Over the last few months, the reality star's shrinking frame has caused some concern amongst fans.
In a bid to put rumours of "fat jabs" to bed, Amy has finally opened up about her extreme weight loss, which has seen her shed two stone.
Speaking to OK! magazine, she said: "People don't know what is going on behind closed doors,.
'I'm going through so much at the minute that the weight has fallen off me. I worry about my mum constantly. She's very emotional – she thinks she's going to have another heart attack.'
'People think I'm not eating, but I do eat. To be honest, I do feel better when I'm a bit heavier than I am at the moment.
"There's so much going on at the minute – it's the result of pure stress."
Addressing fans who had speculated she had used medication to shed the pounds she said: 'I just want to be clear that, as I've said before, I'm not using weight-loss injections."
However, she did add: "I did try the jab, but just once about 18 months ago.
'It made me so, so ill. I injected myself and literally a few hours later I threw up three, four times. I've never had sickness like it. The nausea stayed with me for three days.
"And it scared me so I stopped immediately.
"It doesn't agree with everybody and it obviously didn't agree with me at all.'
WEDDING 'CANCELLED'
Yesterday it was revealed how Amy had "cancelled" her wedding to fiance Billy.
The ITVBe personality is said to have been left "gutted" at the recent turn of events.
Sources told Closer Magazine: "Amy has had to cancel her wedding and she's absolutely gutted.

"There was going to be a show around it, following the run-up to their big day, but they've had to make some last-minute changes based on what's going on in their lives."
The news came just weeks after The Sun previously reported how her "perfect" wedding plans were under threat.
Amy shares two of her four children with Billy, 42, who she first met in 2000.
She referred to him as her "Prince Charming" after they set eyes on each other during lockdown.
In 2023, the pair welcomed twins, Amelia and Billy, into the world after a "long and exhausting" labour - yet their marriage plans have taken a back seat.

LONG ENGAGEMENT
In April, Amy admitted they didn't have an exact date in the diary for their nuptials.
She said: "In my head we will have an end of summer wedding, but I have nothing planned yet!
"This is the worrying thing - I still don't know if it will be this year.
"But there's still time to make it work."
She teased there was trouble in store and told Closer Magazine how the pair might run out of time to plan a 2025 ceremony.
Amy added to the publication: "It's so much pressure.
"I don't want to be stressed. It's my big day.
"I want everything to be perfect, and at the minute we don't know what is going on."
Who is Amy Childs?
Amy Childs was born June 7, 1990, and is a reality star, model, businesswoman and fashion designer.
She shot to fame in 2010 by appearing in ITV2's reality TV show The Only Way Is Essex.
She became known for her ditsy, likeable personality and briefly dated fellow cast member Kirk Norcoss.
A particularly memorable scene involved her "vajazzling" Sam Faiers in a barbie pink-coloured salon.
She left the show in 2011 and took part in Celebrity Big Brother, finishing fourth.
She also took part in a fly-on-the-wall documentary, It's All About Amy on Channel 5.
Two years later she competed in Channel 4's daredevil show The Jump and was the second person to be eliminated.
She is now said to be worth around £5million through her fashion and beauty products.

