Extra time for West Lothian football club as social club opening hours extended
Linlithgow Rose will also be granted a beer garden area to its permanent licence.
There were no objections to the proposals to extend opening hours at the Braehead Road club rooms in the town when an application for variation of licence came before councillors on West Lothian Licensing Board.

Councillors backed plans to extend the opening hours on a Thursday evening from midnight to 1am , and have an earlier opening on a Sunday with an extension from 12:30pm to 11am.
The outdoor area has a licence to 9pm and seating for 80 people. An agent for the club said the outdoor area had operated under occasional licences without complaints for the last five years. It is monitored by CCTV and trained staff.
The team's ground is at Prestonfield on the south side side of the town. It plays in the Lowland Football League which is the fifth tier of Scottish football, having won the 2022-23 East Of Scotland Football League Premier Division.
