Internet star demands to censor report into toddler's drowning 'to stop sleuths making AI reenactments online'
Kiser, a popular mommy influencer, tragically lost her adorable three-year-old son Trigg on May 18 after he was found unresponsive in the family's backyard pool in Chandler, Arizona.
In a motion submitted Tuesday, Kiser requested that two pages of details documenting how her son died be censored from public view.
Her legal team, headed by attorney Kevin O'Malley, asked for this to happen over fears the details could trigger artificial intelligence reenactments online, according to AZ Central.
This is the latest update in the family's legal battle to block details of her toddler's death from the public as they have experienced a frenzy from internet sleuths.
Soon after Trigg died, many took it upon themselves to request records - including videos - related to his death.
This prompted Emilie to file a lawsuit just one week after his passing against several agencies in Maricopa County to block private information from getting out.
The Arizona Superior Court for Maricopa County ruled in her favor, granting her temporary confidentiality, meaning evidence will not be released while the court makes its final ruling on the tragedy.
In that motion, Emilie specifically urged the court to keep not just detailed records of Trigg's death private, but also footage as '100+ public record requests' for the video have come in, a source previously told Daily Mail.
The intense amount of record requests 'only serves to satisfy morbid curiosity more than any type of justice,' they added.
Kiser, who was not home at the time of the drowning, 'should not be forced to relive the aftermath through viral footage,' the source stated.
Since news of her legal filing came out, many online have speculated that Kiser chose to do so as a way to cover up information, but according to the source, that is false.
'Emilie has fully cooperated with investigators. The focus here is not on withholding information, but on safeguarding the dignity of a child and allowing a grieving family the space and privacy to heal.'
Just last week, it was announced that her husband and the father of Trigg, Brady Kiser, 28, will not face criminal charges in relation to the fatal drowning.
The decision by the Maricopa County Attorney's Office came two weeks after the Chandler Police Department recommended a felony child abuse charge for Brady.
Authorities said Emilie was not home at the time as Brady was there with Trigg and the couple's newborn son, Theodore, when the toddler accessed the backyard pool and was found unresponsive.
According to a search warrant affidavit, Brady told investigators he was distracted by the couple's infant and lost sight of Trigg for several minutes.
When he went to look for the child, he found him unconscious in the pool and called 911.
Trigg died six days later at Phoenix Children's Hospital.
'Every case submitted to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office is evaluated using the same standard: whether there is a 'reasonable likelihood of conviction,' Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell said in a statement.
'After careful review of the evidence submitted by Chandler PD, it was determined this case does not meet that standard.'
Prosecutors emphasized that, to pursue a child abuse charge, they would need to prove that Brady 'failed to perceive a substantial and unjustifiable risk' and that his actions were a 'gross deviation from the standard of care a reasonable person would show.'
His attorney, Flynn Carey, said in a statement that his client is grateful the case was thoroughly reviewed and classified as a tragic accident.
'We are grateful to law enforcement and the county attorney for conducting a thorough investigation and confirming that this was a tragic accident.
'Brady remains in the midst of the grieving process and is thankful to be with his family as they heal together,' Carey said.
'We appreciate the compassion and support shown during this difficult time.'
The Chandler Police Department said its investigation into the incident remains open.

They sometimes made out - with him taking more cell phone videos of her - but there was no more intercourse, despite his requests. During one get together at his home she had a panic attack because she didn't feel safe with him and she left. On July 12, he texted that she made him 'swoon' but she stated she could not 'recover trust.' She asked him to delete the videos he had taken of her and on August 3, 2023 told him via text to stop contacting her. However, on February 14 the following year - Valentine's Day - he texted her photos of himself 'humping' a tree and wrote: 'The last one is like me when I was inside of you :)' When she was shown the image Judge on a the prosecutor's laptop, the judge remarked: 'I can't tell what he's doing to the tree.' In a text to Olds on February 18, 2024 JD7 said of him: 'I have a visceral reaction of fear.' She later looked up his name online which was when she discovered he had been arrested and then contacted the Los Angeles Police Department. The bachelor actor has also appeared on popular TV shows such as Law & Order, Charmed and Boardwalk Empire and portrayed televangelist Pat Robertson in the 2021 indie film The Eyes of Tammy Faye alongside Jessica Chastain and Andrew Garfield. On Friday, the judge determined that Olds would stand trial on 12 felony counts and kept his bail at $3.5 million. Det. Brent Hopkins, who headed up the police investigation, told the Daily Mail exclusively: 'This was a long, extremely emotional hearing where these survivors bravely shared their stories. 'We're thankful they and all the other witnesses had the strength to see it through. 'We keep finding new stories, so if there are others out there who have not yet had their say, we hope to give them a chance to speak, as well.' Olds is being held at Los Angeles County Sheriff's North County Correctional Facility. He could spend the rest of his life behind bars if convicted on all counts.

'Once those leave the truck and hit the road, that's all garbage, and it's still pretty warm,' Brad Dauberman, the Shrewsbury fire company chief, said as crews worked to snap up franks grilling in the summer sun. The dogs are sadly unusable, and will likely go to slaughter. Dauberman said that he did not relish the cleanup task. 'I can tell you personally, hot dogs are very slippery,' the fire chief said. 'I did not know that.' The four people injured might not feel like weiners, but need not fear for the wurst, as police said their injuries were not life threatening.

Cop from hell fired after mocking female co-workers for having C-sections and calling them 'diversity hires'
A Texas cop has been fired after he reportedly told his co-workers they were 'diversity hires' and mocked an officer for having undergone a C-section birth. Officer Emilio De La Rosa was given an indefinite suspension on June 23 after making crass comments to his colleagues and undermining his superior officer during a single shift. In February, De La Rosa was reportedly overheard saying, 'two C-sections but never gave birth'. A female officer said the comment was 'very personal' because De La Rosa insinuated that 'birth only counts when it is a natural delivery,' records obtained by KSAT stated. During the same shift, another female co-worker, who had got on her knees to get a laptop charger, was reportedly told by De La Rosa that she no longer needed to get on her knees because she had already been selected for the DWI unit, the outlet reported. The female officer then reported the remark to internal affairs as sexual harassment, records stated. 'Considering I had only one month on the DWI unit, I took that as sexually harassing comment about my selection to the unit,' the officer said, records stated. 'I felt very embarrassed and ashamed to be around other probationary officers and to have been in a disadvantaged position when he made the comment.' De La Rosa was then heard saying, on the same shift, that 'too many' women and Black officers were going to be assigned to the DWI unit as 'diversity hires'. The comment was reported by a second female officer to internal affairs. The officer was also questioned by a sergeant about an arrest made earlier in the shift, and De La Rosa later told a fellow officer that the sergeant didn't know what he was talking about, the outlet reported. His comment was construed to 'undermine the knowledge of his supervisor' and showed De La Rosa 'failed to exhibit respect for his supervisory officer', records stated. 'Officer De La Rosa's actions render his continuance in office detrimental to effective law enforcement and the needs of the San Antonio Police Department,' the City of San Antonio Human Resources Department wrote. 'The law and sound community expectations recognize that there is good cause for depriving Officer De La Rosa of his position.' De La Rosa reportedly worked with the San Antonio Police Department since 2016, according to KSAT.
