Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce Finally Go Red Carpet Official
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce hit another milestone in their relationship!
The power couple officially made their red carpet debut amid flashing lights and flicking cameras nearly two years into the highly publicized union, and it was glorious.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's iconic love story began in the summer of 2023 after the NFL superstar fueled dating rumors by spending time with the singer at the Kansas City leg of her "Eras Tour."
The famous couple graced the red carpet for the three-day summer training camp opening event in Nashville, Tennessee. Kelce established the camp in collaboration with NFL star George Kittle and sports broadcaster Greg Olsen.
The clip, posted on the Tight End University's Instagram page, showed Swift and her beau walking hand in hand into the venue with bright smiles on their faces.
The singer looked stellar in a green and white checkered patterned skirt and crop top ensemble. Swift flaunted her toned arms and fit midsection in the look, which she paired with a cream-colored purse, kitten heels, and long blonde tresses with bangs.
She was flanked by her beau, who kept it simple and athletic in a white collared t-shirt, yellow detailing, and matching shorts. He paired his look with white Nike sneakers as he walked his woman proudly by the hand into the venue.
The entry video was set to Swift's "...Ready For It?" off her 2017 "Reputation" album, with the caption "Tight End Era."
Swift and Kelce's debut warmed the hearts of over 49,000 fans who left a like on the video. Over 500 Instagram users rushed to the comment section to rave about the lovely couple.
"From making friendship bracelets at TEU 2 years ago to bringing Taylor Swift herself at TEU event 2 years later, Travis really had a friendship bracelet and a dream," a pleased follower declared in the comment section.
Another Instagram user was glad the singer did not attempt to steal Kelce's moment of fame by staring into the cameras, describing it as a "class act." TEU's social team also got a shout out from a commenter who noted that the couple looked "so good."
"This, as their first red carpet appearance, is kinda perfect!!" a fourth Instagram subscriber opined in the comments. One more user suggested that Swift should have strutted her stuff on a "summer couture runway somewhere."
The Grammy Winner also earned the "world's ultimate wag on her first red carpet alongside her man" from a very proud admirer. "Everybody's watching her but she's looking at youuuuuu," wrote another user, seemingly quoting a lyric from a Rihanna's song which Swift reportedly wrote.
Yes, Swift is indeed the world's ultimate wag! The singer lived up to this reputation when she hopped on the stage at the "Tight Ends & Friends" concert hosted by Kelce in Nashville.
This marked Swift's first performance since she announced that she regained all the master to her music last month. The singer performed her monster hit "Shake It Off" in the surprise stage performance.
Swift, decked in an all-black ensemble with knee-high boots, told the fans her performance was not premeditated.
According to her, "We were up there, having some drinks, and we were thinking, 'How loud can this place get? Theoretically, how loud can the singing be in here? We planned that three minutes ago."
The singer belted out the melodious tune with the aid of an acoustic guitar she got from one of the performers at the concert. The audience went wild at the artist's performance as their screams dominated the four-minute-long video shared on X.
Swift and the footballer have had their fair share of controversies and split rumors, especially after his team suffered a crushing defeat at the Super Bowl.
As shared by The Blast, reports swirled that the loss strained their relationship, but the couple laid the rumors to rest with their Mother's Day outing in May. Swift and Kelce grabbed dinner at a restaurant in Philadelphia, giving the curious paparazzi a show while at it.
Later that month, the couple was spotted on another date in Florida, sitting around a table with drinks. The pair was reportedly smitten with each other and paid no mind to the rumors of a crack in their romance.
Most importantly, Kelce's mom, Donna Kelce, endorsed the pace of their relationship and the outing by liking a picture posted by a Kelce brothers fan page.
Two months after his famous sighting at Swift's concert in July 2023, she was spotted chilling in the booth at one of Kelce's football games. The Grammy winner's presence at the game sent the rumor mills into overdrive.
Swift and Kelce then let the narratives fly for two more months before putting the ultimate stamp on their relationship by attending the "SNL" afterparty in New York, oozing romantic vibes.
"They were so talkative. They were really fun. They talked to every single person in the room that talked to them," an eyewitness revealed.
Since then, it has been one show of support and another for the duo. In February 2024, Swift, alongside members of Kelce's family and hers, supported the athlete at the Super Bowl, where he clinched the championship title.
An elated Swift quickly rushed to the field to shower her man with kisses. Kelce also pulled his weight at the "Eras Tour," where he not only attended multiple times but also performed alongside her dancers.
Swift and Kelce's love story has been nothing short of inspiring, and most recently, two rescue Cheetah cubs were named after the couple, as a homage to Swift's love for cats.
What will be Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's next milestone?

