LTIMindtree shares gain 3% after launching NextEra JV with Aramco Digital

Shares of LTIMindtree rose over 3 per cent on Thursday after partnering with a unit of Aramco to announce the launch of NextEra, an information technology (IT) services company headquartered in Saudi Arabia.
LTIMindtree's stock rose as much as 3.48 per cent during the day to ₹5,276 per share, the biggest intraday gain since May 12 this year. The stock pared gains to trade 1.6 per cent higher at ₹5,186 apiece, compared to a 0.02 per cent advance in Nifty50 as of 10:38 AM.
Shares of the company have risen 13 per cent so far this month and have gained over 32 per cent from their April lows. The stock has fallen 6.8 per cent this year, compared to a 4.8 per cent rise in the benchmark Nifty50. LTIMindtree has a total market capitalisation of ₹1.5 trillion, according to BSE data. Aramco Digital, LTIMindtree launch NextEra
Aramco Digital, the of energy giant Aramco, and LTIMindtree have jointly launched NextEra, a new-generation IT services firm in Saudi Arabia.
Formed under the strategic joint venture 'LTIM Aramco Digital Solutions for Information Technology Company', NextEra aims to drive Saudi Arabia's digital transformation in alignment with its Vision 2030 goals. The initiative is part of Aramco's Namaat Industrial Investments Program, which supports homegrown innovation and sustainable economic diversification.
NextEra will offer advanced digital solutions powered by AI, automation, cloud services, and digital engineering, all tailored to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and customer experiences.
'This launch is a pivotal milestone in localising IT services and building a future-ready digital ecosystem,' said Nabil Al-Nuaim, Chairman of NextEra and CEO of Aramco Digital. 'Our partnership with LTIMindtree blends world-class tech expertise with deep regional insight. Through NextEra, we aim to drive innovation, enhance competitiveness, and contribute meaningfully to Saudi Arabia's digital journey.'
LTIMindtree Q4 results
India's sixth-largest IT services company reported a 2.6 per cent increase in profit in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024-25 (Q4FY25) to ₹1,128.5 crore. On a sequential basis, the profit was up 3.9 per cent.
Revenue was up 9.9 per cent to ₹9,771.7 crore during the same period last financial year. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, the revenue grew 1.1 per cent.
Growth during the quarter was mainly driven by banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) and manufacturing businesses, which grew at 12 per cent and 13.3 per cent year-on-year (Y-o-Y) respectively. The consumer business reported negative growth of 1.9 per cent Y-o-Y. Healthcare, lifesciences and public services was down 16.2 per cent Y-o-Y.

Ashok Leyland said that it has bagged an order for supplying 543 units of BS-VI diesel chassis and fully built buses to Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation. The total consider that would be received by Ashok Leyland is Rs 183.80 crore. The buses have to be delivered during the period from June 2025 to December 2025. Seperatelty, Ashok Leyland stated that its subsidiary Optare Plc. UK has entered into a share purchase agreement with Dana Ltd for purchase of their 1.01% stake in Switch Mobility Limited, UK (SML UK). Post this acquisition, Optare Plcs shareholding in SML UK would increase from 98.56% to 99.57% and consequently, Optare Plc. UK along with Hinduja Automotive Limited, UK, will hold 100% in SML UK. Ashok Leyland is engaged in the manufacture and sale of a wide range of commercial vehicles. The company also manufactures engines for industrial and marine applications, forgings, and castings. The company reported a 38.4% year-on-year rise in standalone net profit at Rs 1,245.87 crore for the quarter ended March 2025, compared to Rs 900.41 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations rose 5.68% to Rs 11,906.71 crore posted in the fourth quarter of FY25 as against Rs 11,266.66 crore posted in Q4 FY24. The scrip shed 0.28% to currently trade at Rs 235.40 on the BSE.

Scoda Tubes is flat on debut

Shares of Scoda Tubes were currently trading at Rs 146.95 at 10:26 IST on the BSE, representing a premium of 4.96% compared with the issue price of Rs 140. The scrip was listed at 140, matching the initial public offer (IPO) price. The stock was currently up 4.96% over its listing price. So far, the stock has hit a high of 146.95 and a low of 136. On the BSE, over 4.34 lakh shares of the company were traded in the counter so far. The initial public offer of Scoda Tubes received was subscribed 53.78 times. The issue opened for bidding on 28 May 2025 and it closed on 30 May 2025. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 130 and 140 per share. The offer comprised a fresh issue of up to 15714286 equity shares at the upper price band of Rs 130 and 16923077 equity shares at the lower price band of Rs 140, aggregating Rs 220 crore. The company proposes to utilize the net proceeds from the issue towards capital expenditure related to expanding production capacity of seamless and welded tubes and pipes amounting to Rs 76.99 crore, funding the part incremental working capital requirements of the company amounting to Rs 110 crore and the balance towards general corporate purposes. The company is expanding capacity of stainless steel seamless products by approximately 10,000 tpa to reach a total capacity of 20,068 tpa and stainless steel welded products by approximately 12,130 tpa to reach a total capacity of 13,150 tpa. The total project cost is Rs 104.984 crore. The seamless manufacturing facility is expected to start commercial production by January 2026 and the welded manufacturing facility is expected to start commercial production by March 2026. As of December 31, 2024, the companys outstanding working capital facility in the form of short-term borrowings is Rs 118.616 crore. Ahead of the IPO, Scoda Tubes on Tuesday, 27 May 2025, raised Rs 65.99 crore from anchor investors. The board allotted 4,714,200 shares at Rs 140 each to 6 anchor investors. Scoda Tubes, incorporated in 2008, is a Gujarat-based manufacturer of stainless steel seamless and welded tubes and pipes. It operates a single manufacturing facility in Mehsana with a strong focus on seamless products, which contribute over 85% of revenue. The company serves both domestic and international markets across industries like oil & gas, chemicals, power, pharma, and transportation, exporting to over 11 countries. Scoda is ISO and PED certified and markets its products under the brand Scoda Tubes. The firm reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 24.91 crore and total income of Rs 361.17 crore for the nine months ended on 31 December 2024.

Servotech Renewable Power System share price jumped over 14 per cent in intraday trade on the BSE on Wednesday, June 4, a day after the company announced an order win of ₹ 33.6 crore. The small-cap stock opened at ₹ 150.40 against its previous close of ₹ 147.26 and jumped 14.42 per cent to an intraday high of ₹ 168.50. Around 10:15 AM, the small-cap stock traded 13.40 per cent higher at ₹ 167. On June 3, the company said it had secured an order of ₹ 33.6 crore from RNY Division for a grid-connected solar rooftop project. "We are pleased to inform all our stakeholders that the company has secured a prestigious order for a 7.8MW grid-connected solar rooftop project from the Rangiya Division of the Northeast Frontier Railway," said the company. The order includes the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a grid-connected rooftop solar power plant consisting of a monocrystalline panel, inverter, and remote monitoring system (SIM) at various sites of Rangiya Division.