Capivasertib given to breast cancer patients in Wales for first time

A drug which has been proven to extend the life of some people with incurable breast cancer has been given to patients on the NHS in Wales for the first Buchan, 62, who has terminal breast cancer, said capivasertib would allow her to see her son's wedding and gave her "hope".Half of women with breast cancer fuelled by the hormone oestrogen are likely to see their life expectancy double when capivasertib is combined with hormone therapy, research has Rob Jones, who co-led a study looking at capivasertib's effectiveness, said the drug offered "a real life impact for people to spend extra time with their relatives, with their friends". Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK, with one in seven women affected in their lifetimes and 75% surviving for 10 years or more after Wales, more than 2,000 people are diagnosed with breast cancer every which was developed by experts at Velindre Cancer Centre and Cardiff University, became available to breast cancer patients on the NHS in April. When Ms Buchan's first line of treatment for her terminal breast cancer stopped working, it was a the recent approval of capivasertib for use on the NHS alongside hormone therapy will allow her to enjoy more time with family and has a common genetic abnormality in her cancer which tests have shown responds well to the drug."To be told I had secondary breast cancer but my life can be extended, I think it's that hope you have to keep in your mind," said Ms Buchan from Barry, Vale of Glamorgan."I know that prior to the first line of treatment going down it was expected I'd live five or six years, maybe more. "The way I cope with this is by thinking about today and today is a good day."Ms Buchan is among thousands in the UK and millions worldwide who could benefit from the drug."I think I'm really lucky because I've got the most supportive husband, children and their partners and extended family and wonderful friends. "What this drug can do for me is allow me to see my son's wedding next year and to look into the future." Despite its approval for use globally by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2023, capivasertib only became available to patients via the NHS in England and Wales this Simon Waters, consultant medical oncologist at Velindre Cancer Centre, said it was a "great opportunity now we've got to this point". "People have been working on it for a long time. It's great we can now put it in to practice as a standard treatment," he said. "We've been using a similar treatment for a smaller group of patients for a few years and that's had quite a lot of issues with side effects and we think this treatment will not only be more effective but also will have fewer issues with side effects. "It's also applicable to a larger group of patients with this common type of breast cancer." How does capivasertib work? The drug is suitable for those with certain gene mutations that affect up to half of people with hormone receptor positive secondary breast cancer - the most common type, which grows in the presence of hormone therapy usually works, eventually the cancer can become resistant to it.A clinical trial found a particular protein which drives the resistance can be neutralised when hormone therapy is combined with capivasertib. 'Doubling of survival time' Prof Rob Jones said: "Patients who received the hormone therapy with a placebo had an overall survival of around 20 months and those who received the capivasertib with the hormone therapy had an extra 39 months."It really is a doubling of survival time so that really is significant. It's not just a statistic - it's a real life impact for people to spend extra time with their relatives, with their friends."Dr Nicola Williams, national director of support and delivery at Health and Care Research Wales, said: "A breast cancer diagnosis can be devastating and one in seven women will be diagnosed with the disease in their lifetime. "This diagnosis is even more painful if you're told your cancer is incurable. "Thanks to the trial and the licensing of capivasertib, when used alongside a standard hormonal therapy, patients like Gwen now have the potential to receive a very significant extension in their lifespan and improved quality of life."

Doctors warn of a horrifying new side effect of taking fat jabs - with the elderly and frail especially at risk

Weight-loss drugs could be linked to osteoporosis and increased risk of bone fractures, doctors have warned. The Royal Osteoporosis Society (ROS) has expressed concern over research showing that up to 40 per cent of the weight people lose by using injections of GLP-1 agonists – such as Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro – comes from their vital muscle and bone mass. Losing muscle can impair strength and joint stability, while reduced bone density raises the risk of osteoporosis – a condition that can cause brittle bones. Approximately half a million people in the UK now take GLP-1 drugs, with clinical trials showing they can help patients lose up to 20 per cent of their body weight. However, experts said users should be made aware of potential negative effects. 'This is an emerging field of research and people need to be warned that using these drugs increases the risk of losing bone and muscle as well as fat,' Julia Thomson, a specialist nurse with the ROS, told the Sunday Express. 'Bone and muscle health is key to preventing the risk of falling and fractures which can lead to premature death or else have a devastating effect on people's ability to live independently.' She said it is 'essential' that fat jabs are prescribed appropriately after a discussion with a doctor. Women are at a higher risk of developing osteoporosis, especially after menopause when a decline in oestrogen levels further accelerates bone loss. Professor Carl Heneghan, director of Oxford University's Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine, said: 'Any drug that reduces muscle mass and bone density is a bad idea for people who are frail and those vulnerable to fractures with osteoporosis. 'The evidence is clear – these drugs carry significant risks and the longer a patient stays on them, the greater the risk.' He said the focus should be on preventing obesity, rather than 'medicating large swathes of the population as a quick fix to the obesity pandemic'. Recent analysis by the University of Liverpool found up to 40 per cent of the weight lost while using GLP-1 is muscle and bone.