Kyle MacLachlan 'Would Love' To Reprise Trey On ‘And Just Like That' After Rejecting Writers' 'First Idea'
Three seasons into And Just Like That…, one beloved Sex and the City character has yet to make a return, despite the show's best efforts. Kyle MacLachlan recently admitted he 'would love to come back and have fun' on the HBO Max reboot as Charlotte's (Kristin Davis) Waspy ex-husband Trey MacDougal, but he wasn't sold on the writers' original idea for his return. More from Deadline Kristin Davis Reveals Scrapped 'And Just Like That…' Storyline Where Kyle MacLachlan's Trey And Charlotte Run Into Each Other 'And Just Like That …' Season 3: Everything We Know So Far 'The Comeback' Revived By HBO For Third & Final Season 'And what they suggested to me, I said, 'I think there should be more,'' MacLachlan explained to Us Weekly. 'So I just said, 'I wonder, if the relationship that Charlotte and Trey had demands a little more than their first idea.'' Debuting the character on Season 3 of Sex and the City in 2000, Trey is a cardiologist who is seemingly Charlotte's perfect match, quickly getting married and starting their life together on the Upper East Side. But their marriage soon starts to unravel due to Trey's erectile dysfunction, his overbearing mother's surprise pop-ins and Charlotte's infidelity. As for what Trey would be up to during And Just Like That…, which premiered in 2021, MacLachlan has some ideas. 'It'd be very interesting,' he said. 'I had suggested that Trey has maybe moved to Napa and has a very successful winery and label there — you can see where I'm going with this. But no, I actually haven't said anything yet. Regardless, the show's doing great. They're all lovely. And I adore them.' Davis previously admitted on her Are You a Charlotte? podcast that she 'was kind of mad' at MacLachlan for passing on the writers' idea, which she felt symbolized Charlotte's 'unfinished feeling' about their divorce. 'She really wants to see him, and I, Kristin, also feel that way,' she added. 'So I'm hoping that we can kind of revisit a 'maybe they run into each other just at an event or a restaurant or something like that.'' Davis said, 'I did give him a hard time the other day, and then he explained his point of view and I did understand it. When you have played such a wonderful part in the past that people have such a great memory of, and it was so special as a work experience, you want it to kind of stay in this glorious place, and I think he just didn't want there to be kind of a sad note to the end. So I get that.' Best of Deadline 2025 TV Cancellations: Photo Gallery 2025 TV Series Renewals: Photo Gallery 2025-26 Awards Season Calendar: Dates For Tonys, Emmys, Oscars & More

Relive the iPhone launch exactly 18 years ago via this TV news report
Can you believe that the first iPhone launched exactly 18 years ago on June 29? Do you remember what you were doing that day? Oh hang on, maybe you weren't even born then. The late Steve Jobs, then Apple's CEO, had unveiled the revolutionary smartphone five months earlier, in January 2007. In the intervening months, the company created enough hype to encourage hordes of people to descend upon Apple Stores in the U.S. and beyond to purchase the device that was to truly transform the fortunes of the California-based tech company. Recommended Videos An old ABC News clip about the iPhone's launch day features tech writer Steven Levy, now editor-at-large at Wired, summing up the level of excitement that surrounded the iPhone's launch. 'There's been nothing like this in my memory,' Levy tells ABC News reporter John Berman. 'I've been covering technology for over 20 years and I can't recall the anticipation for a product like this has.' Berman, meanwhile, has clearly been bedazzled by Apple's ad campaign, telling Levy: 'I consider myself at least of average intelligence, but they're in my head. Apple is in my head. Must get iPhone. Must get iPhone.' Levy responds with a comment that's aged well: 'Apple has always, throughout its history, struck a chord among people who like technology, and like it done really really well … it's a religion almost, for some people.' An unnamed contributor then takes up the religious theme: 'Steve Jobs — master marketer,' she says. 'The guy is incredible at bringing the Mac faithful to a fever pitch, and then those early adopters, those high-end geeks, go forth and spread the gospel of Apple.' Jessica, a woman waiting in line outside an Apple Store in New York City on iPhone launch day, offered her own take, telling Berman: 'Steve Jobs is an innovator, he always comes up with new creative things before anybody thinks of them.' She adds that everything Jobs comes up with is 'top notch,' prompting the reporter to mention the Apple Lisa, the failed PC launched by the company in 1983. But Jessica has never heard of it. Next, we see the Apple Store opening and the first customers heading inside to collect their brand new iPhone. Jessica buys two of them — one for her sister — and is shown counting out more than a thousand bucks for her purchase. 'I feel like I won the Olympic gold medal,' she says. The original iPhone featured a tiny 3.5-inch display and a basic 2-megapixel camera and went on sale for $499 (4GB) and $599 (8GB). The iPhone has been an astonishing success for Apple, generating around $1.5 trillion for the company over the years. Many iterations of the device have come and gone, with Apple expected to release the iPhone 17 later this year. Below is another news report from the same day, this one from CBS News:

'Supernatural' Star Was Nearly Cast as Superman
'Supernatural' Star Was Nearly Cast as Superman originally appeared on Parade. Actor Jensen Ackles, best known for his roles in Supernatural and The Boys, is opening up about his decades-long career in the entertainment industry. While speaking to Collider for a June 25 interview, Ackles shared he was nearly cast as Clark Kent, AKA Superman, for the teen drama Smallville, which ran for 10 seasons until 2011. Ultimately, the iconic role went to Tom Welling. 'I would shock you if I told you how many jobs I didn't get compared to the ones I did get," said Ackles to the publication. 'I never felt discouraged by the ones that I didn't get. Again, this kind of goes back to lessons that I learned from the veterans. There was a multitude of people who told me that every audition, every meeting, every time you get into a room is a learning experience. So, even though you might not get the role, you learn from it. You try to make an impression on those people.' Ackles also noted that he was eventually cast as Clark's high school football coach, Jason Teague, during the show's 4th season. 'They brought me in after [Smallville] Season 3 and said, 'We've been trying to think of a way to incorporate you into the show, and we're just thankful you're still available,'" said Ackles during the interview. Welling spoke about Ackles nearly being cast as Clark during a July 2022 episode of his podcast, Talk Ville. "It was me and Jensen [for Clark]. I remember going in for the actual audition. I went in and there was a wonderfully handsome guy. And I was like, 'I think this guy is a real actor.' It was Jensen. Who ended up being Clark's football coach," said Welling on his podcast. While recording a March 2024 interview on the Talk Ville podcast, Kristin Kreuk, who played Lana Lang, spoke about being Ackles' on-screen love interest during Smallville Season 4. "It was so fun. I was watching it now and Jensen has such an easy kind of chill, like, he's just so cool. And so his performances are really free and natural. And I think that was nice for me to engage with," said the actress.
