durability and comfort you want for everyday easy runs.
The Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 is a shoe that can do it all. It has a nylon plate that offers most of the propulsive benefits of a carbon one while being more flexible and comfortable for easy runs.
While it's not a max-cushioned shoe, it has plenty of supportive foam underfoot, and I enjoyed using it for very slow and relaxed runs in my testing. The nylon plate also has wings to increase the stability of the Speed 4.
The smooth rocker design of the shoe helps you to tick the miles off at any pace. In the past, I've raced a 5K in the morning in the Endorphin Speed, then done a 60-minute recovery in the afternoon. Very few shoes are versatile enough to be enjoyable for both of those.
I've been testing the new Endorphin Speed 5 lately, and it is another great addition to the line, but I wouldn't say it's a major upgrade on the Endorphin Speed 4, with a pretty similar design all round.
That means you can jump on this deal without worrying you're missing out by not getting the new shoe, which is now $175, so you're saving $50 by picking up the Endorphin Speed 4 instead.

I've been wearing Casio G-Shocks for years — and this deal knocks over $100 off one of the best models
Watches are like headphones; everyone needs a few different pairs for various circumstances. And no self-respecting watch owner should be without an iconic Casio digital timepiece. Right now, the Casio G-Shock Move DW-H5600 is on sale for $191 at Amazon. That's a 36% saving that translates to over $100 off and a better price for this watch than I saw earlier in the year during Amazon Prime Day. At this price, it's well worth adding to your watch collection, and I'm going to tell you why. The G-Shock Move looks like a classic 1980s Casio watch with a touch of modern flair. Sure, it tells the time, but it also monitors your heart rate and blood oxygen saturation levels; tracks basic workouts and physical activities; keeps tabs on sleep quality; and charges via the big ball of fire in the sky. Plus, 200 meters of water resistance is best-in-class. This deal is for the Dolphin Blue color only. While it's true that our best smartwatch picks here at Tom's Guide are full of the likes of Apple, Samsung and Garmin, it's also true that we've got a soft spot for old school Casio wrist candy. Sometimes, you don't want all the conveniences of modern life on your wrist; you just want something that can take a beating and keep on ticking. Enter the Casio G-Shock Move DW-H5600, which has all the hallmarks of those squared-off 80s G-Shock watches but does give you some of the benefits of a 2025 smartwatch. It's got a pulse oximeter and heart sensor on board that'll track your activity and give you step count and heart rate information when you need it. Casio partnered with Polar to develop the fitness algorithms to ensure accuracy, and you can sync it with Casio's accompanying iOS or Android app to get all your usual health metrics like sleep and calories burned. You can even link it to Strava, if that's your bag. But that's pretty much where the smartwatch stuff ends. You have to navigate via buttons — buttons! — and you can probably expect up to a month of battery life if you just use it as a regular watch. It's also rated waterproof up to 200m. I've worn a G-Shock GW7900B-1 for years at this point (that's also currently reduced by 34% down to just $99 at Amazon), and it's been a reliable accessory on a number of adventures. So I'm convinced everyone needs to have a G-Shock on their wrist at some point in life. The best news is that Amazon's current price on the G-Shock Move is actually cheaper than the discount it received during the retailer's Prime Day promotion a couple of months ago. This deal only applies to the Dolphin Blue variant and not the black model pictured above, but when the savings are this good, it's worth taking a hit on the color. If you need any more convincing on whether or not the G-Shock Move is a good fit, check out what happened when my colleague Dan put this watch to the test against an Apple Watch over 5,000 steps.

Runners! Don't miss this deal on the Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 — it just hit its lowest ever price
I test running shoes for a living, and my advice for anyone looking for value is to hunt for deals on older sneakers, especially just after the latest version of that shoe has been released. The Saucony Endorphin Speed 5 recently came out, and it's a brilliant shoe, but it's also very similar to the Saucony Endorphin Speed 4, which is reduced to $109 on Amazon right now, the lowest price it's ever been. The Endorphin Speed 4 is a versatile plated training shoe that offers a winning blend of comfort and speed. It's a regular in sales now that the Endorphin Speed 5 has come out, but this Amazon deal, bringing the price down to $109, is the best deal on the shoe I've seen yet, with most sizes still available of the White/Peel color. I ran over 60 miles in the Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 when testing it for my review, and loved every step in the shoe. It can handle any kind of run, from slow recovery jogs to all-out workouts and races, with the nylon plate embedded in the responsive midsole foam creating a fast but still flexible and comfortable ride. The shoe has a rockered design that also helps to roll you from heel to toe smoothly at any pace, and while it's not as cushioned and supportive as a stability shoe, it's still quite stable and a shoe I enjoy using day-in, day-out when marathon training. I've logged over 50 miles in the newer Saucony Endorphin Speed 5 as well, and while it's undoubtedly a great shoe, I can't say I noticed an upgrade in performance compared with its predecessor — they have similar designs and excel in the same areas. There have been several deals on the Endorphin Speed 4 lately, but this discount is the best yet, and I'm not sure the price will drop any lower than this, so I'd snap it up if you need a versatile trainer right now.
