Mum horrified after finding ‘disturbing' hidden messages on daughter's dress

Daily Mirror13 hours ago
Mum Savannah has posted on TikTok how she discovered inappropriate comments with sexual innuendo in small print written on a dress which she had bought for her young daughter
A mum has told how she was shocked to find her child's dress decorated with bunnies and jelly beans also had messages with sexual innuendo.

Savannah posted on TikTok about her worrying discovery and has warned other parents to take care with her video now having received more than 23 million views. She shows the dress in the clip which looks perfectly innocent with the pink top showing three bunnies and then a white dress with more drawings but also some messages in very small print.

And the mum said how she wondered what the messages where one day and that was when she made the shocking discovery.

'One day, when she was napping, I figured I'd take a peek and see what they actually said,' she told in the video. And then she continued, saying that one of the short comments read: 'Want to have an Easter egg hunt under the covers?'
Another with sexually charged language read: 'This coupon entitles you to one free peep show!' And they went on in a similar tone with one stating: 'Let's pretend we're rabbits and do whatever comes naturally,' and another message read: 'My tulips (two lips) want to be on your tulips.'
The 'weirdest,' according to Savannah, said: 'You've been the best husband and friend a girl could have ever asked for'.
Many agreed that the comments were extremely disturbing. 'WTF,' one of the top responses read, reflecting the general sentiment in more than 20,000 comments. Others asked, 'Where did you get that?' as some described the dress as 'disturbing,' 'nasty,' and 'ew'.'

'The world is so perverted now,' said another. However, a few suggested it could have been simply an innocent mistake. One social media user wrote: 'Aww, maybe it was an accident & they accidentally wrote all that.'
The dress was made by a US small business called Lele & Co. In response, the company took down the item and issued a statement on its website. It read: 'I would like to express my deepest apologies for the inappropriate text found on one of the clothing items sold in my store. This particular piece was a resale item from a vendor, and regrettably, I did not catch the offensive wording before it was listed.
'Please rest assured that this does not align with the values I uphold or support. We are in the process of taking any and all necessary legal actions against the vendor. For the record, the item in question has been promptly removed from my website and all social media accounts. All remaining stock was destroyed immediately.'

People say I have the ‘nicest council house they've seen' & it's infuriated trolls who say ‘that's where our taxes go'

A WOMAN who showed off her new council house has been trolled as people claim they're paying for it. Robyn, a mum-of-one from the UK, was thrilled to get a house she could call home after being in temporary accommodation for four months. The mum shared her new council house in a recent TikTok video and it left people stunned. The new house had two large bedrooms, a modern kitchen, two bathrooms, plenty of storage space and a front room leading to a massive garden. And despite most council houses being outdated, hers was brand new as it was in a newbuild complex. Robyn wrote: "After four long months of being in temporary accommodation, me and my one-year-old have been offered my dream home." The swanky council house featured grey walls, silver hardware and marble tiles. Of course, Robyn was feeling lucky and excited for the next chapter of her life in the new home. In the comments, she revealed she had to bid for it like with most council homes and was fortunately accepted. However, it seemed that not everyone was happy with the mum's new home. Some cruel trolls took to the comments of the video which went viral on her TikTok account @ robynl2000 with over 943k views. Some were claiming it was their taxes that were funding the house, with some stating it was better than theirs. I'm trolled for 'wasting my money' by making my council house nice - but I plan to stay here for years so I won't stop One person wrote: "Are you going to thank me for working hard paying taxes to pay for your home? You're welcome." Another commented: "Nice! I have to go to work." "That's a council house? That's mental. Mine had no skirting boards and kitchen cupboards hanging off when I got mine," penned a third. Meanwhile a fourth said: "Damn these council houses are better than the ones I can afford to buy working 63hours a week. Minimum." How can I get a council house? To apply for a council home, you need to fill out and hand in an application to your local authority. To find your local authority, simply use the Government's council locator tool on its website. Once you have access to your local council's website, it should offer you guidelines on how to complete your application. After applying, you'll most likely have to join a waiting list. Bear in mind, even if you are put on a waiting list, this doesn't guarantee you a council house offer. Your council should also offer you advice on how to stay in your current home and solve any issues you might have, such as problems with a private landlord or mortgage. You are eligible to apply for council housing if you are a British citizen living in the UK providing have not lived abroad recently. Each council has its own local rules about who qualifies to go on the housing register in its area, but it is based on "points" or a "banding" system. For example, you're likely to be offered housing first if you: are homeless live in cramped conditions have a medical condition made worse by your current home are seeking to escape domestic violence Once you are high enough on a council's waiting list, it will contact you when a property is available. Some councils let people apply at the age of 18, while others let you apply even sooner at 16-year-olds. EU workers and their families and refugees may also be eligible. A council house is reached through a points system, so depending on your housing needs, you may be considered low priority. The council will contact you about any available property once you are high enough on the waiting list. There is no limit on how long you can expect to be on the waiting list. "Wait what? That's the nicest council house I've seen,' claimed a fifth. Someone else added: "This is a council house ?! That's actually insane it's absolutely beautiful, it's honestly about time they took care of their properties as some are in terrible condition and they expect families to live in them with mould."

