It pushed you away from real life..."The much-anticipated results of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2025 were officially announced on Monday, bringing joy and pride to thousands of aspiring engineers across the country. Topping the list was Rajit Gupta, representing the IIT Delhi zone, who clinched the prestigious All India Rank 1 in this fiercely competitive national-level exam.This year, 1,80,422 students appeared for both Paper 1 and Paper 2, held on May 18. Out of these, 54,378 candidates made the cut, which includes 9,404 female students who successfully cleared the examination.Rajit Gupta emerged as the standout performer, securing a remarkable 332 out of 360 marks in total. His journey began early in high school, during Class 10, when he started preparing with NCERT books and a mix of conceptual modules and rigorous mock tests. Interestingly, he did not follow a rigid timetable. Instead, Rajit preferred completing topics methodically, taking timely breaks to stay mentally refreshed.His strength lay in consistency and emotional well-being, which he maintained through the support of his family, collaborative group studies with peers, and light-hearted conversations with his younger sister. His father works as an engineer with BSNL, and his mother teaches at a college in Kota, Rajasthan, making education an integral part of his home environment.Close behind him, securing the second position nationwide, was Sakshyam Jindal from Hisar, Haryana. Like Rajit, he also studied at the Allen Career Institute in Kota, known for its exceptional coaching for engineering aspirants . Sakshyam credited his success to persistent efforts and unwavering faith in his mentors. His preparation leaned more heavily toward physics and chemistry, as he already felt confident in mathematics. Regularly reviewing his mock test performances helped him manage pressure and fine-tune his preparation strategy.Among female candidates, Devdutta Majhi from the IIT Kharagpur zone achieved the highest rank, securing an impressive 16th position in the Common Rank List (CRL) with a score of 312 out of 360.As for their future aspirations, both Rajit and Sakshyam expressed their desire to pursue engineering at the prestigious IIT Bombay. Interestingly, Sakshyam mentioned he has no immediate plans to study abroad. Beyond academics, Sakshyam is a well-rounded individual—he has played under-14 state-level cricket for his district and finds joy in dancing and playing the piano, balancing his intellectual pursuits with creative and physical activities.The JEE Advanced 2025 results not only reflect academic excellence but also highlight the personal journeys of resilience, dedication, and emotional strength.
