What are the road conditions around Ohio? Here's what ODOT traffic cameras show
A winter storm this past weekend brought wind and rain, and left behind inches of snow in places across Ohio. And more is expected this week.
So how are the roads? Here's how it's looking through the Ohio Department of Transportation's traffic cameras.

Peering through ODOT's traffic cameras via OHGO, a website and mobile app from ODOT that provides drivers with real-time information on road conditions, Ohio's interstates and state routes look clear of snow this morning.
There are, however, scattered reports of snow and ice across the state where roads could be slippery.
Also, widespread flooding has many roads in southern and southeastern Ohio closed this morning, per OHGO.
OHGO, a service of the Ohio Department of Transportation, bills itself as "your official source for real-time Ohio traffic updates."
Through it, users can find live traffic updates, including a map that shows where wrecks and traffic backups are happening. The app also shows where traffic is backing up, be it from road construction or crashes, and where weather hazards are making the roads icy, wet or snow covered.

The state has hundreds of traffic cameras along interstates and other roads, and the app lets you see them in real time. Through them, users can see how snowy the roads may be, or if a traffic jam has developed along their route.
ODOT also offers updates on road conditions through social media. Rowena Fire closes I-84 eastbound; over 700 homes on level 3 'Go Now' evacuation orders
(This story has been updated to include new information) Eastbound I-84 closed June 11 between mileposts 64 and 82 due to the Rowena Fire, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation and the Wasco County Sheriff's Office. The closure is between Mosier and The Dalles. I-84 and Highway 30 were also closed from Rowena to milepost 82. ODOT advised drivers to find an alternative route. Tina Kotek invoked the Emergency Conflagration Act in response to the fire, allowing the Oregon state fire marshal to mobilize resources. Rest areas to soon close until 2026 for demolition, upgrade
Rest areas in Auglaize County will soon be closed until 2026 while they get a major upgrade. [DOWNLOAD: Free WHIO-TV News app for alerts as news breaks] The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) announced that the Interstate 75 north and south rest areas will be closed on July 7, according to an ODOT spokesperson. The work is expected to take around a year to complete, with a tentative opening for the summer of 2026. This is the second I-75 rest area undergoing a renovation north of I-70. As previously reported by News Center 7, rest areas in Miami County remain closed on both I-75 north and southbound. ODOT said they are scheduled to reopen this fall. It will also feature an attached covered outdoor picnic area. Until the Miami County rest area is back open, the nearest facility for northbound travelers will be in Hancock County, ODOT stated. The closed rest area for southbound travelers will be the rest area on Interstate 71 near Florence, Kentucky. The Butler County rest area facilities near Monroe are scheduled to reopen in July.