Ibiza Final Boss stars in odd boohooMan ad as viewers call it 'tough to watch'

The new advert for boohooMAN starring 'Ibiza Final Boss' Jack Kay about how to 'change a tyre' has left viewers confused - but some commenters think they have figured it out TikTok users say they have been left scratching their heads after the ' Ibiza Final Boss ' starred in a bizarre social media advert. ‌ Jack Kay - who shot to stardom this summer thanks to a video showing his unusual haircut, ' Turkey teeth ' and sunglasses - recently signed a five-figure deal with boohooMAN to launch a new clothing line - and has appeared in a new video to promote it. In the new eight-second clip, the tanned Newcastle native is seen decked out in his trademark black T-shirt and shorts with his thick gold chain and distinctive hairdo, posing next to to a Rolls Royce. ‌ The 26-year-old then says to the camera: "People always ask us how to change a tyre. But truthfully I don't know how to change a tyre. But you can go and shop my new collection at boohooMan." ‌ He then shows off a black T-shirt with his trademark name plastered on the back, reports the Daily Star. While Jack Kay has become something of an unlikely social media sensation since first being spotted in an Ibiza club earlier this month, it's fair to say Tiktok users weren't too impressed by his latest video, with one branding it "tough to watch." Others seemed confused by the dialogue, as one commenter asked: "What the hell has changing a tyre got to do with anything?" Another said: "Are his 15 minutes of fame up yet?" Some questioned who exactly would want to wear the shirt in public, and one user said: "No adult man is wearing an 'Ibiza final boss' t shirt." ‌ Leaping to his defence, a different user wrote: "He didn't choose fame, the internet chose him. Let him get his bag." While one sharp-minded commenter managed to work out the pun, asking: "Do you mean change attire? As in the shirt?" Jack visited boohooMAN's Manchester headquarters to seal his contract with the fashion firm, with the standout piece so far being a black T-shirt with "Ibiza Final Boss" emblazoned on the back. ‌ The 26-year-old recently signed with the talent agency Neon Management, who have represented a number of well-known TV stars in the past including Joey Essex, Gogglebox 's Stephen Webb and Love Island contestants like Ronnie Vint. While he's been able to live a life that most Ibiza clubbers could only dream of in the last few weeks - including flying out all of his friends out to the island in a private jet - Jack's newfound fame has also brought with it an increased level of scrutiny. This week, he sparked fury among fans by posing with a cheetah that appeared to be heavily sedated. Jack posted a photo to Instagram posing with the caged animal in Phuket, Thailand, but was accused by followers "supporting animal abuse", and later deleted the photograph.

John Crawley dead: TikTok star dies at 47 after being placed on ventilator

TikTok creator John Crawley, widely recognized online as KingBeardX and Pimpmunkx, has died at 47 after suffering a cardiac arrest, TMZ has reported. Crawley passed away Monday in hospital after spending over two weeks under medical care, according to James Steele of Glenfield Funeral Home in New Albany, Mississippi. His longtime friend and former podcast cohost Anthony Caruso launched a GoFundMe during Crawley's hospitalization, revealing the content creator had been admitted to North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo with breathing difficulties. It comes after Jessie J made a heartbreaking confession about the darkest moment of her cancer diagnosis. He was later placed on a ventilator, transferred to the ICU, and had a chest tube inserted before his death. Crawley gained a massive following for his comedic reactions to food videos, amassing over 2.5 million followers on TikTok and nearly 1 million on Instagram. With no medical insurance and as his family's main source of income, a GoFundMe was launched by friends of John Crawley to cover funeral expenses and provide financial support for his loved ones. 'Knowing him personally, John was a good guy. He lit up a lot of people's worlds,' funeral director James Steele told TMZ. 'I just left his house and was with his mother, we prayed together. She's torn up right now but she's going to make it.' On August 4, a family member shared a health update on the fundraising page: 'He went to the hospital; he was having trouble breathing. Doctors put him on a ventilator… we went past 66% (O2 levels) and he stopped breathing. They (put him into the ICU and) brought it back up to 100% (O2 levels). He just had a tube placed in his chest… his breathing condition is still very bad.' Sadly, the page was later updated on Tuesday by Anthony Caruso with news of Crawley's death. 'I'm really sorry to tell everyone the bad news but Pimpmunkx (KingBeardx) passed away yesterday,' he wrote. 'Thank you to everyone that has supported the fundraiser so far. His mother says told me to thank you all.' He added: 'The fundraiser will continue to go on to support fundraising a funeral/helping John's mother.' Over $2,228 had been raised toward the $9,000 goal. Crawley's final TikTok post was shared on July 22, and since news of his passing broke, fans have been flooding social media with tributes. One devastated TikTok user wrote: "You made us laugh on our darkest days, thank you for sharing your light, KingBeardX." Another echoed: "Gone too soon, but your voice and humor will live on forever in our feeds." Someone else added: "Thank you for always keeping it real man. You made the internet feel like home."
